Background: Morbus Hansen (Leprosy) is a skin health problem that is still often found in the people of West Nusa Tenggara. Leprosy is caused by various factors, including personal hygiene, water conditions, and nutrition. In addition to being infected by Micobacterium Leprae itself, hygiene factors and initial therapy will determine the success of treatment and the prognosis of the disease which will then affect the health and quality of life of the community. In the research that has been done, it is said that leprosy in Indonesian society, especially Nusa Tenggara, is still very large, even many people do not know about the disease and come with a certain level of severity. Situation Analysis: Health workers play an important role in disseminating knowledge of leprosy (Morbus Hansen) which has begun to appear at a certain level of severity, which can affect the quality of life of sufferers. Through this educational activity, it is hoped that there will be an increase in public knowledge about early detection of leprosy which may appear with an already poor prognosis and complications that affect the success of further therapy. Approach Method: The approach steps taken in this program consist of counseling the general public regarding the early detection of leprosy (Morbus Hansen) in the Sumbawa community at the Manambae Hospital. Results and Conclusions: Of the 20 questionnaires distributed, only 3 got a score of 75 and 17 others got a score below 50. After education was done in the form of watching videos simultaneously and reassessment 15 people got a score above 50 and 5 people got a score below 50 Visitors who are skin and sex polyclinic and general poly at Manambae Hospital have very little knowledge about Morbus Hansen, this can be seen from the results of filling out questionnaires before being given education. There is a very significant comparison between scores before being given education and after being given education. In medical principles prevention is better than cure, so it is important to conduct education with the aim of preventing disease.

The White Lembu Preservation, which is located in Taro Village, Tegallalang District, is one of the places that produces livestock waste which is an indicator of the cause of environmental pollution if it is not managed properly. The service activities carried out are aimed at processing livestock waste, especially cow feces and urine which accumulate into organic fertilizer by disseminating Bio-BaliTani technology. This technology is a multi-use technology based on fermentation technology utilizing superior lignocellulytic probiotic bacteria isolates from the rumen contents of bali cattle and termites. The methods used in this activity are socialization, training, formation of demonstration plots, and mentoring. Bio-BaliTani technology is applied to the processing of livestock manure, feces and urine into organic fertilizer by adding Bio-BaliTani. The results of the activity show that farmers who are members of the Lembu Putih Foundation are able to absorb and apply technology that is well disseminated as indicated by their increased knowledge in the production of solid organic fertilizer and the production of liquid organic fertilizer (biourine). The organic fertilizer produced has been marketed to several hotels in the Tegallalang and Ubud sub-districts. Based on the results of the activity, it can be concluded that the dissemination of Bio-BaliTani technology can be accepted and applied by the Lembu Putih Foundation

The recent global economic crisis has resulted in more expensive health care in which, poor families might not get access to proper health care. Furthermore, global warming and pollution could influence change of disease patterns in the world, includes the tropical island of Lombok. For those two factors, it is interesting to know the disease pattern among poor people and also to give positive contribution for free medical care and treatment to them. A survey of disease patterns and free medical care had been done in Gunung Sari village in August 2015. Patient histories were taken using fundamental four and basic seven techniques whereas physical examinations were done by two registered general practitioners. Soon after working diagnosis is confirmed, empiric antibiotic treatment and symptomatic drugs are prescribed to the patients. As a result, 54% of 136 patients are male and 51,4% of them aged from 16 to 59 years old. Upper respiratory tract infections, diarrhea, and skin problems were the three common diseases. As for the empiric antibiotic treatment, Amoxycillin is the common agent used (34%). Moreover, antipyretic and anti-diarrhoea serve as the common symptomatic treatment used (21,3%). In a summary, the disease pattern and type of treatment given to poor people in Gunung Sari village were the same as that in other areas.

Eceng Gondok in Batujai Dam, West Praya District, Central Lombok Regency is a serious problem for the government because of its rapid growth and can damage air sedimentation. The purpose of this activity is to provide counseling and training on the use of Eceng Gondok to become liquid organic fertilizer for the community in Batujai Village. The counseling and training activities were attended by 19 hamlet heads, community leaders, and village youth. This service activity is carried out in several stages, namely surveys, holding counseling as a form of learning assistance, training, and evaluation. This activity was carried out from April to July 2021. Counseling and training on the manufacture of liquid organic fertilizer with Eceng Gondok as raw material was carried out in the Batujai Village Office Hall. The results showed that the participants felt very helpful with the outreach activities regarding the importance of Eceng Gondok to be used as liquid organic fertilizer. Participants have more insight and skills in the Training of Making Organic Liquid Fertilizer (OLF). The resulting Liquid Organic Fertilizer product is applied to plants with an unquestionable level of testing and a Ph that is safe for plants. The introduction of this OLF product is a solution for the Batujai Village community to participate in the use of water hyacinth which is a weed as a government participation program in the form of Zero Waste.

The purpose of this community service program is to provide knowledge about the importance of forests, woody forage plants and enrichment of feed types around meliponiculture farmer groups. The methods used in this activity as part of the mentoring are pre-tests, lectures, video screenings, discussions about knowledge of forest bee hunting, trigona beekeeping and the importance of forests and bee feed. The next activity was the distribution of flowering tree seedlings and visits to the meliponiculture location for farmer groups. The result of this community service activity is that the community in Kahu Village can develop knowledge about the material presented by seeing the enthusiasm and appreciation of the participants or members of the farmer groups who participated in the many questions during the discussion. Receipt of plant and tree seeds that are distributed immediately to the plant and group reception during visits to their meliponiculture area. Awareness of planting various types of vegetation and maintaining forests is an important factor for the stability of colony strength and can even increase the beekeeping productivity of all types of bees in Kahu Village, Bontocani District and its surroundings. Assistance from various parties is needed in order to increase the productivity of honey bee cultivation in Kahu Village, Bontocani District.
