Se establece un foro de reflexion y debate multidisciplinar y multiprofesional para debatir y definir indicadores relevantesy significativos que faciliten la identificacion, diferenciacion y promocion de las empresas inclusivas. : This article explores, from a sustainable development perspective, the vision and priority areas which have been focused on in all the major educational policy documents of Pakistan from1947 to 2017. Firstly, the study presents some results from a literature review of the links between education and development. We analyse different Pakistan national education policy documents from 1947 to 2017, and discuss thepost-2009 scenarios (after the 2010, 18 th Constitutional Amendment ii , education became the responsibility of provinces). Secondly, the study focuses on the results of the Decade of Education for Sustainable Development (2005–14) in Pakistan. If education for sustainable development means allowing every human being to acquire the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values necessary to shape their own sustainable future, it also means including key sustainable development issues (climate change, energy, food security, biodiversity, peace, tolerance, etc.) into the teaching and learning methods to change behaviours. Education for Sustainable Development could be a key driver for Higher education.

This study aims to explore the leadership soft skills are necessary needed for leaders in universities from the views of experienced leader in higher education institutions. For decades, the focus of management and leadership was on technical skills, i.e., the so-called ‘hard skills’. Technical skills are critical as to perform effectively within an organization. Nowadays, employees also need leaders with critical soft skills. These soft skills are more generic in nature and are the keys towards effective performance across job categories. The main purpose of this study is to answer the main question which is, what are the soft leadership skills required in higher educational institutions? Then, explain and interpret the implementation of the nine components of leadership soft skills, namely social power, trust, mentoring and coaching, prepare successions, supporting, intelligence, emotional intelligence, inspirational and cultural and diversity awareness. This study employed in depth observation with long experience in higher education leadership. Then, discuss on the effectiveness of the implementation soft skills development. Findings prove the importance and value of leadership soft skills in higher educational institutions. Additionally, provide information to assist administrators in developing high-quality interpersonal relationships with their associates and support staffs.

Workaholism is a syndrome identified in individuals with excessive compulsive behaviors and beliefs into work activities, and to establish a pattern of behavior oriented and pro-competitive behavior by hostile personality. This paper presents a structured pattern of behavior syndrome and 184 workers in an institution of educational services analysis. Through an instrument which combined elements DUWAS-measuring short version and a questionnaire that identifies Behavior Patterns Based on Personality. With the instrument designed, a linear probability model (MLP) was proposed. It was reported that the variables UT and CP had a significant effect on work addiction. The model presented argues that the addiction of work, is manifested in those people who believe to have an obsessive compulsion to work, and behave with excessive and multiple actions of work, besides having an urgency for the time to fulfill their work impulses.

The researcher in this study is privileged by being an employee at Aljazeera Centre for Studies (AJCS) since 2012. Established in 2006as an institution affiliated with Aljazeera Channel, Aljazeera Centre for Studies (AJCS) conducts in-depth analysis of affairs focusing on geo-politics and strategic developments in the MENA region. From the expertise of the researcher, and from his capacity as an employee at AJCS, the researcher has noticed that individuals working in the terrain of journalism, newsrooms and broadcasting studios are generally at odds with ideas or concepts produced by theorists or academics. They even oppose the idea itself which implies that a think-tank affiliated with a media channel could make any difference or improvement in their routine performance. Hence, this study is an attempt by the researcher to encompass the genuine challenges which face the think-tanks that are affiliated with a news channel, in this case Aljazeera Centre for Studies (AJCS), which is operating under the umbrella of Aljazeera Channel.

: Siblings share a compelling bond that can be either positive or detrimental to their individual development. This article discusses siblings in the unnatural context of foster care, using attachment theory to explain when siblings should be kept together, and then examines underlying concerns that make separation the healthiest option. While it is a general belief among social workers and other foster care professionals that siblings should always remain together, this is not always possible or proper. It can, and at times should, be determined that the sibling bond is broken and a time of separation – whether temporary or permanent – is in the best interest of the siblings as individuals. While there are many future outcomes that could ensue from such decisions, this article will focus only on the foster placements and the immediate safety and well-being of the children. It will also focus primarily on the development stages of young children during the ages when the ability to bond can be securely solidified or potentially lost forever based on attachment theory. The intention is to encourage foster care professionals to reform current practices and consider each case individually.

Critical thinking is the process of advanced and deep thinking to assess a patient’s needs, according to the evidence-based practice in treating patients according to their needs, then decision-making is carried out in the delivery of care. The current study aimed to investigate Nursing students’ perception towards critical thinking process of knowledge and skills at KAU. The study followed A quantitative descriptive design and was carried out at the faculty of nursing students ayliated to King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudia Arabia. All second nursing students (n=75) who studied at nursing college and willing to participate in the study. Data Gathering tool was nursing students’ perception towards critical thinking process which was developed by the researchers from literature review. It consists of three main parts of nursing students’ perception. This study found that majority of students perceived critical thinking Process based on evidence while few of them do not know the definition of critical thinking . Also the result explained the barriers of critical thinking. It is very important to investigate ways in which student critical thinking ability can be improved and focus on teaching instructional methods and techniques that enhance the critical thinking skills.
