Introduction: The modern definition of intelligence is machines’ capacity to comprehend and adapt to surroundings employing innate skills and acquired knowledge. We have arguably reached a brand-new stage in the development of civilization. In recent years, the advancement of cognitive technology has accelerated rapidly. On many levels, their capabilities—both current and future—are very appealing. Their application in business is intended to save operating expenses while accelerating the rate of business development and improving the quality of services provided. Cognitive systems use logical human processes to interpret data in order to enable computers and robots to precisely mimic human actions, both in terms of repetitive, routine tasks and comprehensive procedures of completing a variety of tasks. Additionally, they carry out diagnostic and predicative tasks. They are used in the most recent technologies because they offer conclusions, shed light on processes, and offer automated actions based on data analysis and contextual human interactions. Since much of the labour done by employees is routine in nature, computers and algorithms may simply take over these activities. Information technology services and integrated solutions are offered by the Mphasis. It covers application services, infrastructure technology, and business process outsourcing. It adopts a customer-in view to transform organisations by utilising the sector-specific X2C2TM framework, which harnesses the power of cloud and cognitive to give hyper-personalized digital experiences to its customers. Background/Purpose: Mphasis is in the industry of: Business Services, Custom Software & IT Services, Management Consulting - leading applied technology services, helping enterprises transform businesses globally by applying next-generation technology. Design/Methodology/Approach: Referred websites and articles related to Mphasis development, services, cognitive applications. Findings: With regard to sales, delivery, and development, Mphasis innovates to produce excellent customer service and successful results. In order to maintain its clients at the top of the heap in a market that is constantly changing, its goal is to be flexible, nimble, and customer-centric. There have been companies with significant AI-related infrastructure in India. IISc has organizations with driving organizations like Robert Bosch, Faurecia; IIIT Bangalore is in association with Mphasis and focus Cognitive Computing; IIT Kharagpur has made AI inquire about focus with Capillary Technologies. Originality: This paper tries to give an overview of how Mphasis focuses on cognitive intelligence applications and anticipates 0the future of applied technology and forecasts tomorrow's trends. Paper Type: A Research Case study paper on the use of cognitive intelligence in Mphasis

Purpose: In terms of market structure and competitiveness, Indian banking has seen major changes. The future of banking services is being revolutionised by technical and digital advancements. Technology advancements are anticipated to have a significant impact on the global financial sector in the near future. Innovations in payments, lending, asset management, and insurance put financial institutions' business models and strategies to the challenge, but they also offer opportunities to both newcomers and existing market players. Fintech is a term used to characterise emerging technological advancements in the financial services sector due to an increased reliance on information technology. The concept of new- generation banking is resonating with traditional banks' increased use of technology through in-house upgrades or partnerships with fintechs. This in turn is driving the banking sector toward new business models, innovative products, and services. Clients nowadays, particularly retail customers, want banks to offer them efficient, dependable, and customised services. Therefore, there is a need to offer financial services that are both affordable and accessible to everyone. Narrow banks. One such cutting-edge strategy used by fintech companies is neo banking. Neo banking is a financial industry buzzword that is revolutionising India's Fintech industry. Neo banks, which have been widely successful, are now expanding into India and giving users access to financial services with just a mouse click. Neo banks can offer banking services and products online through partnerships with traditional banks despite not having a physical presence. Neo banks provide cutting-edge banking options to their clients, particularly the tech-savvy generation and the underbanked citizens of our nation. Therefore, this research paper aims to introduce this concept of neo banking to a wider range of consumers and attempts to make a study on Neo bank in its present and future by analyzing its pros and cons through SWOC and ABCD Framework Analysis. Design/Methodology/Approach: Research gap is identified after a literature search on Neo banks. Since this concept is in its inception in India, there is a lot of scope for research. Secondary data is analysed to understand the concept of neo banks and SWOC and ABCD framework analysis is conducted on Neo banks. Findings/ Results: This research article explores the new paradigm shift in providing financial services to individuals and businesses. Since Neo banks are in its inception stage, this paper attempts to understand the advantages, challenges, and benefits of Neo banking through ABCD and SWOC analysis. In addition, the paper also focuses on 5 prominent neo banks in India and the growth and future for Neo banking in India. Type of Article: Review-based exploratory study.

