In the learning process there needs to be motivation so that students can improve their learning outcomes. By participating in learning activities, students are expected to be able to develop themselves socially, emotionally, intellectually, linguistically, morally and personally in the positive direction that everyone wants. This is inversely proportional to the current reality that there are still students who are shy or don't dare to express their thoughts in public.thus making students less confident when answering questions from the teacher so that rewards come out as reinforcement. This study aims to reveal the giving of rewards to students' self-confidence. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews. The subject of this research is a class III teacher at MI Al-Mutaqin. The results of the study revealed that the application of rewards to students at the elementary school/Madarsah Ibtidaiyah level was given by the teacher in learning including giving verbal rewards. The reward given has the impact of growing students self-confidence in learning. Keywords: Confidence, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Reward

Ecoliteracy lessons have been given to students, but in reality there has been no improvement in awareness of the environment. For example, students still throw garbage carelessly. Ecoliteracy is a means of making students aware of the importance of maintaining environmental balance. The research aims to find the right method or model in teaching ecoliteracy skills in elementary schools (SD). This type of research is literature study. The research subject is a form of elementary school students' awareness of the importance of protecting the environment. While the research data collection method uses the PRISMA method. Meanwhile, the research data collection instrument used a systematic literature review (SLR) which consisted of identifying, evaluating and interpreting the results of previous studies. Sources of research data from Scopus and Eric articles. The data were analyzed using the quality assessment method, namely analyzing article data that is in accordance with ecoliteracy learning in elementary schools. The results of the study found that there were 8 articles, namely: 1) one article problem solving model, 2) two article teaching materials, 3) two article contextual learning, 4) one project-based model, 5) one article adiwiyata school, 6) one article technology. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that ecoliteracy research specifically discusses ecoliterate learning models in elementary schools, only three articles. In the process of learning ecoliteracy in elementary school, it is necessary to develop a special model for learning ecoliteracy in elementary school. Keywords: Ecoliteration, Elementary Schools

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on various lines of life, including the education sector. The government's policy to minimize the transmission of the virus is carried out by implementing physical distancing rules. Therefore, the government in this case the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) provides rules for conducting distance learning. One of the schools affected by this policy is SDI (Islamic elementary school) Losari Lor. Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM) at SDI Losari Lor, before the pandemic were completely carried out offline with a lecture model. However, during the pandemic, activities were carried out with limited face-to-face and online in accordance with the instructions of the Brebes Education Office. The weakness of KBM is that learning is less than optimal, the teacher explains the material in class in a limited way, students are required to study independently. Likewise with the subject of Islamic Religious Education (PAI). Salat material is the material taught in class II semester 2. This study aims to create an android-based learning application, in order to increase students' understanding and understanding of the material to be discussed, namely the salat material. In addition, this research is also to overcome learning that is constrained by the internet network. Data collection methods used are interview methods, direct observation methods and literature methods. While the method used in building the application is a 4D model. The steps taken are Define, Design, Develop, and Dessiminate. The software used is Microsoft Powerpoint, iSpring Suite, and Web2Apk Builder. The result of the research is an Android-based Salat application. The result of this research is a mobile learning of salat application that can be used to make teaching and learning activities more interesting and interactive. Besides the fact that the material presented to the student will be easier to understand, the application can also be accessed even without an internet network.
