Purpose: Monocorn and Multicorn business startups emerging from higher education institutions represent an intriguing outcome of experiential learning for graduates who have actively participated in incubator programs. Monocorns, characterized by their exclusive ownership under a single entrepreneur, epitomize the essence of individual ambition and drive in the startup ecosystem. These enterprises typically feature dedicated websites aimed at promoting and selling an array of digital or physical products and services. In contrast, Multicorns, forged by collaborative efforts of a team of entrepreneurs or friends, symbolize the power of collective innovation and resource pooling. Such ventures are often equipped with comprehensive websites and integrated payment gateways to facilitate efficient sales and customer engagement. By examining and comparing the dynamics of Monocorns and Multicorns, we gain valuable insights into the diverse pathways that graduates can embark on while nurturing their entrepreneurial dreams and contributing to the dynamic landscape of business innovation. Methodology: Exploratory research method is used to propose two new models of startups from higher educational institutions due to incubationship. Results/Analysis: The paper describes two new models of startups as a result of single or team-based efforts to create entrepreneurs from higher education institutions. The definition, description, comparison, and ABCD analysis of both models are separately carried out from the stakeholder’s points of view. Originality/Values: The paper contains two new models of creating entrepreneurs from higher education institutions as a result of experiential learning opportunities given to the students through a recently announced new model called incubationship. Type of Paper: Exploratory Analysis.

Purpose: Sometimes, the researcher stores sensor data inside the cloud to access the data globally. The widespread cloud infrastructures are AWS, Azure, Google, IBM, etc. This type of Cloud server is not free. We need to pay through subscription. Here, we demonstrate how to manage our sensor data using our existing WordPress Website database. The primary example of CRUD operation on the WordPress Database is provided here. The database class is portable. The researcher can easily integrate more functionality. Using the C# language, we created the “WordPressDB.cs” library with the help of an inbuilt SQL client module. On top of that, we developed a graphical user interface for easy operation. We use Flywheel to install WordPress websites locally for safe operation. Once the development is over, we can deploy online without any issues. The completed project code is available to download for quick integration. Design/Methodology/Approach: To keep our research work free, we installed Flywheel Local software suitable for local WordPress Website installation. We installed a WordPress Website using the Flywheel. Once the Website is fully installed, we run the site from the Flywheel local interface. Now, we open our C# projects. We need to provide the Database credentials to connect with the WordPress Database. Once the connection is successful, we can create a table read, update, and delete the record. Findings/Result: We demonstrated how to keep our sensor data using our existing WordPress database. We tested the provided approach, a good and efficient way to control and manage the sensor data. Our communication stack is as tiny as possible, so it is fast. We can keep our real-time data inside this Database with minimum delay. Originality/Value: Several procedures are available to keep the sensor's data. Using this procedure, we can maintain the data at the least cost possible. We are paying for our website to run. We are getting online cloud storage to keep our sensor data without extra cost. The Website runs around the clock, so our research data is available anytime and anywhere. This approach differs slightly from the traditional approach, like purchasing subscription cloud hosting infrastructure. We can also run the IoT activities using this approach. To exchange the dynamic data between two nodes is also effective without buying a static IP. Paper Type: Experimental-based Research.

Hypotheses are stated for the various variables selected and scrutinized to prove or disprove the same without any errors. Findings/Result: The study found correlations between personality traits & OCEAN from Ramayana characters to individuals with the ancient Indian texts. As much as all individuals behave differently in different situations, our behavioural reactions can be clubbed into traits as similar reactions throughout ages and cultures. To conclude, we can say that each one of us is uniquely different yet distinctively similar as well. Research Limitations/Implications: In the current research an attempt is made by the researchers to comprehend the research gap in the area hence a conceptual idea is proposed and the research goes further to advance significance to discover the degree of relationship to interpret characters from Ramayana to explain OCEAN model. Originality/New Knowledge/Interpretation/Value: Many of the earlier studies have proved that the soul of Indian Mythology is beyond simple good and evil. If one cares to dive deep, there’s an attention-grabbing story at each and every step. Psychologists explain this by segregating personality into a private and public persona. Private is the ‘real’ inner person, while public is the way that the individual profiles themselves to the outside world. We may be confident and outgoing in some circumstances and less sure of ourselves and more retiring in other situations. A case where a shy reserved person joins an organization but eventually becomes an arrogant and stubborn boss. This fits the explanation of how our personalities differ situationally. Paper Type: The study is based on both secondary & primary evidence. There are many characters in the Ramayana, with each one having good and bad qualities. Many characters are alike in intelligence but differ in their ethical characteristics. Hence, researchers have put their effort into giving intelligence ratings as well as ethical ratings to the major characters in the research. However, this is not a definitive list.

