THE REPRODUCTION OF INEQUALITIES IN ACCESS TO EDUCATIONAL STATISTICS 在获取教育统计数据方面的不平等再现

Abstract This article analyzes the factors that restrict the availability of educational data. Focusing on secondary school, the article demonstrates that most of those municipalities and schools which, in 2022, did not have data available for the Sistema de Avaliação da Educação Básica [Basic Education Assessment System] (Saeb), either presented low average proficiency indicators in 2019, or did not have data available in 2019. By means of logistic regression, the article demonstrates that the likelihood of a municipality achieving the minimum participation rate for the Saeb, in 2022, was greater amongst those with a high average proficiency in 2019, a greater number of enrollments, and more effective responses to the Covid-19 pandemic. The results demonstrate a reproduction of educational inequalities in the availability of data.

ABSENTEÍSMO DOCENTE: DESAFIOS PARA AS POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS EDUCACIONAIS 教师缺勤:对教育公共政策的挑战

Resumo O artigo descreve o fenômeno do absenteísmo entre os servidores municipais da cidade de São Paulo e busca compreender como os profissionais da educação entendem a falta docente e se organizam para enfrentar esse problema na escola. A partir de uma revisão bibliográfica, fez-se a análise estatística descritiva de variáveis relacionadas a ausências dos servidores e perfil dos profissionais pertencentes ao quadro do magistério, bem como a análise dos resultados coletados por meio de entrevistas em vinte unidades escolares. O estudo recomenda que sejam delineadas melhorias das condições de trabalho dos professores, buscando, em especial, diminuir o número excessivo de alunos por sala de aula, aumentar os níveis salariais a fim de prevenir o acúmulo de cargos e investir na carreira do magistério, tornando-a mais atraente.
摘要本文描述了sao保罗市市政服务人员的缺勤现象,并试图了解教育专业人员如何理解教师短缺,并组织自己在学校解决这一问题。在文献综述的基础上,对与教师缺勤相关的变量进行描述性统计分析,并对20个学校单位的访谈结果进行分析。该研究建议概述改善教师的工作条件,特别是寻求减少每个教室过多的学生人数,提高工资水平,以防止职位积累,并投资于教学职业,使其更具吸引力。

TEACHER ABSENTEEISM: CHALLENGES TO PUBLIC EDUCATION POLICIES 教师缺勤:对公共教育政策的挑战

Abstract The article describes the phenomenon of absenteeism among municipal teachers in the city of São Paulo and seeks to understand how education professionals view teacher nonattendance and organize to face this problem in schools. Based on a bibliographic review, a statistical descriptive analysis was conducted with variables related to public servant absences and the profile of professionals in the teacher workforce. In addition, the results collected through interviews in twenty school units were analyzed. The study recommends for improvements to be outlined in teachers’ working conditions, aiming particularly to reduce the excessive number of students per classroom, raise wage levels in order to prevent accumulation of positions, and invest in the teaching career so as to make it more attractive.

INSTRUÇÃO PÚBLICA DO “SEXO FEMININO” NO MARANHÃO: NO DIRETÓRIO DOS ÍNDIOS E INÍCIO DO SÉCULO XIX maranhao中的“女性”公共教育:在印第安人目录和19世纪早期

Resumo Aborda-se a instrução pública feminina no Maranhão, do período que abrange a publicação do Diretório dos Índios, durante o governo pombalino, no século XVIII, ao início do século XIX, de 1822 até a década de 1830. A pesquisa contemplou análise documental do Diretório dos Índios de 1757, imprensa do Maranhão (1822-1838), ofícios de professores, documentos paroquiais e legislações brasileira e portuguesa. Os resultados indicam necessidade de maior atenção aos efeitos da publicação do Diretório dos Índios sobre a escolarização pública feminina e registram informações sobre as primeiras professoras públicas maranhenses do século XIX. Conclui-se pela relativização da afirmação corrente na historiografia que atribui à Lei das Escolas de Primeiras Letras, de 1827, a demarcação inicial da escolarização pública feminina no Brasil.
摘要本文从18世纪庞巴林政府时期到19世纪初,从1822年到19世纪30年代,探讨了maranhao中女性公共教育的出版时期。研究包括对1757年《印第安人名录》、maranhao出版社(1822-1838)、教师办公室、教区文件以及巴西和葡萄牙法律的文献分析。结果表明,需要更多地关注《印度目录》的出版对女性公立学校教育的影响,并记录了19世纪maranhao第一批公立教师的信息。它的结论是,在史学中,目前的肯定是相对化的,归因于1827年的第一个字母学校的法律,巴西女性公立学校的最初划分。

