Abstrack – Indonesian retail market is growth along with increasing of population and purchasing power. This opportunity needs to be utilized, but on retail business, sometimes there’s a situation in store where it happens Out of Stock or Over Stock. To handle this problem, we can make a forecast or a prediction about the sales on the future. There are many methods on forecasting, but in general they are divide into statistical methods and computational intelligence methods. This research is aimed to forecast retail sales on each day using Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) as part of computational intelligence method. From this research, we can get a result that on retail forecasting sales case, the accuration performance of RNN is better than statistical method.

The implementation of network security infrastructure has been carried out, including the Intrusion Detection System (IDS). However, in its implementation there are still many who have not combined with Data Technology (Data Science) to get a more comprehensive analysis. This study aims to analyze the types and characteristics of network threats using data science. As a computational method, the results of 3 algorithms in the unsupervised learning category will be implemented and compared, namely K-Means, Meanshift, and Density-Based Spatial Clustering of Applications with Noise (DBSCAN). From the experimental results as measured by the Silhouette Index (SI ) the best cluster of each implemented algorithm is DBSCAN which has the best SI value of 0.3424 with an Eps value of 0.2 and a MinPts value of 3. Meanwhile, from the results of clustering using K-Means, The best SI value was obtained by experiment k=4 with a value of 0.4531. The results of clustering using MeanShift, the best SI value was obtained by experiment bandwidth = 1 with a value of 0.5305.

Abstrack - The development of information technology is growing rapidly. Technology also involves various aspects such as aspects of life, the manufacturing industry and the service industry. Financial reporting can be done through writing in the book, but as the number of orders per day increases, writing in the book is often missed, resulting in an imbalance between sales and purchases. In this study, researchers utilize the website as a developing technology using the Laravel framework where Laravel is one of the frameworks used to support website creation that implements the bundle, migration and artisan framework system Command Line Interface which has data security features so that transaction data becomes more secure. . The website can also be accessed anywhere and anytime using different devices, so that the sales reporting process can be carried out more flexibly and systematically and centrally. The result of the program is a website-based sales application that is able to manage financial reporting.

Abstrack - The PENS Campus Virtual Tour is an application that uses virtual reality technology that allows visitors to view a nearby location on a 360º multi-image panorama media. Virtual reality technologies are used as the information provided is more interactive. The study was conducted in EEPIS by distributing questionnaires to students over four weeks using an electronic Google form. The questionnaire contains a usability measure to determine how easy it is for the user to use or run the created application. This study uses five categories to measure usability: learning ability, recall, effectiveness, error and satisfaction. The results of this study indicate that usability with aspects of learning ability, memory, efficiency and satisfaction gets a score above 4 on a scale of 1 to 5. While the error aspect gets a value of 3.93, because there are several minor errors displayed by the system. Overall, the Virtual Tour application is easy to learn and users feel comfortable in using the application and introducing the campus environment to students with an average score of 4.08 in all aspects. In addition, the results of this study provide information for managers to develop Virtual tour applications of the PENS campus.

Sweet orange is very much consumed by humans because oranges are rich in vitamin C, sweet oranges can be consumed directly to drink. The classification carried out to determine proper (good) and unfit (rotten) oranges still uses manual methods, This classification has several weaknesses, namely the existence of human visual limitations, is influenced by the psychological condition of the observations and takes a long time. One of the classification methods for sweet orange fruit with a computerized system the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is algorithm deep learning to the development of the Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) with 100 datasets of sweet orange images, the classification accuracy rate was 97.5184%. the classification was carried out, the result was 67.8221%. Testing of 10 citrus fruit images divided into 5 good citrus images and 5 rotten citrus images at 96% for training 92% for testing which were considered to have been able to classify the appropriateness of sweet orange fruit very well. The graph of the results of the accuracy testing is 0.92 or 92%. This result is quite good, for the RGB histogram display the orange image is good
