Tracking Object Using Object-strips Color Feature 使用对象条颜色特征跟踪对象

The paper presents a new tracking scheme based on the object-strips color (OSC) feature. Firstly, the images captured by the camera are transformed into a format which is suitable for object tracking. Secondly, background subtraction method is used to detect the moving object. Then the OSC feature is represented by dividing the detected object into several strips and integrating the mean hue of each strip into a one-dimensional vector. Finally, the detected object is tracked by matching the OSC features using correlation coefficient criteria. Since the OSC feature includes both color and spatial distribution information of the detected object, the proposed method is more reliable than traditional color-based tracking algorithms. Furthermore, the OSC feature, which is a one-dimensional vector, is so simple that can satisfy the real-time requirement in video surveillance easily. The experimental results show that the proposed method has a good performance for tracking objects.

Research of the Drum Rapid Design System Based on Solid Edge Variational Design 基于实体边缘变分设计的滚筒快速设计系统研究

The structures and dimensions of model which has been established in advance have to be modified to suit the different environments in real application. These would cause the numerous and repeated amending design. We studied product design process and variational design technique, then proposed three kinds of methods to actualize variational design, which achieved variational design in 3D parts, model assembly and 2D engineering drawings. At last, a rapid design platform for mechanical product which integrated design knowledge of drum was established. It's testified that the system can rebuild product models more quickly, and promote the design efficiency and quality remarkably.

Aspect-Oriented Modeling Based on Behavior Context: A Bridge from Asymmetric to Symmetric 基于行为上下文的面向方面建模:从非对称到对称的桥梁

Traditional Aspect-Oriented Model approaches are need to distinguish core components and aspect components at early stage. Aspect-Oriented Modeling based on Behavior Context (AOMBC) is a new approach for Aspect-Oriented Software Development (AOSD). With AOMBC, the developer could model the system actions symmetrically. To collaborate with other behavior nodes, behavior context is been using to describe their relationships. With the behavior context, the equitable behavior nodes are asymmetric warped to core-behavior or crosscutting-behavior and weaved together. As a result, AOMBC can obtain both benefits of symmetric and asymmetric, help the developers to build more effective and reusable models.

Implementation of Route Selection Function Based on Improved Floyd Algorithm 基于改进Floyd算法的路由选择功能实现

The improved Floyd algorithm is presented in order to solve the problem of high computational complexity when the shortest path of a large number of nodes in urban road network is computed using traditional Floyd algorithm. And the function of route selection based on the improved Floyd algorithm is realized by simulation. In the algorithm, firstly, the various nodes will be compared and the nodes that have nothing to do with the results are removed, and the iteration matrix and the serial number matrix for computing shortest path the were constructed. Experimental results showed that the computational complexity of the improved Floyd algorithm was reduced by half compared with the original algorithm. And the shortest path can be simply, intuitively and efficiently found through checking iteration matrix and serial number matrix.
针对传统Floyd算法在计算城市道路网络中大量节点的最短路径时计算复杂度高的问题,提出了改进的Floyd算法。并通过仿真实现了基于改进Floyd算法的选路功能。该算法首先对各节点进行比较,去除与结果无关的节点,构造迭代矩阵和计算最短路径的序号矩阵。实验结果表明,改进Floyd算法的计算复杂度比原算法降低了一半。通过对迭代矩阵和序号矩阵的校验,可以简单、直观、高效地求出最短路径。

A Robust Mean Shift Tracking Algorithm Combined with Gray Spatial Texture 一种结合灰度空间纹理的鲁棒Mean Shift跟踪算法

The classical Mean Shift algorithm has some limitations in target tracking of gray image sequences for it only adopts the simple gray color information. We present an improved Mean Shift tracking algorithm in this paper. Our approach employs the information of gray spatial texture which is used to characterize the object in matching models calculation. Thus, the proposed algorithm can recognize the real target from a complicated background. The experiments show that improved Mean Shift tracking algorithm has higher efficiency and reliability than previous method.
经典的Mean Shift算法仅采用简单的灰度信息,在灰度图像序列的目标跟踪中存在一定的局限性。本文提出了一种改进的Mean Shift跟踪算法。该方法在匹配模型计算中利用灰度空间纹理信息对目标进行表征。因此,该算法可以从复杂的背景中识别出真实目标。实验表明,改进的Mean Shift跟踪算法比以前的方法具有更高的效率和可靠性。

Feasibility Study on Wind Farm Renewable Energy Development in the Eastern Coast of China 中国东部沿海地区风力发电场可再生能源开发可行性研究

Eastern China has a vast land area with a long coastline, presenting a possible wind resource. But the use of the wind renewable energy to generate electric power is still on a small scale, because of the large upfront investment and lower internal rate of return. In this paper, the project of wind farm is used as a Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) case to reveal the mitigation cost per unit CO2. This investigation is based on baseline and incremental cost analysis. The case study has been made with capacity of 30MW wind power project. It is shown that development of wind farm is feasible in the eastern coast of China. The establishment and operation of the proposed project activity will promote the wind farm technology and utilization. It can also achieve the greenhouse gas emission reductions and promote the sustainable development at the local areas.

The Study on Combustion Kinetics Characteristic of Biology-molding Fuel 生物成型燃料燃烧动力学特性研究

Thermogravimetric (TG-DTG) analysis was used to study the pyrolysis characteristics of biology-molding fuel (corn straw and bean straw) at different heating rates in a stream of N2. We determine the kinetic parameters including reaction order, frequency factor and activation energies of straw that guided design for combustion boiler using biology-molding fuel.

Miniature Field Bus Data Recorder 微型现场总线数据记录器

The common bus on bus control is RS232. With the development of field bus technology, field bus technology is widely used in data recorder. How to real time record the data of field bus in the experiment and provide the test data for process reconstruction is a very important problem. This paper introduces a kind of data acquisition and storage based on field bus. Its core design is C8051F040 microprocessor and SJA1000, a widely used field bus controller. This paper presents the basic constitution of this field bus data recorder and set forth its hardware and software. This field bus data recorder field bus real-time gathers the information and storage data on the CF card. The result of the experiment shows the system is highly reliable for data acquisition and storage, which should have abroad application prospect for data record experiment.

Research on Coordination of the Multi-grade Surge Protective for Secondary System in Substation 变电站二次系统多级防雷协调研究

If lightning damage occurs in substations, huge block would be caused out in a large area, and lots of trouble would be brought to social production and daily life. So it requires that lightning protection should be reliable. Presently, the lightning protection measures of high voltage system are perfect, while the secondary system mainly consists of plenty of electronic, micro-electronic, etc LV devices, which make the withstanding voltage standard fairly low. With the smart grid presentation, there will be more new information technology and more LV devices will be used in substations, so higher demand on reliability of lightning protection is put forward. This paper put forward a multi-grade surge protective for secondary system in substation using surge protective devices in order to achieve superior overall performance and using electromagnetic transient program (EMTP) analysis of the performance of their protection and parameter coordination.

With the smart grid presentation, there will be more new information technology and more LV devices will be used in substations, so higher demand on reliability of lightning protection is put forward. A control system of multiparameter data acquisition is introduced. It explains software program direction and realization method about control of wattmeter, process, display and store of the collecting data. The practical application has shown that this system has a good effect. It takes HIOKI3334 on the inspection of energy efficiency for example to introduce the practical application.
