Purpose: Assessment of project commissioning and management transfer of Pakali and Bharaul water supply and sanitation projects were done systematically for assuring smooth operation of the system. Design/Methodology/Approach: Sunsari district with Itahari sub metropolitan and Barahchetra municipality were chosen as the research region because it contains a mixed-race population and is close to the Indian border. Interviews, field perceptions, and surveys were utilized to gather essential information; writing (distribution reports, inspecting reports, records, and information) from both a public and global setting was utilized. The statistical tools used to analyze the adopted process of project commissioning are clustered column, line and bar chart. Findings/Result: Pakali and Bharaul project have been compared on the basis of steps that should be followed for successful project commissioning Both of selected project were found competent in planning and pipe and instrumentation diagrams. In terms of mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, initial operation, and performance testing, none of the chosen projects were deemed competent. Both projects are not handed over yet thus post commissioning is not done. For a successful commissioning, it is recommended a management transfer procedure that involves calibrating and sterilizing the system, having the "water operator's standard" document in place, and training the office staff and members of the water user supply committee. Originality/Value: The novelty of this research is commissioning analyses the nine elements of successful plant commissioning. Paper Type: Research paper

Purpose: Attempting to get access to a computer, computer network, or computing system without authorization is known as a cyber-attack. To modify, impede, erase, manipulate or steal data from computer systems is the purpose of a cyber-attack. These attacks may be carried out in a number of ways. This placeholder information is used to identify a single instance of the use of a prgramme that may support numerous users at once. A thread is information that a programme requires to serve a single user or a single service request. Cybercriminals make use of technology to do malicious actions on digital systems or networks in order to make a profit. These crimes include hacking computer systems and stealing confidential information from businesses and individuals. A thorough study on the algorithms to detect threats in the virtual world of corporate sectors. Finding/Result: Researchers are using a wide array of deep learning algorithms to achieve this goal, and the results have been rather impressive. A system like this may provide substandard results because to its limited ability to describe the problem area and the complexity of its modeling of hazardous behaviours. Supervised learning systems often deliver a high level of accuracy because of the large amount of data made available by manually labelled samples. Originality/Value: Antivirus software is an absolute need for any and all computers. The vast majority of antivirus software is able to identify malicious software such as malware, spyware, ransomware, and harmful email attachments. Paper Type: Literature Review.

Purpose: The ABCD (Advantages, Benefits, Constraints, and Disadvantages) analysis framework evaluates a notion or idea's applicability in a certain circumstance. It examines the effectiveness of a concept or strategy as well as the qualities of the individual, the system, and the environment. It was also investigated for any characteristics that might be relevant to the constitution. Each component of the major characteristic of CSR activities and green banking services and its impact on attracting and retention of customers is given an appropriate score or weighting in the quantitative analysis utilizing ABCD analysis. Design: The ABCD analytical framework determines the proper score weighting that is assigned to all the significant constituents under each variable by analysing empirical data, the efficacy of CSR activities and green banking services to retain customers. The results of a focus group evaluation are then used to calculate each construct's overall score. Findings: Using the ABCD analysis framework, a business model, concept, product, strategy, or system is examined and assessed.
