The visionary leadership of educational institutions is a leadership profile considered capable of carrying out the performance of educational institutions that are adaptive and anticipatory to changes or disruptive challenges in the future technological era. The development of technology has dramatically impacted educational institutions. So there needs to be a study of what strategies can be done by a visionary leader in doing his business in forming an innovative organization. It creates an organization by progress demands and equips its members to improve its performance. Therefore, this article provides direction for leaders to determine the right and fundamental strategies to answer this technological disruption's challenges. The study used in this article is literature that analyzes technology disruption, then presents a conceptual framework of academic leader skills of educational institutions in the challenges of technological disruption. The author proposes several strategies for leaders of educational institutions, namely changing the form of educational institutions, sharpening vision and paying attention to human resources, forming innovation teams, and evaluating teams. All is done to prepare human resources who can keep up with technological advances.

The purpose of this research is to determine the development of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS)-based multiple-choice question instruments through Quizizz application to measure the cognitive abilities of early childhood students in the early grades. The method used in this study is the research and development ADDIE method. The results of this study show that the developed HOTS instrument using Quizizz meets the validity criteria based on validity tests. The results of content validity test by subject matter experts indicate 90% validity with a highly valid category, while the media experts' validation results show 83% validity with a highly valid category. The practicality questionnaire validation results from the students indicate 85% validity with a highly valid category. The results of construct validity test state that each item has a calculated r-value higher than the table r-value, indicating its validity and suitability for use. The reliability test yields a value of 0.799, which falls under the high reliability category with a range of 0.600-0.800. The difficulty level test results, with an average of 0.73, indicate that the questions are easy, demonstrating good quality difficulty levels. The item discrimination test results show an average of 0.432, indicating good discriminatory ability. The practicality test results from the students show 89% practicality with a highly practical category. Based on the test results of the students' abilities after being given the questions, it can be concluded that out of the 97 students who answered the 20 HOTS multiple-choice questions, 55 students had an excellent level of ability, 10 students had a good level of ability, 27 students had an average level of ability, and 5 students had a very poor level of ability. Thus, the average score of the 97 students is 71%, falling under the good category.

This study aims to (1) Describe how the implementation (implementation) of administration and (2) the constraints and solutions that exist in the implementation of administration in MIN 1 Medan. This research was conducted with a descriptive qualitative research approach. The informants of this study were madrasa heads, teachers, administrative staff and students. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Then the data were analyzed by interactive analysis which flowed with activities including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. Testing the validity of the data is done by triangulation of methods and sources. From the results of the study it can be concluded that: (1) The implementation of administration in MIN 1 Medan has been carried out properly and is organized as a function of the administration itself (2) Obstacles in the implementation of administration even if there are solutions can be found by first reflecting and evaluating.

The subjects of this study were 14 educaltion stalff consisting of 5 men alnd 9 women with severall positions, nalmely: aldministraltion coordinaltor/sallalry trealsurer, inventory malnalger, boss trealsurer, 5 stalff aldministraltion, 2 libralry malnalgers, security gualrds (security gualrds), school gualrds, palrk/clealning officers, jalnitors. This type of resealrch is al descriptive resealrch method with al qualntitaltive alpproalch. The tools used for daltal collection in this study were questionnalires, observaltion alnd interviews. Daltal collection methods used interviews, questionnalires, observaltion, alnd documentaltion. The findings show thalt the quallity of the performalnce of tealching stalff alt Kalryal Bundal Middle School, on the indicaltors of performalnce quallity alnd timeliness, 1 educaltion stalff (7.14%) is in the good caltegory alnd 13 educaltion stalff (92.85%) alre in the very good caltegory. On the qualntity indicaltor of performalnce alnd cooperaltion, 3 educaltion stalff (21.43%) alre in the good caltegory alnd 11 educaltion stalff (78.57) alre in the very good caltegory.

The strategic management of the Ibnussabil Islamic boarding school is the primary reference for making programs. For that, continue to grow and develop. So the purpose of this study is to provide an overview of strategic management in this Islamic boarding school, especially its implementation. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques in interviews with specific samples, observations, and documentation studies. From research, it is known that the formulation of strategies is carried out before the Islamic boarding school runs and is carried out by the leaders themselves, without involving other people. The implementation of the system has gone well but still needs to be improved with evaluation because there are still shortcomings. One of the drawbacks is that some programs are not implemented due to funding constraints or unsupportive costs

This article aims to analyze and describe the role of the school principle instructional leadership on teacher professional competence. The method of this article uses the literature study method, namely by collecting data or sources related to the topic raised. The findings can be concluded that the school are expected to contribute to realizing the role of the principal's instructional leadership. Based on the findings it can be concluded that instructional leadership or commonly called learning leadership, must be able to assume that schools will improve if the principal can set clear academic goals, motivate staff and students to work towards these goals, align progress, and align teaching and learning. learning activities to achieve these goals. Research shows that in line with the curriculum, methods that are appropriate to the characteristics and goals of students, evaluation, and supervision actions that are integrated with a sustainable system are indicators of the quality of the learning process.

