Abstract : The Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPPD) has the main task of assisting the Regent in carrying out Government Affairs which is the authority of the Region and the Assistance Task for Regional Disaster Management. This task is very responsible for disaster management that occurred in Kutai Kartanegara Regency. Regarding this, evaluation of the implementation of duties and functions needs to be carried out regularly and continuously to maintain and improve the quality of services to the community. This survey activity is generally intended to determine the perception of public satisfaction with the service performance of the BPPD Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 120 samples spread over 5 (five) districts. The results showed that the Community Satisfaction Index in the regional disaster management agency of Kutai Kartanegara Regency based on the District. The score is declared Good based on Permen PAN & RB No.16/2014. Of the 8 Service Elements used in the IKM survey the average score was 2.805, the score was declared Good based on the PAN & RB Permen No. 16/2014. In the Complaint Handling Element, Suggestions and Inputs, for the communication media indicators for suggestions and input, a score of 1.028 was obtained or the service quality was not good based on the PAN & RB Regulation No. , Infrastructure improvement indicators Permenpan & RB No.14 / 2017 is also not good. In the product and public facilities element, a score of 2.056 was obtained, the quality of service was not good, based on Permenpan & RB No. 16/2014, while based on Permenpan & RB No.14 / 2017 it is not good. This study aimed to analyze the influence of consumer purchase decision from the elements of brand equity. The data used is primary data. Respondents who are involved on this study were 122 respondents. While method used in this study is purposive sampling. The number of independent variables studied were 4 namely brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, brand loyalty and with comparison variable namely purchase decision. Data collected by spreading questionnaire and data analysis method was done through wilcoxon signed rank test to knowing there is a difference or not between two paired dependent samples, Wardah and Maybelline. Based on the results of testing the first hypothesis regarding brand awareness the results were rejected with significant value 0,052, the second hypothesis regarding the perceived quality of the results is accepted with significant value 0,000, the third hypothesis regarding the brand association results is accepted with significant value 0,000, the fourth hypothesis regarding the brand loyalty is accepted with significant value 0,000 and the fifth hypothesis regarding the results of the purchase decision is accepted with significant value 0,000. Based on the results of comparison of purchasing decisions reviewed through brand equity, Maybelline has a high value more than Wardah. This is reinforced by the values described in the table of wilcoxon signed rank test.Keywords : Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Perceived Quality, Brand Loyalty and Purchase Decision.

Analisis keuangan dengan menggunakan Du Pont System sebagai dasar dalam menilai kinerja keuangan pada Koperasi Tirta Mahakam Cabang Tenggarong, Du Pont System merupakan alat ukur kinerja keuangan yang menyeluruh, karena mampu secara langsung menguraikan dua laporan pokok dari laporan keuangan Neraca dan Laba Rugi. Dengan analisisi Du Pont System ini dapat menjelaskan bagaimana kinerja keuangan perusahaan dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya peningkatan dan penurunan kinerja perusahaan. Oleh karena itu peneliti ingin meneliti bagaimana kinerja keuangan Koperasi Tirta Mahakam Cabang Tenggarong dan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kecenderungan penurunan Return On Investment (ROI), dan Net Profit Margin (NPM), dan Total Asset TurnOver (TATO). Tehnik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian adalah menunjukankan kinerja keuanagn Koperasi Tirta Mahakam Cabang Tenggarong yang dihitung dengan menggunakan analisis Du Pont System belum cukup baik, karena nilai ROI yang mengalami penurunan pada tahun 2017 dibandingkan tahun 2016. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work experience, work motivation and work environment on the performance of the Gerdema task force. In this study data were collected by interview, observation and questionnaire on 50 respondents. The analysis used includes test data instruments (validity test and reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), and hypothesis testing (f test, t test, coefficient of determination). From the results of the analysis using regression, it can be seen that the variables of work experience, work motivation and work environment all have a positive influence on the performance of the Gerdema task force. From the t-test results obtained from work experience, work motivation and work environment, all have a significant influence on the performance of the Gerdema task force. The purpose of this study is to Know, Are Organizational Culture Variables and Job Satisfaction Influence Simultaneously Against Turnover Intentions of Employee Employees at PT. Niagamas Gemilang In Loa Kulu Subdistrict, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, To Know, Are Organizational Culture Variables And Job Satisfaction Partially Influence On Turnover Intentions Of Employees At PT. Niagamas Gemilang in Loa Kulu Subdistrict, Kutai Kartanegara Regency and To Know, From the two variables, which variable has the most dominant influence on Turnover Intentions of Employees at PT. Niagamas Gemilang in Loa Kulu District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency.A population of 132 people and a sample of 66 employees.The first hypothesis which states \"That, Organizational Culture Variables and Job Satisfaction Influence Simultaneously Against the Desire to Switch Employees at PT. Along with the competition in electronics industries celuler card, has developed so rapidly. Companies use a variety of strategies to win and retain customers, one of which by creating a strong brand image to be the top of mind in the hearts of the customers. This research is to examine the effect of the brand image for the customer in choosing the HALO Card at the Tenggarong . The data of the research was obtained by observing, interviewing, and also spreading out the questionnaire to the respondent. By utilizing the test of multiplied linear regression, the research designates that the image of producer, image of consumer and the image of product variables have significan effect to choose HALO Tenggarong. Based on the result of the linear regression test, it is known that the most significant variables effect the costumer to choose the HALO Card is the image of consumer variable. It is due to the highest beta and also the lowest probability value among other variables. From the test Partial and simultan, the research proves that all of brand image variables (image of producer, image of consumer, and image of product) have the positif and significant effect the costumer decision to choose HALO card. Abstract : The purpose of this study was to formulate the right marketing strategy for FIF Tenggarong Branch in the face of business competition using SWOT analysis. Respondents in this study amounted to 33 people consisting of 28 customers and 5 employees.The results of this study indicate that (1) Based on the calculation of (Strenght) - (Weaknesses), the internal value of the factor is 0.476 which means that the FIF Tenggarong Branch has greater strength than weakness, (2) Based on Opportunities - (Threats) obtained external factors of 1,569 which means that FIF Tenggarong Branch has a greater chance of threats, (3) Based on the SWOT matrix obtained the position / strategy of FIF Tenggarong Branch is currently in an aggressive strategy position (Growth oriented strategy) located in quadrant I where this position is a very favorable position for the Tenggarong Branch of FIF in managing the strengths and opportunities owned, in terms of internal and external.The strategy that must be implemented is to support an aggressive growth policy (Growth Oriented Strategy).
