Latar Belakang: Kasus kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi di PKS PT. Johan Sentosa dinyatakan bahwa pada tahun 2019 jumlah tenaga kerja sebanyak 148 orang dengan 83 kasus kecelakaan kerja Tujuan : Mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan risiko kecelakaan kerja pada pekerja stasiun Power House PKS PT. Johan Sentosa tahun 2020. Metode: Jenis penelitian observasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif analitik, desain penelitian cross sectional dilakukan di PKS PT. Johan Sentosa, dan waktu penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2020. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh operator stasiun Power House di PKS PT. Johan Sentosa yang berjumlah 36 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling. Analisa data dilakukan menggunakan analisa univariat dan bivariat. Hasil: Diketahui SOP/prosedur kerja P value 0,015, kompetensi/keterampilan P value 0,002, kebisingan P value 0,026, masa kerja P value 0,043. Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan antara Standar Operasional Prosedur, kompetensi/keterampilan, kebisingin, masa kerja dengan risiko kecelakaan kerja pada pekerja statsiun power house PKS PT.Johan Sentosa. Saran: Perlu dilakukan upaya agar para pekerja mengikuti prosedur kerja yang sudah ditetapkan, meningkatkan keahlian kerja, penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri dan penempatan mereka sesuai dengan pengalaman atau masa kerja yang dilalui. Laboratorium klinik adalah laboratorium kesehatan yang melaksanakan pelayanan, pemeriksaan specimen klinik untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang kesehatan perorangan terutama untuk menunjang upaya diagnosis penyakit, penyembuhan penyakit, dan pemulihan kesehatan.Tujuan penelitian ini secara umum untuk mengetahui Analisi Kelengkapan Standar Instalasi Laboratorium di RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru Tahun 2020.Dilakukan wawancara mendalam dan observasi kepada 5 informan.Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru di jln.K.H.Ahmad Dahlan No.163 Sukajadi Pekanbaru, Riau, khususnya dibagian laboratorium pada bulan Maret-April 2020.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SDM di laboratorium belum sesuai dengan standar, Sarana di laboratorium belum sesuai dengan standar, Prasarana di laboratorium belum sesuai dengan standar, dan SOP di laboratorium belum sesuai dengan standarnya. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa SDM di laboratorium masih perlu penambahan SDM atau memaksimalkan SDM yang ada dengan menggatur ulang jadwal shiff, Sarana di laboratorium harus dilengkapi dari ruang-ruangan sampai alat laboratorium, Prasarana menyediakan KM/WC untuk pasien dan petugas secara terpisah disekitar laboratorium, dan SOP di laboratorium perlu adanya pengawasan untuk staf analis dalam menerapkan SOP di RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru Tahun 2020. The purpose of this study generally was to determine the analysis of standard completeness of laboratory installation at RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru in 2020. In-depth interview and observation were conducted with 5 informants. The location of the research was carried out at RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru on KH. Ahmad Dahlan street No.163 Sukajadi Pekanbaru, Riau, especially in the laboratory section on March-April 2020. The result showed that the human resources in the laboratory were not in accordance with standard, the facility in the laboratory was not in accordance with the standard, the infrastructure in the laboratory was not in accordance with the standard, and SOP in the laboratory was not in accordance with the standard. From the result of the study it can be concluded that the human resources in the laboratory still need to add more human resources or maximize existing human resources by resetting the shiff schedule, the facility in the laboratory must be equipped from rooms to laboratory equipment, infrastructure provides bathroom /toilet for patient and staff separately around the laboratory , and SOP in the laboratory needs supervision for analizing staff in implementing SOP at RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru in 2020.

