--Civic freedom is the principle of modern democracies. A report from The Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) in 2018 explained that the civil liberties index in Indonesia had a very sharp decline. This has caused the quality of democracy in Indonesia to decline. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to explain why civic freedom in Indonesia is in crisis? This study uses a qualitative method with the theory-driven approach. The data is obtained from books, scientific journals, and mass media. Analysis of data in this study from data reduction, to data organization and data interpretation. Civic freedom in Indonesia are currently experiencing a crisis caused by (1) "silencing" of freedom of expression; (2) Restrictions and violations of the freedom of association and assembly; and (3) discriminatory actions and violence that occur in the implementation of freedom of religion or belief. The conclusion is that threats and violations of civic freedom have made democracy in Indonesia is in a crisis and increasingly away from the practice of consolidation democracy.

— Since 1999 Indonesia has provided as much autonomy as possible. Regional autonomy is provided together with funding through fund transfers and also flexibility in the budget. Fund transfers from the central government are used by local governments to fund expenditures following the desired needs. But on the other hand, the provision of authority makes the amount of corruption in Indonesia increase. This study aims to examine the effect of central government fund transfers and expenditure assignments as part of fiscal decentralization on the level of corruption in Indonesia. This study is a quantitative study with analysis using the most unusual multiple linear regression with a fixed-effect model. The object of this research is all provinces in Indonesia by taking data from 4 years 2013-2016. The results of this study prove that government transfer and expenditure assignment which are the measurement of fiscal decentralization in this study have a positive and significant impact on the level of corruption in Indonesia

Environmental Problems are an undisputed issue both in Indonesia and in the world. The big and important issue of the environment makes United Nation launch the Sustainable Development Goals. One of them is about life on land, including forest. Indonesia, which was once dubbed as the lungs of the world, has now declined in quality. In 2016, research conducted by Indonesia Forest Watch announced that forests in Indonesia were reduced by one time the size of a football field every hour. Based on the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Article 33 paragraph (3) states that "earth and air and natural resources are contained in an environment controlled by the state and used to achieve massive prosperity of the state", so that it has been adjusted to forest needs so that it becomes a matter that needs attention. In Law No. 41 of 1999 concerning Forestry also has an opinion about forests that have benefits for life both in terms of ecology, socio-cultural, and economic. The research method used is the national research method, where the author uses legislation, books, and other literature as the main source. With this fulfillment, it is hoped that it will be able to create new policies that can provide benefits and changes to the condition of forests in Indonesia so that one of the objectives of the Sustainable Development Goals can be realized and the carrying capacity of forests can increase. Abtract—Banten is a relatively new province. It used to be a part of the Province of West Java but then established itself since year 2000 by the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 Year 2000 dated October 17, 2000 with their center of government at the city of Serang. Expansion of Banten from West Java was influenced by lots of stakeholders such as politicians, local bureaucrat, the citizens, and businessmen. From the businessmen side there’s a local strongman named Kyai Haji Tubagus Chassan Sochib. History of Banten can’t be described without the influence of Kyai Haji Tubagus Chassan Sochib, a powerful yet charismatic and highly respected cultural leader not just in the society but also in the government. The influence of Haji Chassan (that’s how they called him) also really strong towards the village-heads, head of sub districts, regents, and officers with strategic positions because even though they were supported by the society, they won’t get their position without approval from the cultural leaders. Haji Chassan’s supreme influence made him a very dominant figure in Banten. Keyword : Chasan Sohib,Banten

---The purpose of this study is to (1) analyze regional dynamic influence to AEC; (2) empirically test regional dynamic influence on citizenship engagement; (3) analyze regional dynamic influence on risk of conflict; (4) analyze the influence of risk conflict on AEC performance; (6) empirically analyze the influence of citizenship engagement on AEC performance. As a framework to discuss the research problems, this study proposes the novelty of Citizenship Engagement Quality. Respondents in this study are the students in 10 ASEAN countries. Respondents in this study are 881 samples that answer the questions. Based on sex, the highest frequency is male with 556 respondents (63.1%) and female with 325 respondents (36.9%). Based on their status, the majority of the respondents are studying in undergraduate program with 765 respondents (86.8%) and postgraduate program as 116 respondents (13.2%). Structural Equation Modeling is used in this study as data analyses tool by using IBM AMOS version 22.0. The result from empirical model testing hypothesis testing shows that correlative estimation value among latent variables (Regional dynamics, Citizen Engagement Quality, Risk of Conflict and ASEAN Economic Community Performance) has significant correlative value. Critical ratio (CR) value is >1.96 and p-value is <0.05.

Abtract—The regional head elections for governors and deputy governors of Bali in 2018 have succeeded in bringing I Wayan Koster and Cokorda Artha Ardhana Sukawati (Cok Ace) as governors and deputy governors of Bali for the period 2018 2022. Behind the victories and democratic events the election money politics to get voice support from certain candidate pairs. The political practice is wrapped in customary legality named danapunia. This paper aims to describe how politics and world practices are carried out and legalized using Pierre Bourdieu's Habitus Theory perspective (M × H) + T = Practice. Description: M is capital, H is habitus and T is the domain or place. The method used descriptive qualitative by collecting data through indepth interviews with selected informants. Informants were taken from representatives of the adat village and the auxiliary state of Bawaslu as institutions authorized to oversee election administration. This study produces several analyzes, namely: first, the practice of doxa explains and the world has sacred values, both in the teachings of Hinduism. This value shapes the mental cognition of agents and social structures in legalizing and danapunia in the political arena. Second, the practice of heterodoksa in habitus is presented by Bawaslu as an auxiliary state institution that does not have the power of formal law and the authority to carry out the oversight function of elections. Third, the practice of orthodoxa presented by the intervention of the PDIP political elite in perpetuating and promoting the world. Practices and worlds are supported by economic, cultural and symbolic capital resources carried out by political actors and Bali as the realm of the partial power of PDIP which is also a shaper of political and world practices.

The humorous variations presented in broadcast radio media are packaged creatively both as humor programs as a whole and in the form of inserts in programs in the form of speeches, chats and jokes by broadcasters. Humor will be felt and accepted by a society if it is in accordance with the values, traditions and cultural aspects of people who enjoy a humor. McGhee and Golstein (1972: 153) state that acceptance of humor in each community group is not the same. There are people who openly accept the type of humor and what is selective or even limiting humor. The humor in this study is ethnic humor that uses Sundanese as of the "Canghegar" program on Rama FM Bandung.
