The present research aims to investigate, from a contingency perspective, the practices of the budgetary participation in Tunisian companies. A qualitative methodology based on a multiple case study was adopted. The results showed that some factors hamper the development and success of budgetary participation by creating a double dimensional incoherencepsychological and instrumentalbetween the ideal environment for a participative approach and that of the Tunisian company. The findings could, thus, enlighten Tunisian managers on the forms of budgetary participation that could operate in the Tunisian context; otherwise which seem to be most in harmony with the structural and contextual specificities of the Tunisian company and which also meet the aspirations and expectations of Tunisian managers.

Role of digital misinformation in analysing COVID-19 vaccine hesitancy 数字错误信息在分析COVID-19疫苗犹豫中的作用

Misinformation on the COVID-19 vaccine has been rampant on social media, which resulted in influencing and misguiding people about vaccine safety and its effectiveness. It became imperative to scrutinise the conversation on the social media platform, especially how 'Twitter' is reacting to the COVID-19 vaccine refusal or acceptance in the Indian landscape. This study is a pioneer in utilising a mixed-method approach of clubbing quantitative sentiment analysis technique followed by a qualitative content analysis. The themes that emerged from quantitative analysis of negative sentiments related to vaccination have been corroborated by qualitative responses of medical experts. The themes that emerged included three sub-clusters with 'willingness', 'risk perception', 'efficacy' and 'affordability' loaded on the first cluster, 'allocation' and 'prioritisation' on the second and 'outreach' as the third cluster. These findings will help the government and policymakers to take cognisance of the factors leading to hesitancy and adapt accordingly.

The fashion industry, inherently characterised by innovation and disruption, is rapidly evolving. A transformation is being witnessed in how the fashion fraternity is communicating with the world. Social media has emerged as a strong platform being used by all the stakeholders of the fashion industry, as they start appreciating the dramatic manner in which this medium has been able to influence, engage and build loyal associations. This study analyses how social media is helping fashion brands in improving consumer-brand associations and identifies the determinants of consumer brand relationship and consumer brand perception in the context of the fashion ecosystem. Subsequently, the manuscript proposes two conceptual models (the RCEE model of consumer-brand relationship and the RDIB model of consumer-brand perception) for examining these constructs in detail, by building a clearer theoretical perspective.
