Abstract: The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the technology acceptance model which consists of the variables perceived ease of use, perceived benefits, intention to use and actual use of QRIS digital payment technology. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Kutai Kartanegara who used QRIS. The research sample is 60 students who use QRIS digital payment technology. Sampling used purposive sampling technique and data analysis tool used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 4 software version 4.8.9. Based on the results of research where Perceived Ease of Use has a positive and significant effect on Intention to Use with t-statistics > t-table (2.049 > 1.96) so that the first hypothesis is accepted and proven true. Perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on intention to use with t-statistics > t-table (3.861 > 1.96) so that the second hypothesis is accepted and proven true. Intention to use has a positive and significant effect on actual use with t-statistics > t-table (5.514 > 1.96) so that the third hypothesis is accepted and proven true.

Pemetaan Loyalitas Karyawan Pada Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Tenggarong 映射印尼伊斯兰银行员工忠诚度(BSI) Tenggarong

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to find out and examine how high the level of compliance, responsibility, dedication, integrity, dedication and internal service quality at work in Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Tenggarong employee loyalty and examine the mapping of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Tenggarong Employee Loyalty. The population in this study was taken from the number of employees at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Tenggarong, which totaled 33 people. With a population of employees below 100, the number of samples that the researcher will use is the same as the population, namely 33 people. In conducting research the method used by researchers is a census, in which the sample is taken as a whole without exception. The results of the study show that Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Tenggarong employee loyalty as measured by the six indicators yields the fact that the responsibility indicator has the highest value, followed sequentially by compliance indicators, integrity indicators, internal service quality indicators, dedication indicators and service indicators. lowest. The results of the mapping show that the responsibility indicator is the highest value in the employee loyalty study at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Tenggarong. this proves that employees have the desire to complete the tasks assigned correctly. Meanwhile, the result of the dedication indicator is the lowest value in the research on employee loyalty at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Tenggarong. this proves that the low level of employees giving thoughts to Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Tenggarong.

Determinan Aspek Rasio Ketergantungan Masa Covid-19 Dan Sebelum Masa Covid-19 Di Indonesia

In this study, the analysis was carried out before and during the COVID-19 pandemic with the aim of research to find the direction of relationships and influences between variables. The variables chosen to test the factors affecting the dependency ratio are Open Unemployment Rate, Economic Growth, Poverty, Inflation and Number of Working People. The analysis used the Vector Autorgression (VAR) model and the results contained two variables that affect the dependency ratio, namely the open unemployment rate and poverty.

Analisis Kepuasan Pelanggan Dengan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) 客户满意度分析与重要性绩效分析 (IPA)

The purpose of this study was to determine customer satisfaction based on service quality and marketing mix variables using the Importance Performance Analysis Method and in which quadrant is customer satisfaction at Anyi Ethnik Stores in Tenggarong using the Importance Performance Analysis Method. The population in this study were all consumers who were directly involved and had made purchases at the Anyi Ethnic Shop in Tenggarong in August 2021 for 10 days. The total number of samples used in this study was 50 people. The results showed that there was a high level of customer satisfaction with Anyi Ethnic Shops using the Importance Performance Analysis Method where there were 6 factors Tenggarong Anyi Ethnic Shops did not provide the best service on this attribute. In order for management to concentrate on improving all of its performance on this attribute (concentrate here). The services provided to the attributes in Quadrant B need to be maintained (keep up the good work). The Anyi Ethnic Shop in Tenggarong provides good service to customers. Therefore, this area is called an excess area (possible overkill).

The purpose of this study was to determine the leadership role of the Village Head in providing public services and the challenges in the industrial revolution 4.0 era in Gandasuli Village. Researchers use indicators of motivators, facilitators and mobilizers to determine the leadership role of the Village Head in providing public services, while the challenge is that researchers use indicators of support, capacity and value. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, and the data analysis used is an interactive model starting from reduction, data presentation and verification/conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the leadership role of the Village Head in providing public services with the role of motivator, facilitator and mobilizer has not been maximized. Meanwhile, the challenge of providing public services in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 in Gandasuli Village was sufficientsupportfrom the local government, then in terms of capacity there is not yet qualified human resources, then the value will be that there will be benefits for service providers and service recipients in Gandasuli Village when implementing a digital-based service system.

