RITUAL KEAGAMAAN SEBELUM BELAJAR SELAMA PEMBELAJARAN JARAK JAUH (STUDI KASUS DI SEKOLAH SWASTA ISLAM DAN SEKOLAH NEGERI) 远程学习前宗教仪式(伊斯兰私立学校和公立学校案例研究)

Situasi pandemi membuat sekolah harus melakukan beberapa penyesuaian kegiatan termasuk ritual keagamaan sebelum belajar. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menggali bagaimana ritual keagamaan sebelum belajar selama masa pandemi covid-19. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengambilan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Waktu pengambilan data dilakukan pada tanggal 7 – 14 November 2020. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah pendidik dan orangtua di empat sekolah. Empat sekolah terdiri dari dua sekolah Negeri dan dua sekolah swasta. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah kegiatan ritual keagamaan di empat sekolah berbeda-beda. Hal ini karena jenis sekolah, Negeri dan Swasta yang berbasis agama. Selain itu ada dua sekolah yang sudah melakukan pembelajaran tatap muka. Orangtua merupakan faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan ritual keagaman sebelum belajar selama pembelajaran jarak jauh. Kata Kunci: Ritual Keagamaan; Sebelum Belajar; Pandemi

KOMPETENSI GURU ZAMAN NOW DALAM MENGHADAPI TANTANGAN DI ERA REVOLUSI INDUSTRI 4.0 现代教师在工业革命时期面临挑战的能力

The purpose of this study is to examine how the competence of teachers today in facing challenges in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The method used in this study is a concept study, in which the author bases on data sources or references in the form of texts from the opinions of experts that have been formulated in the form of books, journals, and others. The results of the concept study conducted by researchers through several references state that the competence of teachers today in facing challenges in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is educational competence, competence for technological commercialization, competence in globalization, competence in future strategies, and competence counselor. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji bagaimana kompetensi guru zaman now dalam menghadapi tantangan di era revolusi industri 4.0. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kajian konsep, dimana penulis mendasarkan pada sumber-sumber data atau referensi yang berbentuk teks dari pendapat para ahli yang telah diformulasikan dalam bentuk buku, jurnal, maupun yang lainnya. Hasil kajian konsep yang dilakukan oleh peneliti melalui beberapa referensi menyebutkan bahwa kompetensi guru zaman now dalam menghadapi tantangan di era revolusi industri 4.0 adalah educational competence ,  competence for technological commercialization ,  competence in globalization ,  competence in future strategies ,   conselor competence .

Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Otoriter pada Usia Remaja 威权领导风格对青少年的影响

Gaya kepemimpinan otoriter adalah gaya seorang pemimpin yang memusatkan segala keputusan dan kebijakan diambil dari dirinya tanpa harus bertanya atau melihat bagaimana para anggota bawahannya. Segala semua keputusan atau melakukan kegiatan pada gaya otoriter ini seepenuhnya dikontrol oleh pemimpin. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode library research atau biasa disebut dengan studi kepustakaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengertian dari kepemimpinan dan gaya kepemimpinan otoriter, untuk mengetahui kebutuhan-kebutuhan pada anak usia remaja, pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan otoriter terhadap anak usia remaja, untuk mengetahui sisi positif dan negatif dari kepemimpinan otoriter bagi anak usia remaja, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh jangka pendek dan jangka panjang dari penerapan pola asuh otoriter bagi anak usia remaja. Orang tua dan guru yang mendidik anaknya dengan gaya otoriter ini cenderung lebih mendikte anak dan kurang memiliki hubungan yang erat terhadap anak atau peserta didik tersebut. Sangat jarang dampak positif yang dihasilkan dari gaya kepemimpinan otoriter ini, kecuali orang tua dalam memerintah dan menghukum anak tersebut dapat memberikan alasan mengapa anak tersebut mendapatkan hukuman seperti itu.