Home Industry Tofu X Established in 2002 and this business has existed from generation to generation until now. Tofu is a food made from fermented soybeans and extracted the juice. In general, the process of making tofu includes soaking soybeans for several hours, milling soybeans, boiling the results of milled soybeans, filtering, clumping soybean slurry using vinegar, molding and cutting. In the tofu industrial wastewater, there are organic materials in the form of 40-60% protein, 25-50% carbohydrates and 10% fat. If it is increasing, the volume will increase. The purpose of this study is to determine the Environmental and Health Impact Analysis of the Affected Areas of Tofu Liquid Waste in the Home Industry Tofu X Pangkalan Kerinci Barat Urban Village in 2020. This type of research is qualitative analytic by conducting in-depth interviews and direct observation. as well as laboratory tests for parameters BOD, COD and DO. The result of this research is that the waste treatment process has not been implemented in accordance with KepMenLH No. 51 of 1995 concerning the quality standard of liquid waste for tofu home industry. So that the resulting tofu wastewater is discharged directly into the pipelines leading to the river with BOD, COD and DO content which have not met the water quality standards set by the government PP No. 82 of 2001 and causing the river to be polluted, emitting a pungent odor and disturbing the comfort of the surrounding community. So a wastewater treatment plant (IPAL) is needed to treat water before it is discharged into the waters.

Kinerja karyawan merupakan aspek penting dalam upaya pencapaian suatu tujuan. Pencapaian tujuan yang maksimal merupakan buah dari kinerja tim atau individu yang baik, begitu pula sebaliknya, kegagalan dalam mencapai sasaran yang telah dirumuskan juga adalah akibat dari kinerja individu atau tim yang tidak optimal. Faktor-faktor yang dapat menentukan terhadap kinerja individu yaitu motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, kepemimpinan, pengembangan karier, kompetensi, perilaku organisasi, sistem penghargaan/imbalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja karyawan non medis di Rumah Sakit Syafira Pekanbaru Tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain Cross Sectional atau potong lintang. Lokasi dan waktu penelitian adalah di Rumah Sakit Syafira Pekanbaru pada Bulan Januari sampai Juli 2020. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu 60 orang karyawan non medis di Rumah Sakit Syafira Pekanbaru. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu teknik random samplin. Hasil penelitian yaitu Motivasi kerja p value= 0.012, Kepemimpinan p value= 1, Kompetensi p value= 0, Pengembangan karir p value= 1, Sistem penghargaan/ Imbalan p value= 0.028. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara Kinerja karyawan dengan Motivasi kerja, Kompetensi dan Sistem Penghargaan/ imbalan dan Tidak terdapat hubungan antara Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Kepemimpinan dan Pengembangan karir Employee performance is an important aspect in effort to achieve a goal. Achieving the maximum goal is the result of a good team or individual performance, and vice versa. The failure to achieve the goals that have been formulated also is a result of individual or team performance that is not optimal. Factors that can determine individual performance are work motivation, job satisfaction, leadership, career development, competence, organizational behavior, an honor/ reward system. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the performance of non-medical employees in Pekanbaru Syafira Hospital in 2020. This type of research is a quantitative study with cross sectional design. The location and time of the study were at Syafira Pekanbaru Hospital on January to July 2020. The sample of this research was 60 non-medical employees at Syafira Pekanbaru Hospital. The sampling technique used is the random sampling technique. The results of the research are work motivation p value = 0.012, leadership p value = 1, competence p value = 0, career development p value = 1, an honor/ reward system p value = 0.028. It can be concluded that there is a relationship among employee performance with work motivation, competence and an honor / reward system and there is no relationship between employee performance with leadership and career development.