THE SHARED TRAINING SPACE: PERSPECTIVES FOR TEACHER TRAINING 共享培训空间:教师培训的视角

Abstract This work, which is the result of a doctoral thesis, aims to understand how a shared training space can promote changes in the quality of teaching actions. For this, we constituted a training space shared with a teacher, in a state school, located in a peripheral neighborhood, to organize the teaching of natural sciences for the initial years of elementary school. The results pointed to actions guided by intentional and conscious objectives, carried out in a dynamic unit and in a shared way, as triggering learning and new actions for the teaching activity. The constitution of shared spaces, organized in this perspective, enables the psychic development of teachers and changes in the quality of teaching.
本工作是一篇博士论文的成果,旨在了解共享训练空间如何促进教学行动质量的变化。为此,我们在一所位于周边社区的公立学校中建立了一个与教师共享的培训空间,以组织小学最初几年的自然科学教学。结果指出,在有意和有意识的目标指导下,在一个动态单元中以共享的方式进行的行动,作为触发教学活动的学习和新行动。在这一视角下组织的共享空间的构成,使教师的心理发展和教学质量的变化成为可能。

Abstract This article presents the research experience of Ciudadanía con Sentido [Citizenship with Meaning] from the construction of: community social networks of citizen initiatives for the construction of a culture of peace; an education proposal for the appropriation of information and communication technologies (ICT); and a strategy for the development of a digital platform from a social perspective. The context in which the experience is developed is presented in sociopolitical and theoretical terms; then the methodological strategy with different population groups in Medellín is described and, finally, the results in terms of a proposal that involves the development of a digital platform from a social perspective of education for the appropriation of technologies and the construction of citizen initiatives in vulnerable communities are shown.

Abstract The life stories of two female teachers delve into the type of teaching practices during the democratic transition in Spain. The narrative biographical research, through the use of biographical accounts, investigates the decision-making and practices that made the classroom an emancipatory space. The analysis focuses on the type of creative practices, the basis of educational, collaborative and democratic action. Literary creation and theatrical works, together with the students, fostered autonomy, confidence and a love of learning. These innovative practices, for the time, can be considered today as disruptive practices which, together with the importance of affective relationships and the revaluation of artistic spaces, constitute the basis of pedagogical action.

Abstract This paper aims to comprehend the educator’s perception about the educative praxis in alternation, at the Escola Família Agroextrativista do Carvão [Family School of Coal’s Extractive Agriculture] (EFAC), located at the Amapá’s side of Amazônia. The research is a study case and used the qualitative approach. The techniques of research used were direct observation and socio-educative cartography of the interviewed educator’s knowledge. The results highlighted the educator’s commitment on the search for strengthen their performance in education centers that compose the areas where the EFAC’s act, characterized by the interdisciplinary and the experience of the community school. Abstract The reflexive-discursive confrontation of the pedagogical aporias is a possibility of thinking about students’ learning and not learning. The guiding question was formulated as follows: considering our own experiences of difficulties as students, what style of teaching enabled our teachers to succeed in our learning? It reflects on the pertinence of thinking about facing pedagogical aporias in the learning/not learning processes of school students. The reflection is organized in six steps, with the intention of sustaining that the pedagogical success of teachers with students with unique learning rhythms involves recognizing and facing the aporias inherent to the educational process.
