In this study, a TiO2/polyurethane composite (PU-TiO2) for photodegradation of formaldehyde was prepared based on TiO2 amino-functionalized with 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTS). FTIR, XPS, TG and TEM measurements demonstrated the successful amino-functionalization of TiO2 by APTS. Then the NH2-TiO2 were incorporated into polyurethane (PU) through urea linkages, and the thermal stability, mechanical properties as well as degradation efficiency of PU-TiO2 were investigated. PU-TiO2 possessed good thermal stability both in the storage and application. Compared with PU physically blended with TiO2, PU-TiO2 showed improved compatibility between PU and NH2-TiO2, evidenced by the enhanced mechanical properties. Most importantly, PU- TiO2 presented a good photoactivity for the degradation of formaldehyde.

Gravitation is generated between static objects, while vortex gravity is generated between moving objects. Forming the integrity and completeness of gravity theory, these complement each other. The vortex gravity mechanism of moving objects is established to solve the objective problem of vortex gravity. The precession of Foucault’s pendulum, the precession of the Earth and the precession of Mercury are objective phenomena, for which there are many different explanations. The author suggests, only by the mechanism of vortex gravity can reveal their operation law and unity of operation. Through the analysis and calculation in this paper, the precession value of mercury produced by vortex gravity is 5025.6", which is different from the observed value 5600", the deviation is -10.26%. which also proves the rationality and effectiveness of establishing the mechanism of vortex gravity. Therefore, the explanation that Mercury precession is caused by planets such as earth is fetched and unreasonable. The establishment of vortex gravitation mechanism can generally solve the kinematic problems of vortex gravitation caused by the motion of objects in physics, geophysics and astronomy. Furthermore, the problem about the determination of the vortex gravitational field strength Bg and the vortex gravitational constant kg in the solar system is put forward. Vortex gravity is the attraction between moving objects, The construction of vortex gravity theory is construction of the basic theory.

Each competence is exercised by an intellectual agent with a competent functional professional image. Intellectual agents form an ensemble with clever ethical artificial intelligence. The use of an ensemble with intelligent ethical artificial intelligence in various environments is carried out by synergistically adjusting the interaction of intelligent agents based on data from a specific environment obtained by an analytical competent intellectual agent. Modeling holographic processes of the human psyche based on artificial intelligence of machine learning with Fourier transformation using full parametric sequences of necessary and sufficient data of holograms of target objects solves the problem of their unambiguous detection in different environments and in different conditions. An ensemble of intelligent decision-making agents is a cognitive information system that makes a decision based on an objective analysis of available data in difficult situations, in an interactive mode, taking into account performance criteria and resource-time constraints. Decision-making criteria are functionalities that express preferences and allow ranking the quality of decisions. Decisions are made on the basis of rules. Decision rules are a set of logical constructs used to produce a decision based on criteria, data, and knowledge. An ensemble of intellectual agents with professional competencies, pattern recognition and decision-making fully model the abilities of the human psyche.

This paper investigates the causes for the decadence and continuous decline of education and its impact on the national security and sustainable governance in Nigeria. The paper with the use of descriptive design along with the secondary data collection, analyses the various negative ways the continuous and incessant closure of the public educational institutions in Nigeria can have on the national security and sustainable democratic governance in Nigeria state. The finding of this paper is that the government has not done enough to arrest the situation, and that the country is therefore heading toward total disintegration. The paper also believes that the inadequate budgeting for the educational sector has contributed greatly to the inefficiency of Nigeria’s educational institutions at all levels. The paper therefore recommends that the governments should revisit their budget provisions by voting more funds for this important sector and as a matter of urgency, the government at the central levels should speedily resolve the ongoing strike of public university staff, while those closed institutions since February 2022 be opened within a shortest period in order to return the students back to their schools.

Nowadays climate change is one of the major concerning factors due to increasing temperature throughout the world. Carbon dioxide is a significant gas in the greenhouse effect which leads to global warming. The construction industries released 40% carbon emissions from thermal calcium carbonate decomposition especially in cement production and combustion of fossil fuels of non-renewable energy. Renewable energy acts a vital part in the evolution of sustainability. Bioenergy has been deliberated carbon neutral as the released carbon is absorbed by flora. This paper presents a comprehensive review of the pozzolanic properties of waste ash and the performance of concrete. Ash is a by-product produced from various resources such as rice husk, wood, coal, sawdust combustion, etc. Waste ash is reused as supplementary material in eco-friendly concrete production. This helps for the disposal of waste as well as contributes the sustainability by reducing carbon emission into the environment.
