Optimasi Nilai k Pada Algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor Untuk Klasifikasi Pasien Covid-19 Yang Membutuhkan Ruangan ICU 对需要ICU病房Covid-19患者分类的k - nearest算法的值k值优化

Abstrack - The Coronavirus disease pandemic has caused many victims to fall due to being infected with the SARS-CO virus, so medical action is needed in hospitals to treat and stop the circulation of the viral infection. Various kinds of medical actions are carried out including treatment in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit). This is because those infected with COVID-19 can lead to more severe infections, they can develop organ failure or have a risk of death. This study aims to classify patients affected by COVID-19, especially those requiring treatment and care in the ICU. The results of this research can be utilized as a material for though for the hospital or other related parties to take policies in handling COVID-19 patients requiring treatment in the ICU. The classification will be carried out using the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm and optimization on k value using k-fold cross validation 5-fold cross validation algorithm. The outcomes obtained are the value of k = 16, and the value of the performance accuracy test is 86.47%.

Abstrack – Message broadcasting in the company is very important to keep the information in it up-to-date, in a large company that have many outlets that scattered in various location, the amount of the message that must be sent become a problem and the time allocated to send the message become longer. So In this study, the researchers implemented message delivery using Redis/Pubsub and Nim programming language. By using Redis Pub/Sub the sender only needs to send messages to one channel and the message will received by many subscriber channel. The result of the implementation is server application that used to publish a message and client application that used to subscribe a channel. Based on the test, the result is 86% that means the users “strongly agree” that this reserach can incresae the effectiveness of message delivery, and the result program in this study are very small in size so they are easier to distribute.

Penerapan MAC Address sebagai Autentikasi Aplikasi menggunakan JavascriptBindings Chromium Embedded Framework Python di PT XYZ

Abstrack - The development of the world of information technology that is growing cannot be separated from an application authentication development. By following the business development of PT XYZ, the application authentication system is prioritized to be developed. By using the MAC address, the authentication system is not restricted only with username and password, but also filtering some certain hardware. The problem in JavaScript is cannot get the hardware’s MAC address directly. This research was built system that can get the MAC address using JavascriptBindings function in Chromium Embedded Framework (CEF) by using Python programming language. Using CEF Python, the MAC address can be gotten and then being integrated to the JavaScript with Javascriptbindings function. Based on the result of the research, it can be said that the implemented system can help PT XYZ to improve the application authentication system.

Implementasi dan Analisis Protokol Komunikasi IoT untuk Crowdsensing pada Bidang Kesehatan 广泛实施和分析医疗领域的通信协议

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah menandai berlangsungnya era revolusi industri 4.0. Kemudahan pertukaran data antar perangkat yang bergerak menjadikan paradigma baru pada pengumpulan data terpusat yang disebut crowdsensing. Pada bidang kesehatan, crowdsensing tidak lagi mengandalkan telepon bergerak sebagai perangkat pengumpul informasi karena keterbatasan sensor tertanam pada telepon. Berbagai penelitian menggunakan crowdsensing telah mengandalkan kemampuan dari perangkat Internet of Things (IoT). Crowdsensing pada sektor kesehatan dapat membantu mengumpulkan sumber data yang substansial tentang kondisi kesehatan masyarakat secara umum. Namun, kebanyakan teknik crowdsensing hanya mengandalkan satu protokol komunikasi. Metode ini dapat menyebabkan masalah jika perangkat IoT menggunakan protokol komunikasi yang beragam. Oleh sebab itu, kami mengusulkan arsitektur gateway protokol multi-komunikasi untuk crowdsensing. Ketiga protokol komunikasi yang dijalankan pada gateway adalah MQTT, HTTP dan CoAP. Development of SIAKAD Applications in Balikpapan Schools using APXP: Advanced Personal Extreme Programming 利用APXP:高级个人极限编程在Balikpapan学校开发SIAKAD应用程序