The independent learning curriculum issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture has brought changes to the national education system. At the beginning of the policy or termed the first period, there were four policies that started it, namely the elimination of the national exam and replacing it with a minimum competency assessment and a character survey with literacy and anumeration. The national school-based exam (USBN) was replaced with a school exam held by each school. Simplification of the Lesson Implementation Plan (RPP) with the aim of reducing the teacher's administrative burden. The RPP made by the teacher only includes 3 components, namely learning objectives, learning activities and evaluation. The zoning system is enforced, the zoning pathway PPDB can accept a minimum of 50 percent students, the affirmation pathway at least 15 percent, and the displacement pathway a maximum of 5 percent. The independent learning curriculum as a new paradigm in education is oriented towards the profile of Pancasila students who are the target in directing the implementation and assessment of policies. Although there are many criticisms of the Free Learning policy, there are also many educational practitioners who say the realization of the independent learning curriculum is be a breath of fresh air for teachers and students who want changes to the learning system that are emancipatory in nature and develop student competencies, especially in the context of the globalization era and the industrial revolution era 4.0 towards society 5.0

Kitab Al-Barzanji merupakan karya sastra Arab yang berisi cerita bernafaskan Islam berupa puji- pujian kepada Nabi Muhammad SAW beserta keluarganya dan puji-pujian kepada Allah SWT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui estetika, makna dan bentuk lagu bismillah dalam musik kompang di Desa Meskom Kecamatan Bengkalis Kabupaten Bengkalis Provinsi Riau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan interdisiplin yang menggunakan disiplin ilmu estetika dan semiotika. Disiplin ilmu estetika di gunakan untuk mengkaji keindahan pada lagu bismillah, sedangkan disiplin ilmu semiotika digunakan untuk mengkaji makna dan bentuk lagu bismillah. Hasil peneliti menjelaskan tentang estetika lagu bismillah dalam musik kompang di Desa Meskom Kabupaten Bengkalis Provinsi Riau, karena kesenian kompang ini memiliki keindahan dan makna yang mendalam pada setiap lirik lagu yang membuat beberapa dari kalangan masyarakat sangat menggemari kesenian tradisional kompang yang ada di Desa Meskom, sehingga kesenian Kompang ini dapat dinikmati dan di rasakan para penikmatnya.Kata kunci: estetika, al barzanji, kompang, bismillah. Abstract Kitab Al-Barzanji is an Arabic literary work that contains stories with Islamic inspiration in the form of praises to the Prophet Muhammad and his family and praises to Allah SWT. This study aims to determine the aesthetics, meaning, and form of the bismillah song in Kompang music in Meskom Village, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method with an interdisciplinary approach that uses the disciplines of aesthetics and semiotics. The discipline of aesthetics is used to study the beauty of the bismillah song, while the discipline of semiotics is used to study the meaning and form of the bismillah song. The researcher will examine the aesthetics of the bismillah song in Kompang music in Meskom Village, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province, because this Kompang art has beauty and deep meaning in each song lyric, which makes some people really like the traditional Kompang art in Meskom Village, so Kompang arts can be enjoyed and felt by connoisseurs.

Hasil peneliti menjelaskan tentang estetika lagu bismillah dalam musik kompang di Desa Meskom Kabupaten Bengkalis Provinsi Riau, karena kesenian kompang ini memiliki keindahan dan makna yang mendalam pada setiap lirik lagu yang membuat beberapa dari kalangan masyarakat sangat menggemari kesenian tradisional kompang yang ada di Desa Meskom, sehingga kesenian Kompang ini dapat dinikmati dan di rasakan para penikmatnya.Kata kunci: estetika, al barzanji, kompang, bismillah. \u0000Abstract Kitab Al-Barzanji is an Arabic literary work that contains stories with Islamic inspiration in the form of praises to the Prophet Muhammad and his family and praises to Allah SWT. This study aims to determine the aesthetics, meaning, and form of the bismillah song in Kompang music in Meskom Village, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method with an interdisciplinary approach that uses the disciplines of aesthetics and semiotics. This study aims to describe the description of the learning achievement of students at SD Negeri Daya 1 Makassar, to explain how much influence social media has on the learning achievement of students at SD Negeri Daya 1 Makassar and to find out the factors that influence student achievement at SD Negeri Makassar Power 1. The type of research used in this study used total sampling so that as many as 27 students were obtained from the total number of students. The instrument used is in the form of a social media questionnaire and to find out the learning achievement of students is in the form of end-of-semester scores. Based on the results of the research, the hypothesis test found that there was a significant influence of social media on the learning achievement of SD Negeri Daya 1 Makassar students. This can be seen from the t-value of social media, namely -2.154 > 1.708 and a significant level of 0.041 <0.05.

The At-tartil method familiarizes students with reading the al-quran directly (without spelling) by including/practicing reading tartil according to ulumul tajwid and ulumul ghorib rules. A qualitative approach was used in this study to determine a research process that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior and an approach that describes the reality of an event in detail, depth, and comprehensively. From the Results of observation and interviews conducted by the wahid hasyim elementary school Sidoarjo, it can be concluded that learning the al-quran using the at-tartil method, which students follow, requires careful and planned preparation before starting the learning process. As to learning the al-quran in the at-tartil way in elementary school, Wahid Hasyim Sekardangan Sidoarjo to improve students’ al-uran reading skills in reading tartil according to the rules ulumul tajwid and ulumul ghorib in elementary school Wahid Hasyim Sekardangan Sidoarjo. Because based on the results of interviews and observations of the author, around 85% of the students could understand and master the learning material on the method at-tartil in the al-Quran in class. Thus, a conclusion can be drawn that the level of success in learning the al-quran using the At-Tartil method is excellent and optimal for Implementation by the wahid hasyim elementary school Sidoarjo.
