Introduction: As critical infrastructure, hospitals have an important role as a provider of health care in the health care system. In the era of disruption, hospitals are faced with many challenges known as Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity (VUCA) World. Resilience capacities are needed to cope with all disruptions to maintain business and service functions. This study aims to review hospital resilience instruments to measure resilience in the context of facing a disruption era. Methods: A systematic review in 2020 was conducted. The search of articles was done from electronic databases according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) statement. Electronic databases such as PubMed, Ovid, Science Direct, and Google Scholar were used.

Cryptococcal meningitis is an inflammation of the meninges due to Cryptococcus fungal infection which commonly invades people living with immunodeficiency virus (PLHIV) with impaired immunity. The disease has a high mortality rate and is frequently misdiagnosed in the early stages due to vague symptoms. This case report aimed to provide information regarding the diagnosis and management of cryptococcal meningoencephalitis in patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) and tuberculosis. We reported a case of a 34-year-old woman that complained of headache and fever for the last month. There were also oral white patches in the last two weeks. The patient was diagnosed with lung tuberculosis (TB) and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) in February 2021, but the TB was just being treated in the last two months, and HIV in the last two weeks.

Introduction: Self-care management is carried out independently by Diabetes Mellitus (DM) patients to meet their needs and control blood glucose. The inability to manage the disease independently can cause complications in people with DM. This study aims to determine the effect of structured educational applications to improve self-care management in people with DM. Methods: The research design was a quasy experimental. The research sample was Type 2 DM which, according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, consisted of 134 people divided into the control and intervention groups. Data collection was carried out using a self-care management questionnaire. Data analysis used a statistical test to assess the effect of the intervention on the patient.

Background: Nephrotic syndrome (NS) is a clinical syndrome defined by massive proteinuria greater than 3.5 g/24h, responsible for hypoalbuminemia (less than 30 g/L), with resulting hyperlipidemia, edema, and various complications. It is caused by increased permeability through the damaged basement membrane in the renal glomerulus. Etiologies include primary and secondary causes, among which are systemic, metabolic, genetic, infectious, neoplastic, and pharmacological diseases. Among the complications to be considered, the state of hypercoagulability, susceptibility to infections, and an increase in cardiovascular risk should be highlighted.

Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship among demographic, clinical characteristics, and psychosocial factors related to salivary cortisol in children with leukemia. Methods: This research was a descriptive study with a cross-sectional design. The sample was children with leukemia in Dr. Sardjito General Hospital Yogyakarta from January to February 2018 The sample size was 30 respondents who had met the inclusion criteria, was aged 6-18 years, did not experience an emergency condition, and did not eat and drink 30 minutes before the saliva sample was taken. Salivary samples were assessed for free cortisol levels using an ELISA kit 96 wells DES661.

Introduction: Rathke’s cleft cysts (RCC) grow formed from remnants of the embryologic Rathke’s pouch and are often found incidentally in the sellar or suprasellar region. These lesions are usually asymptomatic in most people. However, as the cyst progressively enlarges, they may develop symptoms typical of RCC, including headache, vision loss, and endocrine dysfunction. The diagnosis procedure involves an MRI scan of the pituitary gland. The endoscopic transsphenoidal approach has become the most common surgical approach to treat RCC. In the last 15 years, endonasal endoscopy has been widely used in the surgical management of these lesions. Case report: A 58-year-old Asian woman was reported mainly with a complaint of headache that had increased over the last two months, occasional nausea and vomiting, and blurred vision experienced for 1 month.