Achieving the maximum goal is the result of a good team or individual performance, and vice versa. The failure to achieve the goals that have been formulated also is a result of individual or team performance that is not optimal. Factors that can determine individual performance are work motivation, job satisfaction, leadership, career development, competence, organizational behavior, an honor/ reward system. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the performance of non-medical employees in Pekanbaru Syafira Hospital in 2020. This type of research is a quantitative study with cross sectional design. The location and time of the study were at Syafira Pekanbaru Hospital on January to July 2020. The sample of this research was 60 non-medical employees at Syafira Pekanbaru Hospital. The sampling technique used is the random sampling technique. The results of the research are work motivation p value = 0.012, leadership p value = 1, competence p value = 0, career development p value = 1, an honor/ reward system p value = 0.028. Keluarga Berencana (KB) adalah upaya mengatur kelahiran anak, jarak usia ideal melahirkan, dan mengatur kehamilan melalui promosi perlindungan dan bantuan sesuai hak reproduksi untuk mewujudkan keluarga berkualitas serta mewujudkan norma keluarga kecil bahagia dan sejahtera yang menjadi dasar bagi terwujudnya masyarakat yang sejahtera melalui pengendalian kelahiran dan pengendalian pertumbuhan. Permasalahan yang ditemukan di Puskesmas Simpang Baru untuk Program Keluarga Berencana ialah masih kurang memadai nya sumber daya manusia, sarana prasarana serta penyuluhan yang masih kurang merata. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan Program Keluarga Berencana di Puskesmas Simpang Baru tahun 2020. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dan metode penelitian deskriftif. Subjek Penelitian yaitu Kepala Puskesmas, Pemengang Program KIA/KB, Bidan, Akseptor KB. Pengumpulan Data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam berikatan dengan program Keluarga Berencana di Puskesmas,penelusuran dokumen, dan observasi. Hasil Penilitian ini menunjukan Masih kurangnya Sumber Daya Manusia di Puskesmas serta Sumber Daya Manusia di dalam Program Keluarga Berencana lalu masih belum tersedianya sarana prasarana seperti meja litotomi dan meja steril lalu masih kurang merata penyuluhan yang dilakukan oleh pihak Puskesmas yang dapat menghambat pelaksanaan Progran didalam Puskesmas . Saran dari penelitian ini adalah perlu nya penambahan Tenaga Kesehatan serta penambahan sarana prasarana di dan penyuluhan yang secara merata. Penyelenggaraan makanan di instalasi gizi RSIA Eria Bunda belum berjalan dengan baik, pada perencanaan menu belum berjalan optimal. Untuk pengantaran bahan makanan yang dilakukan vendor tidak tepat waktu. Rasa dan tekstur makanan masih kurang. Bahan yang diterima tidak sesuai. Untuk tempat penyimpanan bahan makanan belum memenuhi standar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perencanaan menu, pengadaan bahan makanan, penerimaan bahan makanan, penyimpanan bahan makanan dan pengolahan bahan makanan di Instalasi Gizi RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan penelitian berjumlah 5 orang yaitu Informan Utama terdiri dari Kepala Instalasi Gizi dan Penanggung Jawab Juru Masak, dan Informan Penunjang terdiri dari Pramusaji. Kesimpulan dari penelitian bahwa penyelenggaraan makanan di Instalasi Gizi masih belum sesuai dengan langkah-langkah atau pedoman yang dikeluarkan Kemenkes RI (2013), masih ada kendala dalam penyelenggaraan makanan pasien, untuk itu disarankan bagi Instalasi Gizi lebih memperhatikan dan lebih teliti lagi dalam memperhatikan proses penyelenggaraan makanan agar mendapatkan hasil yang bagus dan kualitas makanan pasien yang lebih terjamin. Food delivery at the nutrition installation of RSIA Eria Bunda has not been going well and the menu planning has not been optimal. The vendor did not deliver food on time. The taste and texture of the food are still lacking. Ingredient received is not suitable. For food storage, it does not meet the standart. The purpose of this study was to determine menu planning, procurement of foodstuff, receipt of foodstuff, storage of foodstuff and processing of food ingredient at the nutrition installation of RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. This research was conducted using a descriptive research design with a qualitative approach. The number of informants in the study were 5 poeple, namely the main informants consisting of the head of the nutrition installation, the person in charge of the cook and the supporting informants consisting of the waiters. The conclusion from the research is that the implementation of food at the nutrition installation is still not in accordance with the step or guideline issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Health (2013), there are still obstacles in the administration of patient food, for that is recommended that the Nutrition Installation pay more attention and be more careful in paying attention to the food handing process in order to get good result and the quality of the patient’s food more guaranteed.