The iteration process in Personal Extreme Programming (PXP) consists of Initialization, Design, Implementation, Testing, and Retrospective. There are still areas for improvement in this method. In the future, this method will be a problem because it can make the application unable to run after the retrospective process. One of the problems is the version update app on Android. We propose an Advanced PXP model (APXP) for an academic information system (SIAKAD) in Balikpapan Schools that contains PXP modifications at the beginning and end of the process. At the middle stage of APXP is system testing. Each process from 1-11 iterations produces Valid results. We add Deployment methods such as Blue-Green Deployment Strategy. The deployment process can change very quickly once the switch service changes in the APXP method. Furthermore, the deployment process has almost no issues with different versions of the service

Prediksi Prestasi Akademik Mahasiswa Bekerja Paruh Waktu Menggunakan Artificial Neural Network 兼职用人工神经网络预测学生的学业成绩

Abstrack – Students who work part-time are required to be able to divide their time effectively and efficiently between time for work and time for study. The prediction of those who study while working is expected to be one of the policy considerations for the academic side so that students who work while working can complete their study period on time. This research begins with the stage of collecting data from students who are studying while working for the next data cleaning process. The data is then divided into two groups of data, namely training data and testing data which are normalized by the min-max method. Neural network algorithms are used to predict the results of studies for those who study while working which are categorized into 3 labels. Optimization is carried out on the parameters by utilizing the optimize parameter tool. In model testing, the parameters displayed are training cycle, learning rate, momentum, accuracy and RMSE value with a range of learning rate and momentum values from 0.1 to 0.9, with a sigmoid activation function. The best value validation was obtained in the training cycle 201, learning rate 0.74, momentum 0.9 with an accuracy value of 89.62%, RMSE 0.263 with a value of k-fold = 3.

The prediction of those who study while working is expected to be one of the policy considerations for the academic side so that students who work while working can complete their study period on time. This research begins with the stage of collecting data from students who are studying while working for the next data cleaning process. The data is then divided into two groups of data, namely training data and testing data which are normalized by the min-max method. Neural network algorithms are used to predict the results of studies for those who study while working which are categorized into 3 labels. Optimization is carried out on the parameters by utilizing the optimize parameter tool. In model testing, the parameters displayed are training cycle, learning rate, momentum, accuracy and RMSE value with a range of learning rate and momentum values from 0.1 to 0.9, with a sigmoid activation function. Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Edukasi Tuberkulosis Menggunakan Metode Scrum 利用Scrum方法设计结核病教育应用

- The purpose of this research is to produce the Yes TBcare! based on Android using the scrum method. The application is used by TB cadres at YARSI TB Care to provide counseling to TB patients, families and communities in the pandemic era nor when the pandemic ends. This study uses the scrum method because it is more effective in working on projects in the short term, with a small number of teams and with changing needs in the field. The scrum method has scrum roles, namely the product owner, scrum master and the scrum team. The stages of the scrum method include: user stories, product backlog, sprint planning, daily scrum (Sprint Execution), sprint review and sprint retrospective. System testing is done by black box and UEQ methods. The results showed: 1) Testing the black box method was declared valid 100%; 2) The UEQ test on the benchmark diagram resulted in the attractiveness, clarity, efficiency and novelty being categorized as good, while the accuracy and stimulation scales were categorized as excellent.

Multivariate Time Series Forecasting pada Penjualan Barang Retail dengan Recurrent Neural Network 多元时间序列预测方法:彭华兰Barang零售邓根递归神经网络

Abstrack – Indonesian retail market is growth along with increasing of population and purchasing power. This opportunity needs to be utilized, but on retail business, sometimes there’s a situation in store where it happens Out of Stock or Over Stock. To handle this problem, we can make a forecast or a prediction about the sales on the future. There are many methods on forecasting, but in general they are divide into statistical methods and computational intelligence methods. This research is aimed to forecast retail sales on each day using Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) as part of computational intelligence method. From this research, we can get a result that on retail forecasting sales case, the accuration performance of RNN is better than statistical method.
