Tujuan dari riset ini iaIah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pemasaran media sosiaI terhadap keterIibatan merek dan niat beIi merek makanan cepat saji. Kuesioner dibagikan kepada 208 responden sebagai sampeI. DaIam riset ini, metode pengambiIan sampeI menggunakan non-probabiIity sampIing dan menggunakan teknik purposive sampIing. Metode anaIisa data yang dipakai iaIah StructuraI Equation ModeIing (SEM), SPSS dan software AMOS22. HasiI riset menunjukkan variabIe interaktif berdampak positif terhadap Brand Engagement. Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity (CR) and NPM on the profitability (ROA) of auto parts companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2011 – 2020. Methodology: This study adopts a quantitative descriptive methodology, collecting financial statements of companies that have been listed on the IDX. The measurement model and hypothesis testing were carried out using SPSS software. .Findings: The results show that the Current Ratio has no significant effect on Return on Assets Net Profit Margin has a significant effect on Return on Assets and the Current Ratio and Net Profit Margin simultaneously have a significant effect on Return On Assets. Conclusion: Assessment of financial performance at auto parts companies simultaneously has a significant effect on Return on Assets and partial Net Profit Margin has a significant effect on Return on Assets while the Current Ratio has no significant effect on Return on Assets

This study aims to determine and examine the effect of product variables, price discount, and store atmosphere on buying interest. This research uses quantitative research methods. Collecting data in this study through the distribution of questionnaires to visitors to D’Cika Cakes and Bakery Jatibening Branch. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is multiple linier regression. The results of this study indicate that product variables, price discount and store atmosphere partially and significantly can positively influence consumer buying interest. Based on the Coefficient of Determination Test (KD) that the adjusted R square value is 0.469 (46.9%). the three independent variables, namely Product Diversification (X1), Price Discounts (X2), and Store Atmosphere (X3) in this study were able to explain 46.9% of the dependent variable.
本研究旨在确定并检验产品变数、价格折扣及店内气氛对购买兴趣的影响。本研究采用定量研究方法。本研究的数据收集方式是通过向到访德芝卡蛋糕坊加地宁店的顾客发放问卷。本研究的样本为100人。使用的抽样技术是多元线性回归。本研究结果显示,产品变量、价格折扣和店内气氛对消费者购买兴趣有部分且显著的正向影响。根据决定系数检验(Coefficient of Determination Test, KD),调整后的R平方值为0.469(46.9%)。本研究中的三个自变量,即产品多样化(X1)、价格折扣(X2)和商店氛围(X3),能够解释46.9%的因变量。

The purpose of the research that the author did was to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance, the effect of work discipline on employee performance. And to determine the effect of leadership style and work discipline together on employee performance at PT KMS Serpong. The population and sample in this study were employees at PT KMS Serpong, totaling 112 samples with a saturated sample technique. The research method used by the author is descriptive quantitative method, the method of collecting data by distributing questionnaires which is then processed using regression analysis. The test used to test the research instrument in the form of validity and reliability tests. classic assumption test, namely: normality test, multicollinearity test, and autocorrelation test. Hypothesis test consists of: correlation test, determination test Simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous) with the help of SPSS 24 Software for Windows. Based on the results of the research on the descriptive test, it is known that the leadership style variable is the number of statements answered with agreeable words of 53.3% or with agreed criteria, work discipline variable with agreeing words of 54.7% or agreeing criteria, and those who answer agree on the variable The performance of employees who agree is 54.3% or in the category of agreeing to the statement. The results of the analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at PT KMS Serpong. This can be seen from the multiple linear regression value Y = 13,465 + 0,569 X1 + 0,447 X2, the constant value of 13.465 indicates that if the Leadership Style (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) are worth 0, then the employee performance value is 13.465. The correlation coefficient value is 0.861, the coefficient of determination of the leadership style and work discipline variables contributes an influence of 74.2%, the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance is significant because it has an Fcount value of 11.065 > Ftable 3.08 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Kultur masyarakat terus beralih sejalan teknologi yang semakin berkembang, begitupun dalam penggunaan smartphone. Keputusan pembelian ialah aktivitas individu yang terlibat langsung dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian. Studi ini bertujuan guna mengetahui pengaruh lifestyle terhadap keputusan pembelian Hp Android di kalangan mahasiswa UNSIKA. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang, Jawa Barat dengan sampel sejumlah 100 responden. Metode analisis yang dipergunakan ialah regresi linier sederhana dengan besar signifikansi 5%. Hasil studi ini mengindikasikan bahwa Lifestyle berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Oleh karena itu, bagi pelaku bisnis smartphone perlu mempertimbangkan gaya hidup saat ini agar meningkatkan keputusan pembelian android saat ini.

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan mengadakan uji pengaruh kinerja keuangan pada nilai perusahaan di PT HM Sampoerna Tbk Tahun 2016-2020. Variabel terikat di penelitian ini yakni nilai perusahaan, variabel bebas diperoleh dari “Current Ratio, Debt to Equity serta Return On Equity”. Penelitian ini memakai data sekunder dari laporan keuangan PT HM Sampoerna Tbk 2016-2020. Penelitan ini untuk melakukan pengujian penelitian ini meemakai Uji Asumsi serta Uji hipotesis memakai aplikasi SPSS 23. Hasil analisis dapat dijelaskan bahwa Uji F Simultan dengan hasil nilai sig. 0,00 < 0,05. X1, X2 serta X3 memberi pengaruh simultan pada nilai perusahaan(Y). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji NPF dan DPK terhadap FDR di PT BTPN Syariah, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, serta implikasinya terhadap return saham. Data tersebut berupa data sekunder bulanan periode 2019--2021. Teknik analisis meliputi statistik deskriptif; Uji asumsi klasik (autokorelasi, heteroskedastisitas, dan multikolinearitas); regresi; Uji F, Uji T, Uji Sobel, koefisien korelasi, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan NPF dan DPK berpengaruh signifikan terhadap FDR dengan Fhitung lebih dari Ftabel (19,8 > 3,29) dan signifikan 0,00 < 0,05. DPK berpengaruh signifikan terhadap FDR thitung > Ttabel (5,96 > 2,04) dan signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05. Pengaruh FDR terhadap Return Saham ditunjukkan secara signifikan sebesar 0,5276 > 0,05 artinya FDR terhadap Return Saham tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Hasil mediasi menunjukkan bahwa FDR tidak mampu memediasi DPK dan NPF untuk Return Saham.

Visiting coffee shops has become a trend and culture in Indonesian society, especially in Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek). It results in a rapidly growing coffee shop industry with high competition. Many local and international coffee shops are expanding its store in Greater Jakarta. Many previous studies have examined the factor affecting customer loyalty before and during the pandemic period. With the better condition of pandemics and significant reduction of social restriction, this study aims to analyze the factor affecting customer loyalty. Service quality, store atmosphere, price fairness, and customer satisfaction are those factors. An SEM path analysis is used to examine the four hypotheses that have been proposed. The findings show that service quality, store atmosphere, and price fairness affect customer satisfaction. Also, customer satisfaction has an effect on customer loyalty. The findings also support that service quality is a significant driver in the coffee shop industry in Greater Jakarta.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknis uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas untuk menganalisis data, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji f serta uji R-square. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja UKM dan inovasi produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja UKM, namun untuk media sosial terbukti berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UKM. Dalam uji f menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja UKM.
