Hybrid K-means with neural network based Binary Cuckoo Search technique: a classifier for fault prediction in acceptance testing 基于神经网络的混合k均值二元布谷鸟搜索技术:一种用于验收测试故障预测的分类器

We propose a meta heuristic method using Binary Cuckoo Search to classify the generated test cases that helps to improve the test suite quality. In our proposed method, test cases for acceptance testing of our case study Hospital Management System are generated automatically through the existing tool, Code Pro, and then clustered by using K-means clustering algorithm. Then, the clustered test cases are classified according to their fault detection capability. We propose a novel classifier, hybrid K-means with neural network based Binary Cuckoo Search technique, for classification of generated test cases into two classes, faulty and faultless. The classified result is experimentally evaluated against the existing software metrics, average percentage of faults detected (APFD), problem tracking reports (PTR), and time and memory usage. From the experimental results, we observe that the average percentage of fault detected in our approach is higher than the existing method.

A large-scale data management and application analysis based on advanced classifier computing for the ERP system selection and adoption 基于高级分类器计算的ERP系统选型与采用的大规模数据管理与应用分析

Enterprise resource planning (ERP), promising trend of emerged large-scale data management, has urgent needs to enterprises that are faced with competitions under external environment and globalisation trend. It is an interesting issue to help ERP system vendor selecting a suitable customer through intelligent models. This motivates the study. We compare the empirical results of the decisional feature database constructed by two classification models, Models 1 and 2, and find out the critical factors for ERP system selection summarised from the analytical results and hypothesis. The empirical results include: 1) Model 1: the accuracy of percentage split without featureselection reaches 89.7810% at maximum; 2) Model 2: the accuracy of percentage split with expert feature-selection also reaches 89.7810% at maximum. This study yields the two management implications: 1) ERP vendors can find out hidden potential customers by the proposal models; 2) expert feature-selection of given data is an effective technique used to increase the purpose of classification quality.

An extension of importance-performance analysis method: integrated with fuzzy MICMAC 一种扩展的重要性-性能分析方法:与模糊MICMAC相结合

Importance-performance analysis (IPA) has attracted the interest of various academics and practitioners from different fields. However, many scholars have put forward some shortcomings of IPA as well as some methods to improve it. This study focuses on a new perspective which the interaction between attribute shall be considered and proposes a new approach that integrating IPA into another complex problem analysis technique - impact matrix cross-reference multiplication applied to a classification - to achieve more convenient calculation and application. Its contribution and innovation are mainly measuring the interaction between attribute and effectively quantifying the integration of IPA model; may modify the importance and the performance of attribute by influence degree and dependence degree; and integrating the Fuzzy theory to make the assessment results more accurate. Through an empirical study, this method should have certain usability.

Research on quality of banking services based on QFD and SERVQUAL model 基于QFD和SERVQUAL模型的银行服务质量研究

The banking business continues to expand, and as a result, the quality of banking services put forward higher requirements. How to retain customers and how to improve marketing competitiveness became the biggest challenges for banks. Based on this analysis need, the quality function deployment (QFD) and SERVQUAL model were introduced in order to enhance banks customers' satisfaction. Firstly, the SERVQUAL model identifies customers' needs from the customer satisfaction perspective, and the weights of customer needs then identified through the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The QFD method analysed the relationship between customer demand and quality of service features to determine the bank's current key service features. Through effective usage of the data gathered, the analysis determines suggestions and recommendations for quality banking services improvements.

An efficient two stage encryption for securing personal health records in cloud computing 用于保护云计算中的个人健康记录的高效两阶段加密

A personal health record or PHR is a wellbeing record where wellbeing information and data identified with the care of a patient is kept up by the patient. When these records are stored in the cloud the probability of unauthorised access gets increased due to poor encryption. Here we develop a framework which is separated into two security domains such as public and personal domains (PUD and PSD) as indicated by the distinctive clients' information accessing necessities. In both domain sorts of security areas, we use vigenere encryption and two fish based encryption to acknowledge cryptographically implemented, owner driven PHR access. In PUD, the number of users is grouped with the help of hierarchical agglomerative clustering algorithm. After clustering, each group gets the secret key and then encrypts the health record and stored in the cloud. The experimental result shows that our proposed method has 76.05% of clustering accuracy.

Value evaluation method of industrial product-service based on customer perception 基于顾客感知的工业产品服务价值评价方法

It has become an important trend in the manufacturing industry that service is used to enhance the competitiveness of businesses as well as an important source of values. Aiming to realise the performance evaluation of industrial product-service and lay a basis for further development and application of industrial product-service systems, a value evaluation method based on customer perception is presented in this paper. First, performance evaluation index system of industrial product-service is proposed based on product-service value properties. The performance evaluation method is developed based on ordered weighted averaging operator of fuzzy language. Second, ability evaluation index system of service value creation is proposed based on value demands of customers. And the ability evaluation method is developed based on fuzzy synthetic and hierarchy analysis. Finally, the proposed approach to product-service value evaluation is demonstrated by an example of automobile marketing service from XX 4S shop.

Managing service performance based on multidimensional and categorical satisfaction data 基于多维和分类满意度数据管理服务绩效

A new performance index is proposed for managing the service performance of a service system based on the sample data of categorical scale satisfaction on multidimensional service elements. With the new performance index, one can judge whether the level of service performance deviates from the desired one, and recognise the service elements that fail to meet service standards when the level deviates from the desired one. To prevent unavoidable sampling errors that results in incorrect conclusions, a hypothesis-testing procedure of the new performance index is proposed. The contributions and innovation points of this study are: (1) the categorical data used in this study is neither limited to ordinal, nor limited to nominal scale, and thus the approach can provide a wider range of applications; (2) the new method not only monitor the overall performance of a service system but also give an out-of-control interpretation when detecting disappointed service performance.

This paper examines the impact of information and communication technologies (ICT) on bilateral trade in services. Two sets of measurements are included in our estimation models: (1) trade determinants - GDP, population, common language and distance and (2) ICT determinants - fixed broadband, fixed telephone, internet and mobile-cellular phone. Each ICT variable is disaggregated to estimate and compare for their individual impacts using three variations of service trade: (a) service trade - (a) sum of service export and service import, (b) service export and (c) service import. Data from 2000 to 2013 on the USA and 34 partnering countries are tested on a total of six models. Two estimation models are used: (1) fixed effect model and (2) pooled ordinary least squares. We find that trade determinants such as GDP, population and common language have significant impacts for all three variations of service trade. Distance shows mixed results. We also find that ICT determinants such as fixed broadband and fixed telephone have significant impacts on service trade, service export and service import. Mobile-cellular phone is insignificant for all three variations of service trade. Finally, the internet is significant for service trade and service export, but not service import.

Energy-performance optimisation for the dynamic consolidation of virtual machines in cloud computing 云计算中虚拟机动态整合的能源性能优化

Dynamic consolidation of virtual machines (VMs) can reduce energy consumption by switching idle hosts to sleep mode. However, to meet the quality of service of customers, it is necessary to achieve the trade-off between energy and performance. This paper first puts forward a new dynamic threshold adjustment method using the variation coefficient of historical CPU utilisation, actual CPU utilisation and million instructions per second requests by VMs in migration list. Furthermore, it devises a novel VM allocation policy based on the grey correlation degree model, and formulates a conversion model of CPU utilisation for achieving better trade-off between energy consumption and performance. Finally, some experiments are carried out on the CloudSim and the PlanetLab workloads. The experimental results show that the methods proposed in this paper have obvious advantages on the trade-off between energy and performance during the VM consolidation.
