Aiming at the problems that the existing feature interaction methods in deep learning recommendation models cannot fully utilize the embedding vector information and thus have the insufficient accuracy, we propose a deep learning recommendation model based on separated embedding interaction networks (SEIN). This model first uses the embedding neural network layer to convert the sparse feature vectors into dense embedding vectors, then separates the feature matrices of different dimensions for feature interaction, and explicitly controls the order of feature interaction through the number of SEIN layers. Finally, the obtained hidden layer matrices are pooled by summation, and the final output is obtained through the prediction layer. In public datasets of Criteo, AutoML and Movielens, click-through rate prediction and top-k recommendation experiments are carried out by using the area under the curve (AUC), log-loss, accuracy and recall rate as evaluation indicators. The experimental results demonstrate that compared with the baseline models for click-through rate prediction, namely DeepFM, Deep&Cross Received: 202211-25; Accepted: 2023-04-02; Online (CNKI): 2023-06-05 Foundation: Construction Project of Applied Undergraduate Pilot Program in Shanghai Universities (Z32004-17-84); Special Project of Shanghai Municipal Education Commission for the Construction of First-Class Undergraduate Majors (JYLB202002) Corresponding author: Associate professor JIANG Zhongyun. SHAO Jing, LONG Xinyi, FANG Yusheng, and YU Zhouyang College of Chemistry and Environmental Engineering, Shenzhen University, Shenzhen 518071, Guangdong Province, P. R. China Abstract: Mn-based perovskite hydroxide (MnSn(OH)6) has a cubic perovskite structure and shows promising application potential in lithium batteries, electrolytic hydrogen production and other fields. In order to avoid the destruction of the surface-activity and the nanostructure of typical Mn-based perovskite materials due to hightemperature treatment, a simple wet chemical method was used to obtain MnSn(OH)6 nanomaterials with pure crystalline phase and tunable morphology. The effects of the synthesis process parameters on the crystal structure, microscopic morphology and composition distribution of materials were systematically studied by means of X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and other characterization methods, and the electrochemical properties of the prepared MnSn(OH)6 nanomaterials were preliminarily explored. The results show that the synthesis temperature has a direct influence on the formation of MnSn(OH)6 perovskite crystal structure. By adjusting the synthesis temperature, the generation of SnO2 impurities can be eliminated. The amount of precursors determines the number of crystalline nuclei of MnSn(OH)6, and the particle size and morphology of the MnSn(OH)6 product can be regulated by regulating the amount of precursors. The dispersion method plays an important role in both the crystal structure development and morphology regulation of the product. The electrochemical properties of the product need further exploration and optimization. The results of the study may

LI Qin, HUANG Jianzi, LI Ziwei, and HUANG Tengbo College of Life Sciences and Oceanography, Guangdong Provincial Key Laboratory for Plant Epigenetics, Shenzhen University, Shenzhen 518071, Guangdong Province, P. R. China Abstract: Phosphorus starvation may cause retarded plant growth and subsequently affect plant yield. As a key microRNA involved in plant response to phosphorus starvation, the function and regulatory mechanism of microRNA399 (miR399) in tomatoes (Solanum lycopersicum) remains to be elucidated. By cultivating wild type (WT) and Sly-miR399a-overexpressing (amiR399a) tomato plants under different phosphorus concentrations, the morphological indicators including root length, lateral root number, and root shoot ratio were measured for each sample. At the same time, the relative expression levels of Sly-miR399a and phosphate 2 (PHO2) gene, the contents of inorganic phosphorus, the contents of anthocyanin and chlorophyll , the activity of purple acid phosphatase and peroxidase were also determined for each sample. The results show that the expression levels of Sly-miR399a are significantly up-regulated in amiR399a plants relative to WT plants, while the expression levels of PHO2 are significantly down-regulated in amiR399a plants. Under low-concentration-phosphorus cultivation, the length of main root and the number of lateral roots significantly increase in both WT and amiR399a plants. Either in normal or

China Abstract: Studying the influencing factors of elderly crossing behavior and modeling of crossing decisions is of great significance for the safety of elderly crossing due to the complex traffic condition and rich traffic information at signalized intersections. Considering the actual situation of elderly pedestrian's crossing, the elderly pedestrian's crossing decisions are divided into three types: direct crossing, observation crossing, and waiting crossing. The impact factors of the elderly crossing the street are divided into external environmental factors and their own internal factors. The external environmental characteristics that may affect the elderly people's decision to cross the street are completed through on-site investigations, and the questionnaire is designed to collect the possible internal factors. Finally, 359 valid samples are obtained. With the method of factor test, the significant factors affecting the elderly's decision to cross the street are analyzed, and a multivariate logistic model for the elderly to cross the street at the signalized intersection is initially constructed. Pearson test shows that the pavement conditions, whether there are safety islands, curbs and other factors in the factors are related, that is, the model has a collinearity problem. We

A bstract: To study polymer-based films with excellent flexibility and thermoelectric properties, we controllably construct poly (3, 4-ethylenedioxythiophene) -tosylate/polyether sulfone (PEDOT-Tos/PES) thermoelectric composite films with submicron porous structure by vapor-phase polymerization using a PES flexible filter membrane as the substrate. The effects of oxidant mass fraction (10% ~ 25%) and polymerization time on the microstructure and thermoelectric properties of the composite films are investigated. Accordingly, an optimized PEDOT-Tos/PES composite film with submicron porous structure and excellent thermoelectric properties is obtained with an oxidant mass fraction of 20% and a polymerization time of 2. 5 h. The prepared composite film exhibits a high electrical conductivity of (274 ± 9) S/m and a large Seebeck coefficient of (13. 8 ± 0. 5) μV/K. Moreover, it also displays excellent stable thermoelectric properties upon various mechanical bending cycles. This study provides a simple and feasible strategy for the preparation of free-standing conducting polymer-based films with excellent flexibility and thermoelectric properties.
