The technique of UAV-based airborne laser scanning data preliminary processing is proposed. Its main steps, such as filtering the data, determining the calibration parameters of the survey system, strip adjustment of trajectories and point clouds are described and analyzed. The high density of a point cloud, which is the basic feature of the measurements made at low altitude, is taken into account. The study of the technique was carried out on the example of urban area data obtained with the laser scanner AGM-MS3. This information served to develop filtering and relative orientation algorithms. The initial data AGM-MS3 were also analyzed for the need to adjust them when the distance between adjacent strips is short. It is concluded that the technique can be used to process data on any territory.

Principles of urbanized territories identification and indicators of their sustainable development 城市化地区的确定原则及其可持续发展指标

The term "urbanized territories" is relatively new in the domestic literature, so there is no certainty in their identification. The purpose of this study is to determine the principles for identifying them, establishing indicators of sustainable development. When writing the article, methods of analysis and synthesis as well as statistical ones were used. At studying, it was proved that all categories of land can be attributed to urbanized territories. The main results were the establishment of the basic principles for identifying urban areas, calculation of the Tyumen region territory spatial development indicators, and those of sustainable development. The authors propose a qualitatively new approach to determining the essence of urbanized areas, which will help scientific communities in carrying out further research in this locality.

A brief outline of relativism introduction history into astronomical observations processing is presented. The role of the synthetic approach in joint solution of tasks in astronomy and physics is emphasized. The problems of the ban on criticism of Einstein`s theories, general and special, and those of publishing articles devoted to their criticism are touched upon. The importance of the complex interaction of astronomy and relativistic physics in the 20th century is highlighted. The history of arrangement of conferences devoted to interaction of astronomy and physics is briefly given. The events and reasons for addressing the letter to the President of the Russian Academy of Sciences Yu. S. Osipov are described in short. The importance of involving the Academy of Sciences as the only possible platform for discussing theoretical and practical issues of astronomy is underlined.

CONCEPTUAL MODEL FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF GEO-ECOLOGICAL ATLAS OF THE NATURAL RESERVE FUND OF UKRAINE 乌克兰自然保护区地质生态地图集开发的概念模型

The article substantiates that the most complete cartographic model, which comprehensively characterizes the objects and territories of the natural reserve fund (NRF) of Ukraine is the geo-ecological atlas. It is indicated that the basis for the creation of the atlas is its conceptual model, within the framework of the formulation of its provisions are defined: the object of modeling, structure and composition of the modeled system, the characteristics of its elements, as well as inherent in the system cause-effect relationships that are considered essential to achieve the purpose of modeling. The functions of the atlas of NRF are formulated. The formal features of its content are interconnected. The authors in the context of the formulation and use of methodological principles of atlas completing with maps (sequential-traditional; block-issue; combined) applied combined principle and determined the optimal thematic content of the atlas in the form of a list of maps, grouped by sections and blocks (three sections, each of which contains two blocks of maps). The types of maps included in each section / block are defined (mainly they are: analytical (inventory), analytical-synthetic (evaluation), synthetic (recommendation, forecast), for each of which the indicators of mapping and methods of cartographic representation are justified.

Experimental studies of the accuracy of determining the plan and altitude coordinates were obtained from aerial photography materials and measured by a satellite receiver in real time. The study was conducted for aerial photography materials obtained from heights of 100 and 200 meters. In addition, the accuracy researched of using a different number of ground control points for georeferencing images – 18 and 5. Accuracy assessment was performed separately for the plain area and the area with rugged terrain.

The Northern Bandung area covers two landforms, namely volcano and structural landforms. Unconfined groundwater has become the water source for local people’s daily needs in both landforms. It is necessary to map the potential unconfined groundwater for both volcano and structural landforms due to the significant role of springs for the local people living in those areas. This research aims to map the unconfined groundwater on the volcano and structural landforms. This study employed the approaches of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Geographic Information System (GIS), and Remote Sensing (RS) using the variables of lineament density, rainfall, slope, and Topographic Wetness Index (TWI), hydrogeology, drainage density, and land use. The result shows that each variable has the Consistency Ratio (CR) below 0,1, resulting in consistent research variables and appropriate for discussion. The classification of the potential groundwater is divided into three categories: low, medium, and high. The survey validation finds that 147 springs spread at 86 high lands, 55 medium lands, and six lowlands. This model can be an alternative to map the potential unconfined groundwater in both volcano and structural areas.

AUTOMATION OF NORMATIVE MONEY VALUE OF LANDS OF SETTLEMENTS WITH THE USE OF GEOINFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES 利用地理信息技术实现定居点土地标准货币价值的自动化

In this paper, the constituent elements of geoinformation support for the normative monetary valuation of the lands of settlements has been considered. A set of geospatial data necessary for land value of settlements at each of its stages has been formed. A method of economic and planning zoning based on the theory of fuzzy sets is proposed, namely the method of arranging objects according to a set of features, which allows applying real values of evaluation indicators and calculating their integral values. The algorithm of automated zoning with the use of GIS tools has been considered. Based on the proposed set of geospatial data, an ArcGIS tool was created using the Model Builder application, which allows you to determine the normative money value of a separate land plot and generate a report.

This work is devoted to the results of comparative visual analysis and instrumental processing of space and aerial photographs of the Azerbaijani part of the Greater Caucasus Lateral Range to assess the relief conditions affecting the formation of high mountain landscapes. The development of exogenous processes in the mountain-meadow and subnivalnival belts in this area has a great impact on the transformation of high mountain landscapes, degradation of soil and vegetation. There is a certain territorial and time differentiation in the intensity of these processes.

Construction sites commonly utilize bulldozers, wheel loaders, excavators, scrapers, and graders. Among these, excavators are versatile hydraulic heavy-duty equipment operated by humans. They are employed for various tasks like digging, levelling the ground, transporting and dumping loads, as well as providing straight traction. However, certain hazardous environments, such as nuclear disasters or earthquakes, are not suitable for human on-site work. To enhance productivity, accuracy, and profitability in excavation projects, the adoption of 3D machine control is recommended. The Topcon 3D Excavator X63 System offers advanced and precise GNSS positioning technology, coupled with Hidromek with Assist and an intuitive software interface, to significantly improve excavation operations. In this study, the accuracy of the coordinates of the route followed by the Excavator was checked by using RTK GNSS method by using P1 reference point. While the differences obtained in horizontal coordinates are 2–2.5 cm and 4–6 cm in vertical coordinates. In addition, excavation calculations of the earthwork area were performed and checked with the number of bucket of the excavator. The differences obtained from the earthwork were calculated as 0.8 cubic meters for each bucket.
