Men exhibit significant excess mortality while consulting healthcare professionals less frequently. This paradox is explained by masculine norms that valorize strength and deny vulnerability, which hinders healthcare-seeking behavior. Certain diseases experienced as "masculine" also affect identity. The evolution of masculinity representations and adapted prevention actions offer positive prospects.

Male infertility accounts for 20% of cases of infertility in couples. The causes can be congenital (hormonal disorders, genetic abnormalities) or acquired (varicocele, cancer, treatment, ejaculation disorders). The diagnosis is based on a thorough interview, a clinical examination, and a semen analysis. Treatment depends on the cause: correction of factors, medical or surgical treatment, or assisted reproductive technology. If these fail, sperm donation may be offered to the couple.

Soft skills are essential to ensure the well-being of patients. However, it would appear that the Higher Institute of Nursing Professions and Health Techniques (HINPHT) in Settat, Morocco, lacks sufficient training in this area. The quantitative descriptive study presented here set out to explore how undergraduate nursing students at HINPHT understand these soft skills. The results provided valuable information about their own soft skills, highlighting areas for improvement.

The integration of digital tools into healthcare places nurses at the heart of a major transformation. Digital health is redefining caregivers' practices. These innovations enable responsive, personalized, and secure patient monitoring. They require nurses to develop new skills, reflect on ethical considerations, and adapt to an evolving regulatory framework. This dossier explores this transition through the lenses of training, responsibility, and the caregiver-patient relationship.

Creation of a paramedical network of solid organ transplant coordinators. Developing a spirit of networking within the paramedical community encourages the sharing of experiences, points of view and practices. Exchanges about projects, methods and organizations can only help to improve professional practices and, consequently, patient care. With the aim of strengthening links between those involved in coordinating solid organ transplants, a survey of French teams identified 172 professionals. The idea was then put forward of creating a newsletter specifically dedicated to them.

In a context of increasing mental health disorders among adolescents and limited access to child psychiatric care, smartphone applications for mental health appear to be promising solutions to improve monitoring, guidance and support of adolescents facing these challenges. Currently, there is little French-language literature specifically addressing this topic.

What treatment is appropriate for 'school phobia'? The treatment of anxious school refusal in adolescence is necessarily multidisciplinary. It is often necessary to temper the sense of urgency associated with the anxiety of having to leave school. The reintroduction of schooling in parallel with the treatment process takes place in stages, particularly when the anxious refusal to attend school has become established. At the Maison de Solenn in Paris, several different types of treatment are offered, each of which complement the other. It is essential to adapt the timing of the various forms of care (day hospital, individual or group psychotherapy, family or multi-family therapy) and projects (study care) to what the young person and his or her family can effectively invest in, in line with the underlying problem.

In response to the rise of digital technology in the healthcare system, students in the field must be trained in technological tools while learning to adopt a reflective and ethical stance. The challenge is to enable them to best support patients and engage in a dynamic of enhanced care, without dehumanization.

Against a backdrop of digital transformation of the healthcare system, remote medical monitoring is emerging as a major advance, particularly in oncology, where it enables patients' condition to be monitored remotely, complications to be detected early, care to be better coordinated and the quality of life of those being monitored to be improved. At the François-Baclesse cancer centre in Caen, a team has developed a web application for breast cancer patients. Its impact on compliance with hormone therapy, management of side effects and health-related quality of life has been assessed by a randomised, prospective study, Weppabac, presented in this article.
