Since 2009, nursing training has awarded the degree of license and aims to acquire the ten skills. Their construction requires a complex synergy where students, training professionals and those in the field have important roles. The framework in which students evolve can be worked on from enabling environments. They support capabilities and could facilitate the construction of skills. They require a humanist and caring posture from professionals to each other in line with the values of the profession.

The Impact program aims to structure the care provided by advanced practice nurses (APNs) for people with chronic illnesses, based on the humanistic health partnership model. This model, based on patient partnership, is enriched by measurement tools that take into account four determinants of adaptation to chronic illness. Impact aims to improve patient partnership, individualize care and integrate IPAs into a research dynamic.

Nursing is recognized worldwide as an academic discipline. However, if we look at nursing training in Belgium, France, Luxembourg and Switzerland, this does not appear to be the case. Disparities persist not only in terms of initial training, but also in graduate and post-graduate training. This underlines the difficulties of establishing and recognizing nursing as an academic discipline in the French-speaking European area.

This article proposes to show not only how imagination unfolds in the various fields of our human experience, but above all to account for the emergence of significant novelties. Or how the creative imagination gives birth to novel agentivities (be they works, beings, new ways of doing, acting and becoming) and engages us in a poetics of caring for the world.

Appointed Director General of the International Council of Nurses (ICN) in February 2019, Howard Catton is committed to ensuring that the ICN can effectively represent nursing around the world. He firmly believes that nurses must be at the heart of health policy decisions. With a nursing diploma and a master's degree in labor relations, he held a number of nursing positions in England and the United States before joining the New Zealand Nurses Organisation. For ten years, he directed the political and international affairs of the UK's Royal College of Nursing, then led ICN's action during the Covid-19 pandemic, while positioning himself in favor of protecting and investing in the nursing profession.

Jean Watson developed, in the United States, a conceptual model of nursing based on caring. A term sometimes translated as "to care" without properly reflecting what the concept entails. This theory has been adopted in many countries. Some authors report that it brings satisfaction to students, nurses, and managers of health facilities. Based on Watson's work, Chantal Cara built the humanist model of nursing at Montreal University. The aim of the project is to improve the well-being of patients and caregivers. It is likely to retain existing nurses and attract the next generation to the institutions which implement it.

In the 1960s, the integration of nursing training into university led to the development of theories specific to the discipline. Although described as "nursing-specific", these theories have significant conceptual shortcomings. Since 1990, interdisciplinary approaches have been emerging to enrich nursing practice and theory. Today, it is crucial to adopt a transdisciplinary approach in order to respond effectively to current and future healthcare needs.

OMAGE comprehension interviews (CIs) use a card game as a vehicle for active listening. CIs performed by training professionals revealed new information for 92% of patients. CIs seem to be an effective method for building patient-centered management plans, can be used by a wide range of health professionals and as prerequisites for medication reconciliation and patient education.