Pertolongan pertama pada kecelakaan (P3K) adalah upaya memberikan pertolongan pertama secara cepat dan tepat kepada pekerja yang mengalami sakit atau cidera ditempat kerja. Pada PT. X sudah terdapat P3K, namun kebijakan P3K belum diterapkan dengan baik, petugas P3K tidak melakukan pencatatan dan pelaporan kegiatan, belum memiliki sertifikat dan lisensi, serta ruang P3K tidak tersedia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan P3K, kebijakan P3K, tindakan P3K, petugas P3K, dan fasilitas P3K di PT. X. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif analitik, dengan informan sebanyak 5 orang yaitu ahli K3, petugas P3K, manager, dan dua orang karyawan. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman wawancara dan lembar observasi. Pengolahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi metode, dan triangulasi data. Pada analisis data berupa reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kebijakan P3K di PT. X belum diterapkan oleh semua karyawan karena kebijakan tidak disosialisasikan dan ditempel dengan benar sehingga kebijakan P3K tersebut tidak diketahui oleh karyawan. Petugas P3K sudah mengikuti pelatihan, namun belum memiliki sertifikat dan lisensi serta belum melakukan tugasnya, terlihat dari lembar checklist daftar isi tidak sesuai dengan isi kotak P3K dan tidak melakukan pencatatan dan pelaporan kegiatan. PT. X sudah menyediakan fasilitas P3K seperti kotak P3K, alat evakuasi, transportasi, dan APD khusus, namun fasilitas ruang P3K tidak tersedia. First Aid (FA) for Accident is an effort to provide first aid quickly and precisely to workers who experience illness or injury at work. The PT. X already has FA for Accidents, but the FA policy has not been implemented properly, it can be seen that FAofficers do not record and report activities, do not have certificates and licenses and there is no first aid room available. This study aims to determine first aid policies, first aid measures, first aid officers, and first aid facilities at PT. X. The design of this study used a qualitative analytic approach, with 5 informants, HSE, first aid officers, manager and two employees. Data collection tools used interview guidelines and observation sheets. Data processing used source triangulation, method triangulation, and data triangulation. In data analysis in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions / verification. The result of this research are the first aid policy at PT. Instalasi gizi di rumah sakit menjadi tempat yang berpotensi tinggi menyebabkan kebakaran karena di instalasi gizi terdapat pekerjaan memasak, dimana pekerjaan tersebut sangat berisiko karena langsung berhadapan dengan api dan tabung gas. Untuk itu perlu dilakasanakan program tanggap darurat agar bahaya tersebut dapat diminimalisir. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui mengenai kesiapan pekerja dalam penanggulangan darurat kebakaran di gedung instalasi gizi rumah sakit jiwa tampan tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dilakukan di gedung instalasi gizi Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan Riau pada tangga 7-9 Juli tahun 2020. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 3 orang terdiri dari Sekretaris komite K3, Kepala instalasi gizi, dan Karyawan instalasi gizi. Instrumen pendukung yang digunakan pedoman wawancara, yang terdapat pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang sesuai dengan fokus penelitian. Peneliti juga menggunakan alat bantu rekam, kamera, serta alat pencatat yang mendukung penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kesiapan pekerja dalam penanggulan darurat kebakaran khususnya dalam penggunaan APAR belum cukup siap, kesiapan dan pemahaman pekerja instalasi gizi terhadap proses evakuasi bila terjadi darurat kebakaran belum cukup siap, Akses menuju titik kumpul tidak sulit, hal ini sudah sesuai dengan Permen PU No.14/PRT/M/2017, namun jarak titik kumpul terlalu dekat, kurang dari 20 meter dengan bangunan gedung. Dapat disimpulkan kesiapan pekerja dalam penanggulangan darurat kebakaran di gedung instalasi gizi Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan Provinsi Riau belum cukup baik dikarnakan tidak semua pekerja mendapat