Buck converter MPPT control of a photovoltaic system 光伏系统降压变换器的MPPT控制

This work concerns the behavior study of a MPPT algorithm based on the incremental conductance. An open loop analysis of a photovoltaic chain, modeled in matlab-simulink, allows to extract the maximum power of the photovoltaic panel. The principle is based on the determination instantaneously of the conductance and its tendency materialized by a signed increment. A buck step down converter is used to adapt the voltage to its appropriate value to reach a maximal power extraction. This novel analysis method applied to the photovoltaic system is made under different atmospheric parameters. The performances are shown using Matlab/Simulink software.

The S-WANE model, a real alternative of DH system S-WANE模型,是DH系统的一个真正的替代方案

Safety is a real concern for computer systems. Many mechanisms have been trialed, among which the Diffie-Hellman (DH). Though DH has been effective to some extent, flaws have been detected and even alternatives have been proposed. It is within this framework that a new model has been designed-the S-WANE model. Various researches have validated this model. In the present work, we carry out a comparative study between DH and S-WANE. To that end, we studied the two mechanisms. Analytical and experimental validations have shown the advantages of S-WANE over DH. Its advantages could be assessed in terms of robustness to some attacks such as “The-Man-in-the Middle”. Thus, we have proposed S-WANE as an alternative to replace DH everywhere the latter is used.

Impact of Seasonal ARIMA workload prediction model on QoE for Massively Multiplayers Online Gaming 季节性ARIMA工作负荷预测模型对大型多人在线游戏QoE的影响

Ensuring an acceptable Quality of Experience (QoE) for all users is a fundamental requirement to the economical development of the Massively Multiplayers Online Gaming (MMOG) companies. However, the high load variability of such MMOG services makes hard to satisfy a good QoE. This paper aims to contribute to this effort, by proposing a proactive dynamic provisioning approach which predicts future workload of an MMOG service and allocates in accordance the sufficient amount of resources. Based on real MMOG traces, we propose a Seasonal Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (SARIMA) model that generally fits the workload behavior of the MMOG cloud service. We implement our prediction-based algorithm that allocates resources according to predicted workload by SARIMA model. Finally, we evaluate impact of our proposed algorithm on the QoE, where experiments prove noticeable improvements.

A novel coplanar waveguide (CPW)-fed F-shaped monopole antenna with inverted L-slot for 2.1-GHz band, Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) and Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access (WiMAX) applications is proposed and investigated in this paper. The proposed antenna is composed of a CPW-fed F-shaped planar monopole and an inverted-L slot, which occupies a compact size of 25 (W) × 40 (L) mm2 including the ground plane. By adjusting the dimensions of the monopole and slot, three desired resonant frequencies can be achieved and tuned independently. The antenna exhibits three resonances covering the 2.1-GHz band, 5.2/5.8 GHz WLAN bands and 3.5/5.5 GHz WiMAX bands. The parameters which affect the performance of the antenna in terms of its frequency domain characteristics are studied in this paper. Details of the antenna design and simulation results are presented and discussed.

Design and simulation of PLL frequency synthesizer for LTE mobile communications LTE移动通信用锁相环频率合成器的设计与仿真

In this article, we present the design of frequency synthesizer for mobile terminals operating in the transmit band [1850–1910] MHz and the reception band [1930–1990] MHz used by the fourth generation networks (LTE). The proposed architecture offers improved switching time of the order of 27.78 microseconds for 60 MHz frequency jump corresponding to the entire width of the emission band bandwidth using a third order low-pass filter. The transfer functions in open and closed loop were presented. Also, we showed the various phase noise sources of each component constituting the frequency synthesizer and theirs effects on its RF output.

Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) is widely used around the world. It includes services provided by GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO and BEIDOU. GNSS-based applications use GNSS receivers to collect position, velocity and time information. Thus, the implementation of a multistandard GNSS receiver brings enormous benefits to consumers of wireless services. Besides, developing a reconfigurable receiver allows reducing significantly its power consumption.

Ultra low power consumption, short transmission time and efficient data coding wireless communication technology for MWSNs 超低功耗、短传输时间、高效数据编码的mwsn无线通信技术

Mobile Wireless Sensor Networks (MWSNs) can be defined as a wireless sensor network (WSN) in which sensor nodes are mobile. It has recently become an area of attractive research interest. MWSNs have been attracting increasing interest for supporting a new generation of ubiquitous computing systems with great potential for many applications. However, the communication paradigms in this type of network differ from the ones associated to traditional wireless networks, triggering the need for efficient wireless communication technology. Several wireless technologies have emerged ranging from short and medium distance. Bluetooth, ZigBee and Impulse Radio Ultra Wide Band (IR-UWB) are three popular wireless communications technologies. Due to its various features and advantages (especially low power consumption and low complexity), IR-UWB is a key solution for MWSNs. In this paper, we study and evaluate the performance of IR-UWB for WSNs. We used MiXiM platform under OMNet++ simulator, to analyze and evaluate the main features and advantages of this new technology in terms of transmission time, data coding efficiency and power consumption.

Computation offloading decision algorithm for energy saving in 5G/HetNets C-RAN 5G/HetNets C-RAN节能的计算卸载决策算法

Cloud Radio Access Network (C-RAN) is a novel mobile network architecture that brings baseband processing units (BBUs) of a set of base stations into a central server keeping only remote radio heads (RRHs) at the cell sites. Because of their limited resources, running sophisticated applications on mobile handsets could result in poor performances and shortened battery lifetime. One promising solution is computation offloading to the cloud. It permits to enhance both QoS and battery life of mobile terminals. In this paper we present a novel offloading decision algorithm that decides about offloading mobile computation to Cloud-RRH, i.e RRH with additional computational and storage resources located in the cloud. The proposed offloading algorithm incorporates a multitude of parameters in the offloading decision process while diminishing the mobile handset energy consumption and keeping a good user quality of experience by reducing application's response time. Simulation shows that the proposed algorithm is able to assure the computation of all the applications while respecting latency constraints and to prolong the mobile handset battery life.

A novel image detail preserving impulse noise removal algorithm 一种保持图像细节的脉冲噪声去除算法

In this paper, we introduce a novel edge directed image detail preserving impulse noise removal algorithm. Our approach is based on local image directionality features. Local edge features are analysed on both a downsampled version of the image and the noisy image, and both soft an sharp edges are considered for selective noise removal. Experimental results on a set of standard images show our technique to be effective in removing salt-and-pepper noise even at high noise levels, to yield good image quality and to outperform a number of other noise removal techniques.
