People with psychiatric disorders experience more sexual difficulties than the general population, due in part to their pathology, psychotropic drugs and more frequent risk-taking behavior. Yet sexual health remains a taboo subject in psychiatry. The sexual health education program in psychiatry addresses this issue in six sessions in a comprehensive and preventive way, including romantic relationships and risk reduction. This project is helping to transform care practices by integrating sexual health into psychiatry.

The Équipes d'infirmières libres responsables et solidaires initiative recognizes the preventive and educational role of homecare nurses. It is based on an integrative health approach inspired by the Dutch Buurtzorg model. Promoting the use of the Omaha System reference framework, it encourages support for self-determination. The results show an improvement in quality of life and a reduction in healthcare costs, proving the positive impact of a system that encourages nurses to deploy their full role.

Faced with the crisis in medical demographics and growing patient expectations, advanced practice nurses (APNs) are positioning themselves as an innovative solution, but one that is struggling to gain a foothold. Obstacles include both their demanding training and their delicate social position. Sometimes inaccurate representations of their role create tensions and misunderstandings. Finally, doctors' reluctance to delegate some of their tasks, notably because of professional monopolies, hinders their full recognition. A review of professional boundaries is needed to maximize the benefits of APNs, for patients, the healthcare system and even doctors!

Health education is part of the daily routine of occupational health nurses, whether during follow-up visits or workplace initiatives. These professionals mobilize this skill to meet public health challenges and carry out their missions successfully. This initiative illustrates the importance of prevention in occupational health, particularly in the fight against cardiovascular disease, and demonstrates the effectiveness of a comprehensive, multidimensional approach to health education.

How can we conceive of a space that acts from vulnerabilities, reversing the dominant norms within society? What would be a care environment in which fragilities become the center, based on reciprocity? Based on the experience of 3 bis f, located in the Montperrin hospital center in Aix-en-Provence, this article analyzes an atypical alliance between a contemporary arts center and a hospital, highlighting a shared care ethic and the agentivity of an intersectoral model between the fields of artistic creation and healthcare.

The student health service trains students in primary prevention and health education, involving them in concrete actions with vulnerable populations. This system encourages inter-professional collaboration, particularly between medical and nursing students. The program, which has been compulsory since 2018, is structured around theoretical training and interventions in schools. It aims to promote public health and reduce inequalities.

Breast cancer and its treatment affect patients' sex lives, but the subject is often difficult to broach. A survey of 35 caregivers reveals that, despite its importance, discussion is hampered by the fear of being intrusive and a lack of training. Solutions such as information materials, training and discussion time are proposed to improve the support provided.

According to the World Health Organization, health education is a process encompassing a range of activities that promote health awareness and responsibility, while strengthening the ability of individuals to make informed decisions about their personal, family and social well-being. Its aim is twofold: to provide people with the elements they need to protect and promote their individual health; and to equip them with the knowledge, skills and abilities they need to take an active part in health-related decisions as citizens.