The ABCD analysis establishes the pertinent score weights that are ascribed to each of the significant constituents under each parameter through the empirical data analysis of the agricultural stakeholders. The final step is to examine each element's total rating from a focus group in order to determine its overall evaluation. Findings: The ABCD analysis technique can be used by all parties involved in the coffee industry, according to the study. According to the quantitative analysis of the ABCD framework, advantages to stakeholders in the coffee industry were given a high weighting and subsequently came benefits from focus group participation. Originality: This article studies the numerous players in the coffee industry by heavily utilizing the ABCD analytical paradigm. Despite the fact that other ABCD analyses relating to various topics have been published, this study creates a space for original research in the area of coffee industry stakeholders by identifying the key elements of each problem. Type of Paper: Empirical Analysis.

Findings/Result: There were correlations between personality traits & Big Five Factors from Mahabharata characters to individuals with the ancient Indian texts. As much as individuals behave differently in different situations, our behavioural reactions can be clubbed into traits as similar reactions across ages and cultures. To conclude, we can say that each one of us is uniquely different yet distinctively similar as well. Research Limitations/Implications: In the present research an attempt is made by the researchers to understand the research gap in the area hence a conceptual idea is proposed and the research goes further to advance significance to discover the degree of relationship to interpret characters from Mahabharata to explain OCEAN model. Originality/New Knowledge/Interpretation/Value: Many of the earlier studies have proved the soul of Indian mythology is beyond simple good and evil. If one cares to dig deep, there’s an interesting story at each and every step. Psychologists explain this by segregating personality into a private and public persona. Private is the ‘real’ inner person, while public is the way that the individual presents themselves to the outside world. We may be confident and outgoing in some situations and less sure of ourselves and more retiring in other situations. A case where a shy reserved person joins an organization but eventually becomes an arrogant and stubborn boss. This fits the explanation of how our personalities differ situationally. Paper Type: An exploratory study is based on both secondary & primary evidence.

Purpose: The Janata Aawas Karyakram (People Housing Program) is the public authority of Nepal initiative to satisfy the target of furnishing in reverse segment of society with lodging facilities, from the Financial Year 2066/67 to give lodging by building minimal expense current lodging facilities for Dalit and denied Muslim families. Let’s assure the Technical Suitability of locally available materials based on strength, weather-resistance, fire-resistance, workability, durability, availability, and aesthetic appearance for the construction of Janata Aawas with reference to Triyuga Municipality in Udayapur District. Design/Methodology/Approach: The results obtained from laboratory tests and the corresponding theoretical values from IS Codes, Literature, and Theories were compared and the hypothesis was set up to depict the relation between them using Chi-Square Test. Findings/Result: The Storey-height as designed and recommended in Current Janata Aawas Programme needs to be revisited. In terai, it is desired to provide substantial story-height to avoid the heat factor. As the Current Janata Aawas Programme does not include the work of Plaster, the final product seems to be unfinished and doesn’t provide good aesthetic appearance. This too becomes the reason of criticism and complaints from the concerned stakeholders accusing the employee of Implementing Agency for Negligence and corruption. Hence, The Plaster Works also needs to be incorporated in the estimate for the construction of Janata Aawas Programmee. The thatch roof, due its unavailability, owed to the fact that the agro-forest area has been reducing day in and day out, and also due to its low fire-resistance, cannot be used as roofing material for Janata Aawas Programme. Originality/Value: The Construction Materials that were used in Janata Aawas Programme was technically sound enough to be used as construction materials. Paper Type: Research paper.