pelatihan darurat kebakaran, untuk itu perlu pelatihan keseluruh pekerja sehingga bila terjadi darurat kebakaran semua pekerja sudah siap menghadapinya. Keberadaan jentik nyamuk Aedes aegypti dalam sumur gali sebagai tempat penampungan air alamiah dapat dipengaruhi beberapa faktor. Keberadaan jentik Aedes aegypti dapat ditemukan pada genangan air bersih dan tidak mengalir, terbuka serta terlindung dari cahaya matahari. Lingkungan tempat penduduk adalah tempat perindukan nyamuk oleh karena itu masyarakat harus menjaga kebersihan lingkungan disekitar rumah dan tidak ada tempat atau media yang dapat menjadi tempat perindukan nyamuk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik sumur gali yang berpotensi menjadi tempat perkembangbiakan nyamuk Aedes aegypti di Desa Salo Timur Kecamatan Salo Tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah sumur gali yang berada di Desa Salo Timur sejumlah 1033 sumur gali dan diperoleh 280 sampel. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada hubungan antara letak sumur gali (nilai p=0,012), keberadaan penutup sumur gali (nilai p=0,000), pH sumur gali (nilai p=0,000), dan Pencahayaan Sumur Gali (nilai p=0,000) dengan keberadaan jentik nyamuk Aedes aegypti. The larvae exitence in dug wells where it is a place of collecting and saving water were influenced by some factors. The presence of Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae can be found in stagnant water that does not flow, open, and protected from sunlight. The environment where residents are breeding palces for mosquitoes is therefore the community must maintain the cleanliness of the environment around the house and there is no place or media that can become mosquito breeding places. The purpose of this study determined the characteristics of dug wells that could potentially become a breeding Aedes aegypti mosquito in Salo Timur Village, Salo District in 2020 This type of research was explanatory research which using cross sectional approach. The population of this research were dug wells around in the village of East Salo with a total of 1033 dug wells and 280 samples were obtained. Sampling using the Purposive Sampling method. The results showed there was a relationship between the location of dug wells (p = 0.012), the presence of dug well cover (p = 0,000), pH of dug wells (p = 0,000) and dug well lighting (p=0,000) with the presence of Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae. Penelitian ini dilakukan di cafe warkop pinggiran 45 Pekanbaru yang berlokasi dijalan Arifin Ahmad. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Perilaku Pengguna Rokok Elektrik (vape) dan Dampaknya Terhadap Kehidupan Sosial, Ekonomi, dan Kesehatan Pada Komunitas Vapers Pekanbaru Tahun 2020. Jenis Penelitian ini Kualitatif analitik yaitu dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam dan obeservasi. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 4 informan yaitu 3 informan utama dan 1 informan pendukung. Hasil penelitian ini masih rendahnya pengetahuan komunitas terhadap dampak rokok elektrik, perilaku komunitas rata-rata sebelumya pernah menggunakan rokok konvensional mengkonsumsi rokok elektrik setiap hari. Sikap komunitas bahwa rokok itu pilihan atau hak masing-masing. The purpose of this research is to know the behavior of e-cigarette users (vape) and the impact on social, economic, and health life in the Pekanbaru Vapers Community in 2020. This research using qualitative analytic by conducted depth interview and observation. The subjects of this research are 4 informants, namely 3 main informants and 1 supporting informant. The result of this research is that community knowledge is still low on the impact of e-cigarettes, most of their behavior has ever used conventional cigarettes and also consume e-cigarettes every day, the community's attitude that smoking is their choice or right from social life, the community feels more confident in consuming e-cigarettes and the community feels that they have have a social soul to others. Meanwhile, the economy of the Pekanbaru vapers community feels that it is more economical to consume e-cigarettes and the community health feel better after using e-cigarettes.
