Purpose: The impetus of the paper is to learning the effecting elements that impact the members to take financial assistance from Primary Agricultural co-operative Credit societies. It helps to develop a conceptual framework based on systematic literature review and established customer theories. A thorough framework is created for understanding comprehending active involvement, attitude and salient behaviour of the members. Design: The researcher gathered information from secondary data sources. Taking Google Scholar, Research Gate, SSRN, Base and Semantics, and Inflibnet as search engines, secondary data is gathered from academic articles and journal papers. Using the focus group interaction method, hypotheses and contributing elements to customer attitude and satisfaction are proposed. Findings: The research found various determinants of behaviour of members of Primary Agricultural Credit Co-operative Societies, such as financial knowledge, perceived benefits, financial satisfaction, subjective norms, which are suggested to have an impression on attitude and behavioural intention of the members. Originality Value: This paper explains the numerous influencing variables that affect members' decision-making to go for Primary Agricultural co-operative Credit Societies, for the financial assistance for their agricultural purposes. Paper Type: Literature review for the advancement of conceptual framework.

Purpose: Container accidents are a significant issue in international logistics, causing property damage, financial loss, environmental hazards, and even loss of life. These accidents can occur in various settings, such as ports, container yards, roads, rails, or seas. Efforts are being made to enhance container safety, but they remain a persistent challenge that requires ongoing attention to ensure the safe and efficient movement of goods across the globe. By understanding the specific aspects of container accidents that are human-controllable and addressing these issues, a more sustainable and efficient global logistics industry can be achieved. Methodology: An exploratory research design is used in the research study. A comprehensive review of existing literature, including research papers, academic journals, books, reports, and reputable online sources was done. Literature that focuses on container accidents, maritime safety, human factors, and accident investigation reports was extensively studied to gain an understanding of the current state of knowledge on the topic. Data from relevant secondary sources that provide information on container accidents that are human-controllable were identified and collected. Results & Outcome: Container accidents that are happening owing to natural calamities such as floods, cyclones, sea perils, etc are uncontrollable. There are other forms of container accidents viz cargo damage, container equipment damage, container vessel damage, loss of life owing to container fall, etc occurring due to container sliding while handling, tipping of container vessels while loading, skewing of container vessels in the transit voyage, etc. that are controllable by human interference. Unevenly loaded containers seem to be the prime reason for many container accidents that are apparently controllable by humans by following the International Convention for Safe Containers (CSC) guidelines of the International Maritime Organization. In an LCL (Less than Container Load) scenario, adhering to such guidelines may be challenging. There are many research articles discussing the load balancing of containers in an LCL scenario using various optimization techniques, and it appears that the literature is still evolving. Originality: A exploratory study to understand the human controllable factors in container accidents, further study the regulatory guidelines, and analyse the research papers published. Type of the Paper: Exploratory research.

Purpose: The purpose of this Industry Analysis is to know more in-depth about 4 different Hospitals based on their Services provided to nurses. Balancing work and life is basic and necessary for working women to a healthy lifestyle. During the Pandemic hot situations created in the minds of nurses as well people. Nurses have to stay for lengthy working hours, away from family, Shifts, and so on. Similar case studies are studied by many researchers but this simplifies the study and gives a simple solution. This study included the work-life balance of nurses. Design/Methodology: The design of this study is based on secondary data. To gather the data for the study, magazine articles, journals, and published books were employed as introductory resources. Findings: The findings indicated an in-person connection between performance in the role and work-life balance. However, it was shown that the development of emotive commitment comes from employees' experiences with work-life harmony and that emotive commitment improves in-role performance. Originality/Value: This is based on real-time challenges faced by the hospital staff primarily the nurses. Paper Type: Case Study.

Purpose: To improve the quality of care, information technology must be implemented in the healthcare field. In any healthcare system, nurses are the primary users of the hospital information system (HIS), making them the Centre of care. Therefore, understanding their views and the way they use these systems will help improve hospital information systems. Methodology: Data were collected from 389 nurses in hospital wards, intensive care units, and emergency departments using a structured questionnaire. There were two sections of questions on the questionnaire. In the first section demographic details were included. In the second session, 15 statements about nurse’s acceptability of the hospital information system in the hospital are also included. It was suggested to include one more open-ended question in the study to get feedback from the nurses about ways to increase HIS acceptance. Finding/Result: The study found that the majority were female nurses with a bachelor degree and 3-4 years of computer experience. The majority of nurses accepted that the HIS is integrated into their daily work. As a result of the study, the nursing staff will be more likely to accept the HIS. Originality/value: This study will provide a comprehensive overview of understanding information technology and the acceptance of using these systems, which will reduce the workload of nurses while improving the quality of care and patient satisfaction. Paper Type: Observational case study.
