In the recent years, a variety of projects have been conducted in order to enhance competitiveness of leading businesses and their followers in the market. Accordingly, the importance of project portfolio management has risen in the open market industry. Project portfolio management refers to crucial decision-making processes which aim to maximize benefits by selecting projects most suitable for a strategic objective among multiple projects with limited resources. In this study, the trend of project portfolio management studies is introduced. The study also presents a mathematical model of the problem, which aims at maximizing project values, possibility, and similarity between projects in the limited resources. We use the genetic algorithm to obtain the priority orders of projects. In order to verify this study, we compare the results of this study and the existing schedules of the E-open market in South Korea. This study ultimately reduces project risks, improves efficiency of development and continuity of tasks by properly ordering projects and assigning developers to the projects.

In recent competitive business environment each enterprise has to be agile and flexible. For these purposes run-time monitoring of services provided by an enterprise and early decision making through this becomes core competition of the enterprise. In addition, in order to process various innumerable events which are generated on enterprise systems techniques which make filtering of meaningful data are needed. However, the existing study related with this is nothing but discovering of service faults by monitoring depending upon API of BPEL engine or middleware, or is nothing but processing of simple events based on low-level events. Accordingly, there would be limitations to provide useful business information. In this paper, through situation detection an extended complex event model is presented, which is possible to provide more valuable and useful business information. Concretely, first of all an event processing architecture in an enterprise system is proposed, and event meta-model which is suitable to the proposed architecture is going to be defined. Based on the defined meta-model, It is presented that syntax and semantics of constructs in our event processing language including various and progressive event operators, complex event pattern, key, etc. In addition, an event context mechanism is proposed to analyze more delicate events. Finally, through application studies application possibility of this study would be shown and merits of this event model would be present through comparison with other event model.

With the rage for Netbooks recently, Tablet PC and Smart phone users are rapidly increasing. Despite of the forecast that anticipates frequently practical use in various organizations and society, the comparison studies among the mobile devices rarely exist. The study examines the acceptable intention of the mobile devices, with which can replace traditional workstations and notebooks. UTAUT(Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) was applied to the investigation of influencing factors for the acceptable intention, instead of the typical TAM(Technology Acceptance Model). The results illustrate that the significant differences of acceptable intention among the mobile devices occur based on two-side network effect even though some Smart phones share OSs and Apps with Tablet PCs and Netbooks.

U-Health collects patient information with various kinds of sensor. Stream data can be summarized as an interval event which has aninterval between start-time-point and end-time-point. Most of temporal mining techniques consider only the event occurrence-time-point and ignore stream data change of state. In this paper, we propose the temporal mining technique considering the event change of state in U-Health. Our method overcomes the restrictions of the environment by sending a significant event in U-Health from sensors to a server. We define four event states of stream data and perform the temporal data mining considered the event change of state. Finally, we can remove an ambiguity of discovered rules by describing cause-and-effect relations among events in temporal relation sequences.

Mobile Devices, which are developed with the fast growing of the Internet, have flexible internet accessibility and can access the network anywere so that they can execute software applications. However, it is very challenging to deploy highly complex applications on mobile devices since they have limited resources. To overcome the limitation, researches on applying a concept of services to mobile applications have been proposed. Android is one of the popular mobile platforms and is designed to effectively execute mobile applications on the mobile devices having limited resources. Since service-based Android applications, which adopt a concept of services and Android platform, invoke remote services and are built with Android-specific components, they are much different from traditional software applications. Consequently, it is not straightforward to apply object-oriented (OO) analysis and design methods to developing service-based Android applications, although they have been frequently applied to developing traditional applications. In this paper, we present a process to develop service-based Android mobile applications, which extends a traditional OO development process. First, we raise design issues to be considered in developing service-based Android applications. Then, to solve the issues, we present detailed guidelines for essential phases of OO-based development process that are customized to service-based Android applications. Finally, to show applicability of the process, we perform a case study. The proposed design process is effectively utilized as a set of guidelines to develop service-based Android applications more systematically and effectively.

Opinion Mining summarizes with classifying sensitive opinions of customers in huge online customer reviews for the attributes of products or services by positive and negative opinions. Because the customers represent their interests through subjective opinions as well as objective facts, the existing opinion mining techniques, which can analyze just the sensitive opinions, need to be expanded.. In this paper, We propose the novel entity association network model which expands the existing opinion mining techniques. The entity association model can not only represent positive and negative degree of the sensitive opinions, but also can represent the degree of the associations and relative importances between entities. We designed and implemented the customer reviews analysis system based on the entity association network model. We recognized that the system can represent more abundant information than the existing opinion mining techniques.

Recently, enterprise systems require the necessity of integration for data sharing and cooperation. As a methodology for integration, Service-Oriented Architecture for service integration and Master Data for integration of data, which is used for service, were appeared. This paper suggests a method that operates BP(Business Process) efficiently. We make XMDR(eXtended Meta Data Registry) as knowledge-repository to support the BP and construct data hubs to operate it. XMDR manages MDM(Master Data Management) to integrate the data, resolves heterogeneity between the data and provides relationship to the business efficiently. This is composed of MDR(Meta Data Registry), ontology and BR(Business Relations). MDR describes relationship between meta data to solve structured heterogeneity. Ontology describes semantic heterogeneity and relationship between data. BR describes relationship between tasks. XMDR data hub supports the management of master data and interaction of different process effectively.
近年来,企业系统对数据共享和协作提出了集成的要求。作为一种集成方法,出现了用于服务集成的面向服务的体系结构和用于服务的数据集成的主数据。本文提出了一种高效运行BP(Business Process)的方法。我们将XMDR(eXtended Meta Data Registry,扩展元数据注册表)作为知识库来支持BP,并构建数据中心来运行BP。XMDR管理MDM(主数据管理)来集成数据,解决数据之间的异构性,并有效地提供与业务的关系。它由MDR(元数据注册表)、本体和BR(业务关系)组成。MDR描述元数据之间的关系,解决结构化异构问题。本体描述了数据之间的语义异构性和关系。BR描述任务之间的关系。XMDR数据中心有效地支持主数据的管理和不同流程的交互。

As the Korean Ministry for Health and Welfare announced the likelihood to revise the legislative limit for healthcare telemedicine, u-Healthcare service through IPTV emerged among these business models. However, in spite of many advantages such as treatment improvement, service quality enhancement, and treatment usefulness, most medical trials grafted with IT have not accepted yet. This points out not only that law and institutional environment has not prepared, but also that policy maker neglect the preparation of the strategies through the study on user acceptance. The purpose of this study is to verify the relationship for IPTV quality based Healthcare on satisfaction and intention to use. The results identify that IPTV technology quality for its convenience, contents quality for its completeness, and the quality for healthcare services give significant effect to satisfaction. In addition the study indicates that overall qualities of IPTV technology, contents, and healthcare service, significantly impact on satisfaction respectively and that the satisfaction may lead to the intention to use of this service.

Client based web mashups have become one of the most important architecture in web application development. Although there are well known methods to generate presentation view codes for web services, navigations between views and service requests are still developed manually in most web mashups. In this paper, we propose the concept of deterministic data binding from output data to input parameters of another method. Using binding relations, we can model navigation menus for service method requests. For a given set of data mappings between services, we investigate context dependent binding conditions and discuss the generation of views and navigation menus. The proposed approach provides UI for users to navigate services of client mashup page using simple and convenient interface even when the number of services and the size of the mashup page grows. In order to show the usability of the proposed approach, we present a historic tourism service.