A leader is someone who has a great responsibility in the organization for social life, being a leader must have a good relationship in cultural life so that it can be used as an example by its members. In Islam itself it is conveyed to the Ummah to become a leader in accordance with the existing Shari'a in the teachings of Islam, which subsequently leads to Islamic Leadership. Islamic leadership is a balance of leadership with the concept of the world and the hereafter, the task of leadership is not only a task that is held only for members, but also in the presence of Allah SWT. Allah has sent an Apostle who can be an example for Muslims to carry out Islamic Leadership as the Prophet Muhammad. Islamic leadership prioritizes the values ​​put forward by Islam and also everything that is done because it expects God's blessing. Islamic leadership is more than part of the goals taken while in organizational leadership in general, support the strengthening of the establishment of Islamic order in the organization. Islamic leadership supports absolute leadership or leadership that is authorized, this leadership has a distinct characteristic of leadership in general.

Multicultural education is education that promotes diversity, difference, and tolerance. The values of multicultural education that are implanted are expected to be a solution to resolve or avoid cases that often occur in Indonesia because of the background of cultural differences in society. The planting of multicultural education values must be applied to the general public, especially to students as early as possible. The values of multicultural education can be done in various ways, one of them is using animated film media, namely the Upin Ipin animated film. children in general will better understand what they often see. Upin Ipin's animated film tomorrow's episodes, gong xi fa cai, and deepavali illustrate how peaceful and peaceful multicultural life. Where in the film illustrates how the reality of multicultural life that lives peacefully even with different cultural backgrounds. Pesenggiri Pi'il is a philosophy of life that is used as a reference for the people of Lampung from generation to generation because of the values contained therein that can have an impact on community life relationships. However, in the current era er pi'il pesenggiri philosophy has begun to erode even forgotten, so that many people do not know and understand the true meaning of pesenggiri pi'il. The results of the study can be known Islamic values in the Pesenggiri Pi'il Philosophy through its elements namely adek nickname elements there are leadership values. The element of nyimah is the value of friendship, the value of courtesy, and the value of mutual respect. The blurring element is social values and intellectual values. And the sakai samabaian element has mutual values, and ta'wun values. This study aims to 1) find out the significance of the differences in PAI learning achievement between activist students and Spiritual non-visionary students in Accounting majors at SMKN 1 Metro 2) knowing the causes of differences in PAI learning achievement between activist students and non-religious Spiritual students in Accounting at SMKN 1 Metro. Rohis activist students referred to in this study are students who in addition to learning, they are also active in carrying out the activities of the Rohis organization. Whereas the non-religious Spiritual students referred to in this study were students who did not follow the Rohis organization. The results of the research at SMK Negeri 1 Metro, which researchers did to students Spiritual and Non-activist Rohis activists concluded that: 1) There are differences in learning achievement of Islamic Education between activist students and Non-Christian Spiritual Accounting Department at Metro 1 Vocational School. Where the learning achievements of Spiritual activist PAI students are better than the learning achievements of Rohan Nonaktivis students. The difference in learning achievement of Islamic Education between activist students and Spiritual Non-Service Students is significant, based on the results of t count = 4.630 consulted with t table (tt) at the significance level of 5% = 1.998 and at 1% significance level = 2.655. or 1,998 <4,630> 2,655. which means significant. 2) There are causes of differences in PAI learning achievements between activist students and non-religious Rohis students in the Accounting Department at SMK Negeri 1 Metro.Keywords: Activists, Non Activists, PAI Achievements, Comparative

The future of schools is largely determined by managerial factors one aspect is planning. Small schools will develop significantly when professionally managed. With the same easy management, large schools will grow. Conversely, advanced schools will experience a setback when management is not well managed. If schools neglect management, small schools will close down in the face of multimensional dimensions. Planning patterns in schools that have not been conducive to face the challenges of modernization even need to be changed into planning patterns that are more responsive to the needs of society and the demands of the times. The pattern must lead to activities that involve more and more people in the leadership ranks, to jointly run the wheels of the school organization towards conditions that are advanced and established, both in terms of institutional, educational system, learning process, and quality of students so that they can realize effective school.Keywords: Planning, Effective Schools and Islamic Education Institutions
