Quality acculturation requires healthcare professionals to participate in internal audits and evaluations. This article describes the implementation of an audit and evaluation operational group composed of voluntary quality ambassadors with different status. This group performs audits independently and objectively of the requesting unit.

Atrial fibrillation is a common arrhythmia, promoted by advancing age and various risk factors. The 2024 recommendations of the European Society of Cardiology emphasise the importance of comprehensive management based on the AF-CARE model. Prior to ablation, optimising co-morbidities improves the success of treatment. Advanced practice nurses play a central role in coordinating patient follow-up and therapeutic education.

Demographic aging in France exacerbates the prevalence of chronic diseases and the demand for long-term care. Adapted Physical Activity is identified as a key strategy to prevent functional decline in seniors, but its effective implementation requires robust digital tools. These technologies, ranging from applications to artificial intelligence systems, facilitate monitoring, communication, and the personalization of care, while presenting challenges related to data reliability and the digital divide.

Radiotherapy is one of the mainstays of oncology treatment. It has been transformed by developments in IT and technology, enabling greater precision and safety. Today, digital applications supported by artificial intelligence are increasingly present throughout the radiotherapy patient pathway. Tomorrow, these tools will play an even greater role in decision-making, simplifying treatment paths and so on.

Given the close link between cardiovascular disease and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), it is appropriate to focus on the symptoms of PTSD throughout the cardiology care pathway. The aim of the study presented here, which involved 67 patients, was to integrate an intervention based on mindfulness meditation into a cardiovascular rehabilitation programme and then to assess its impact on the symptoms of PTSD.

The behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia have many negative consequences. Detecting them early would enable more effective management. The complexity of their management and the current limitations of healthcare systems are prompting the exploration of innovative and sustainable solutions, such as devices based on artificial intelligence. Real-time healthcare technologies, facial recognition and robotics are thus increasingly used to manage the behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia, although their use for early detection has yet to be developed.

The psychological suffering of healthcare professionals is often summed up as burn-out, but we need to think more broadly about compassion fatigue, secondary trauma and vicarious trauma, which are more characteristic of the care professions. This particular clinic makes specific support necessary through, among other things, dedicated units to facilitate access to care for healthcare professionals and target support to their needs. To this end, since 2018 we have been offering a transdiagnostic care program, based on processual therapy. This, developed at the Mon Repos clinic in Écully, is now being deployed in other mental health facilities in the Ramsay Santé group.
