Radiant warmers are widely used in hospital neonatal care departments. Particular requirements for the basic safety and essential performance of infant radiant warmers are regulated by EN 60601-2-21:2009 + A1:2016. This standard doesn’t include the maximal air flow value over the infant bed while the standard 60601-2-19:2009 describes the maximal air flow values for incubators. This study shows fluctuation of the air flow over the infant bed and it leads to think, that a more preventive care of infants ambient is needed in the system. Authors have investigated the impact of air barriers on direct air flow value. Studies show that barriers can significantly decrease air flow over infant’s bed and potentially lower infant’s t heat losses by convection on infant bed.

A hydraulic assisted steering method was proposed to solve the problem of steering instability caused by insufficient reverse resistance moment of wheel hub motor in four-wheel independently electrically driven high clearance sprayer. Firstly, the principle of steering chassis structure of four-wheel independently electrically driven high clearance sprayer is briefly introduced. On this basis, hydraulic auxiliary steering system is designed. Then a simplified 2-DOF vehicle steering model is established to analyze the Angle control of the auxiliary steering system. Finally, simulation and road surface test are carried out respectively to verify the performance of steering and auxiliary steering coordination control. Under the working conditions of the steering system alone and the steering system and the auxiliary steering system together, the four-wheel electric drive sprayer carried out the obstacle crossing test and the downslope test with the slope of 15° respectively at the speed of 1 m/s on the smooth road surface. The test results show that in the downhill test, the maximum tracking deviation of the steering system alone is 6.1°, the maximum tracking deviation of the steering and auxiliary steering coordination is 0.9°, the maximum tracking deviation of the steering system alone is 12.0°, and the maximum tracking deviation of the steering and auxiliary steering coordination is 1.2° in the obstacle breaking test. The test results verify the feasibility and stability of the hydraulic steering system proposed in this paper. The system has good test performance and can meet the practical requirements.

The article is to propose an entirely new transmission scheme. At a common practice that transmission parameters in a car change the gear ratio and the torque by five or six times. Taking into account the engine speed change, the actual gear ratio change is by more than twenty times. The torque cannot change within these limits. On the contrary, when the engine rpm speed differs from the optimum one, the torque decreases. Losses at gear ratio alteration, especially at low gears, can reach ten percent of the power. These torque and ratio control parameters can be achieved by applying the transmission scheme described in this article. Her work is also documented in a patent RU2726378 (2020) and application PCT/RU2020/000322. The operation of a transmission of this design is an improved version of the transmission described in Khadeev (2017).

System of education, included vocational education is seen as one important barometer for ensuring the national education system of a nation. In this context, the quality of teachers, including vocational teachers is the main factor affecting the quality of educational systems. This research focuses on the implementation of a multi entry multi exit system in Vocational Secondary School (VSS) in West Java. This system of learning is the development of integrated and sustainable industry-based learning. It is expected to build a balance between developing competencies and developing work character/culture that support each other to produce vocational graduates ready to work quality and competitiveness. The method used is descriptive evaluative with CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Product) design. The case of this study is to evaluate about how much is the significance of the implementation of the multi entry and exit system implemented at SMK and industry by graduates ready to work. The results of the evaluation of the above problems identified thath the multi entry multi exit system can increase 1-2% of graduates absorbed by the industry. The discussion of this study formulated the need for inovating multi entry multi exit systemby carrying out a series of activities as follows; synchronize curriculum, integrating learning with industry and industry class program, internship teacher and student at industry, self-service work development and or entrepreneurship as a condition to get a diploma.

In this paper, we study growth rates for strongly continuous semigroups. We fixate that a growth rate for the resolvent estimate on imaginary lines implies a corresponding growth rate for the semigroup if either the underlying space is a Hilbert space, or the semigroup is asymptotically analytic, or if the semigroupis positive and the underlying space is an -space or a space of continuous functions. Also proved variations of the main results on fractional domains; these are valid on more general Banach spaces by Jan Rozendaal and Mark Veraar. In the second part apply the main theorem to prove optimality in a classical example of a perturbed wave equation which shows unusual sequence of spectral behavior.

The discovery and research by the author of real magnetic charges in structures of atoms and substance allowed him to establish that atomic shells are electromagnetic, not electronic. It is the electromagnetic shells of atoms are the source of gravitational field which is the vortex electromagnetic field. Depending from the vector conditions the gravitational field can be both paragravitational (PGF) so and ferrogravitational (FGF). Between the masses (bodies, atoms, nucleons etc.) emitting of PGF is realized forces which pressing masses to each other. The masses emitting FGF are repelled from PGF sources, for example, from the Earth what represents the effect of Gravitational levitation (GL) discovered and investigated by present author. The effect of GL is widespread in Nature. For example, the volatility of so-called light gases (hydrogen, helium, etc.), as well as the convection processes in liquids and gases are determined by the GL effect. The principles of FGF generation developed by the author and technical generators of FGF, created on their basis, allow for the exit of people and loads from the gravitational field of Earth, as well as their return back, without the use of the jet thrust. However, in space, in the absence of PGF the GL effect does not work and traditional technology are needed for further spacecraft movements. Another important aspect associated with the use of FGF in aerospace projects is the possibility of creating artificial gravity on board the spacecraft which will allow to get rid of the state of weightlessness in long-term space voyages. To create artificial gravity the same FGF generators mentioned above are used. The main problem associated with the generation of FGF is of the need to use low temperatures, i.e., superconductivity conditions. However, the latter problem is significant only when the space vehicle is move in atmospheric conditions and is excluded when the FG-generators operate in deep space. In the future, it is possible to use of solid-state ferrogravitational materials (ferrogravitonics) that, like magnets, emit FGF at room and even elevated temperatures. The ferrogravitonics, like atoms of light hydrogen, will pushed out of the Earth’s gravitational field and there may even be such an interesting problem as their retention on Earth, since the forces of the GL will to throw away these materials into space.
