The origin of rhetorical predisposition is a psychological and emotional adjustment of the audio and spoken linguistic effects, because the semantic activity of the language derives its credibility from the harmony between perception and conception. Therefore, the principle of sensory evaluation of Arabic expressions occupies a prestigious position between the other linguistic theories. Though they are not absorbed by rhetorical and linguistic studies because of some methodological considerations rejected by Durri and his authority, lightness and heaviness are still imposing themselves in the university linguistic studies, renewed through the modern communicative linguistic theories, particularly the aesthetic and technical ones. So, making a balance of both heaviness and lightness becomes a necessary culture that is considered as a key for the intervention of the modern literary discourse.

Industrial clusters or geographical concentration of firms and ancillary units engaged in the same sector can generate various advantages for small firms, from agglomeration economies to joint action benefits. The cluster model emphasizes internal linkages, whereby cluster gains are furthered by local firm cooperation, local institutions and local social capital. The growing evidence on small firm clusters in developing countries competing in local and global markets has driven much of the policy enthusiasm on promoting clusters. A wide variety of policies are available to promote the competitiveness of firms in developing countries. Many of these policy initiatives are directed toward SMEs and clusters of firms. These policies fall into six main categories: *Promote expansion of existing firms *Promote innovation, new technologies *Development of the human resource and technical capabilities of firms *Provide business assistance *Provide management training *Produce reports about the clusters

It is clear nowadays that some rituals and believes as cultural elements are disappearing, especially those related to pastoral life. This is due to two main reasons: first, natural changes and changes in modes of life and second, Quasi-obligatory change in the private social and communal life resulted from globalization. CHERIET’s thought represents the first project of the Algerian renaissance in the post-revolution period. In spite of the critical importance of this project in terms of it suggestions to achieve real development based on a focus on man, the project contains some structural weaknesses. The purpose of this article is to identify gaps in the project using a conscious critical analysis. We will also try to propose new approaches to the issue of development in Algeria from the same project; with ignorance of the heterogeneity that characterizes some of the project’s ideas especially what concerns the reconciliation between Islam and Socialism.