Purpose: India has a rich tradition of education and learning right from ancient times and especially during the Renaissance period, the Golden Age of Indian Culture. The major three achievements in education, during this period were the decimal system, the great Sanskrit epics, and the contribution to the sciences of astronomy, mathematics, and metallurgy. The four Vedas, i.e., the Rigveda, Yajurveda, Samaveda, and the Atharvaveda were configured through ideals, practices, and conducts. The doctrine of action (Karma) occupies a very significant place in the Indian system of education and has evolved during the transition from ancient to modern education. Two methods of teaching were being practiced during the Vedic period. First, the verbal/oral method, and the second based on thinking (Chintan). Current higher education has shown trends of multidisciplinary approaches along similar lines. NEP 2020 also suggests a multidisciplinary approach. Bloom’s Taxonomy defines three domains of learning, cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. The ancient education system is also based on the three domains, to develop higher-order learning by building up the lower-level cognitive skills. Approach: The exploratory study based on secondary published research articles on the education system in India, seeks to interpret extant academic research on the relevance of the ancient education system in modern multidisciplinary education. Findings: The literature analysis emphasizes that ancient learning systems based on Vedas included many yogic practices. In general, to calm the mind and improve learning, asanas, chanting of mantras, and meditation were done. The same practices are emphasized by HEI, guided by UGC and AICTE. Universal Human value (UHV) has been implemented for all-around personality development and practice of an integrated approach in Yoga. Modern methods to develop memory include the logical method, spaced learning, and rational memory. All of these are derived from the ancient way of teaching and learning. Using the ABCD listing methodology this paper explores the advantages, benefits, constraints, and disadvantages of the modern education system, both from learners’ viewpoint and teachers’ viewpoint. Type of Paper: Exploratory Research.

Universal Human value (UHV) has been implemented for all-around personality development and practice of an integrated approach in Yoga. Modern methods to develop memory include the logical method, spaced learning, and rational memory. All of these are derived from the ancient way of teaching and learning. Using the ABCD listing methodology this paper explores the advantages, benefits, constraints, and disadvantages of the modern education system, both from learners’ viewpoint and teachers’ viewpoint.\u0000Type of Paper: Exploratory Research.","PeriodicalId":350972,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Case Studies in Business, IT, and Education","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125536832","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Purpose: The Internet of Things (IoT) has changed how we interact with technology, allowing us to control and monitor devices remotely from our smartphones or other devices. One of the most popular ways of interacting with IoT devices is through voice assistants like Amazon Alexa. To integrate an IoT device with Alexa, developers must create a custom Alexa skill to understand voice commands and communicate with the IoT device. This research paper presents a practical guide for developers interested in creating custom Alexa skills for their IoT devices. It covers the essential steps in setting up the AWS IoT platform, designing the Alexa skill's interaction model, and testing the Skill. Design/Methodology/Approach: We decided which load or equipment would be operated using the Alexa voice command. Then we thought about quickly consuming minimal words for each device operation. We prepared the command list in the Excel sheet and a command prototype for Alexa utterances. We created an AWS account in the AWS cloud server and started to create the new Skill. Finally, we must add the AWS lambda function ARN to the Alexa default Endpoint to update the IoT Device shadow for connected devices. Findings/Result: This research demonstrates that the development of an Alexa skill for IoT devices in the AWS Cloud is a reliable, efficient, and flexible approach that has the potential to revolutionize the way we interact with IoT devices in our daily lives. Originality/value: The novelty of this research lies in the fact that it provides a step-by-step guide to developing an Alexa skill for IoT devices in the AWS Cloud. It will also help researchers and developers understand the complexities of developing Alexa skills for IoT devices in the AWS Cloud and how these skills can be used to control IoT devices anywhere. This research will add value to the field by providing developers with the necessary tools and techniques to develop sophisticated and reliable Alexa skills for IoT devices in the AWS Cloud. Paper Type: Experimental-based Research.

Purpose: We continue our investigation into the origins of business models and look at how the business models of new firms originate by integrating institutional and restriction theories. Design: Amazon's business models are studied following the deductive and inductive approaches. Inductive: by checking the assumptions and coming to a conclusion, Deductive: by checking the theories and proving the hypothesis. Objective: To find out the competitive digital strategies of Amazon, that could be learned and copied for other organizational applications. Findings/Result: The findings show that there are several consumer complaints and service issues about Amazon's influence, notably in regard to pricing, customer service, in-store staff, and post-purchase support. The paper claims that Amazon's development and profitability have been greatly aided by business strategies combining technology, distribution networks, and customer service. These tactics have also assisted Amazon in differentiating itself from its competitors in the brick-and-mortar and online retail industries. Originality/Value: The business model as well as the SWOT analysis presented may be used by organizations to assess and narrow down their options for a business modeling platform. This case study work is original and would help researchers to do further study accordingly. Paper Type: Case study.