The aims of this study were: (1) to find out and analyze the effect of financial knowledge on family financial management in the people of the East Tidore sub-district. (2) To find out and analyze the effect of financial knowledge on financial management moderated by lifestyle. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents from family members in the East Tidore sub-district. The test tool used is simple linear regression analysis using the statistical package for social scientists (SPSS) 25 as a statistical test tool. The results of the study show that: (1) Financial knowledge influences family financial management in the East Tidore sub-district community; and (2) Lifestyle influences and strengthens financial knowledge on family financial management in the East Tidore sub-district community

Simplification of the structure and equalization of administrative positions is a bureaucratic streamlining program to realize fast, effective, and efficient public services, As is the priority program of the leadership of the president and vice president. The purpose of this study analysis is to analyze the effectiveness of the policy of equalizing administrative positions to functional positions in the Regional Secretariat of North Maluku Province. This study uses a descriptive analysis approach to explain and analyze the effectiveness of equalization of positions. The study data used is in the form of literature studies. The results of the study analysis show that the policy of equalizing administrative positions to functional positions has not been implemented effectively. The impact on the equalization of administrative positions into functional positions is still in accordance with the indicators of organizational efficiency. Palm trees have a high economy because almost all of them can provide financial benefits. One of them is in Kenohan District, namely in Tuana Tuha Village, developing one of its economic potentials, namely by producing raw materials derived from palm sap. Tuana Tuha, Kenohan District. Then to find out what are the obstacles faced by the business. This research was carried out in May 2022 in MSMEs processing ant sugar. This study uses primary and secondary data obtained from business owners through direct interviews using questionnaires, and secondary data obtained through literature that has a relationship with this research. The method used in this study is the analysis of the added value of the Hayami method (1987) with the help of the Microsoft Office Excel 2013 computer program. The results of this study indicate that the added value of processing palm sugar products in May 2022 is Rp. 23,003,-kg with an added value ratio of 0.38 percent, and the profit earned on the Guleku SMEs from processing 1 Kilogram of palm sugar raw materials into palm sugar is Rp. 22.003,-kg with a profit rate of 0.37 percent. The obstacle faced in this ant sugar business is the weather factor.

The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between culinary aesthetics, destination image, tourist satisfaction, and tourist loyalty in Ternate City. This type of research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. There are four variables used, namely culinary aesthetic variables, destination image, tourist satisfaction variable, and tourist loyalty variable. Data collection was obtained through distributing questionnaires to 120 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a population of domestic tourists from Ternate City who visited at least two times to culinary tourism in Ternate City. The data analysis of this research used descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of the study prove that the culinary aesthetic variable has a significant effect on the image of the destination, the image of the destination has a significant effect on the tourist loyalty variable. This study also found an indirect effect of port aesthetics on tourist loyalty through destination image and tourist satisfaction. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended that the Regional Government and tourism business actors maintain the image of local culinary in Ternate City and increase the intensity of tourist visits by promoting all types of tourist attractions including local culinary and optimizing tourist attractions in the diverse Ternate City through the image of the destination.
摘要本研究旨在探讨特纳特市美食美学、目的地形象、游客满意度与游客忠诚度之间的关系。这类研究是一种定量方法的解释性研究。本文使用了四个变量,即烹饪审美变量、目的地形象变量、游客满意度变量和游客忠诚度变量。通过向120名受访者发放问卷收集数据。抽样方法采用有目的抽样,抽样对象是来自特尔纳特市的至少两次到特尔纳特市进行烹饪旅游的国内游客。本研究的数据分析采用描述性分析和路径分析。研究结果证明,烹饪审美变量对目的地形象有显著影响,目的地形象对游客忠诚度变量有显著影响。本研究亦发现港口美学透过目的地形象与游客满意度间接影响游客忠诚度。根据研究结果,建议区域政府和旅游商业行为者通过推广包括当地烹饪在内的所有类型的旅游景点,并通过目的地形象优化多样化的特尔纳特市的旅游景点,以保持特尔纳特市当地烹饪的形象,增加游客的访问强度。

Human resources (HR) is one of the main factors in global competition, namely how to create qualified and skilled human resources and have a culture of high competitiveness in global competition that we have ignored. Given the importance of the role of human resources in carrying out company activities, the company's management is required to always pay close attention to its workforce so that the morale achieved by employees increases and is in accordance with the company's targets in achieving it’s goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the incentives and work discipline variables simultaneously and partially on employee morale. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression, the number of samples used is 70 employees. The result of the research is that the incentive and discipline variables are simultaneously able to show a significant effect on employee morale. Partially incentives have a significant effect on employee morale and discipline partially has a significant effect on employee morale.
