This research aims to partially determine the influence of professionalism, independence, competence and work experience of auditors on audit quality in Public Accounting Firms. The sample used in this research was auditors who worked at the Medan City Public Accounting Office. The sampling technique in this research was carried out using a purposive sampling method so that 7 Public Accounting Firms with a total of 40 Auditors were obtained. The data obtained in this research is primary data through distributing closed questionnaires to auditors working at KAP Medan who are registered in the Directory of the Indonesian Institute of Public Accountants and the research method used is multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that auditor competence and auditor professionalism have a positive but not significant effect, independence has a positive and significant effect, while work experience has a negative and significant effect. This is shown through the results of the t-test which shows a significant relationship with the variables with a significance rate of 5%.
本研究旨在部分确定审计师的专业性、独立性、能力和工作经验对公共会计事务所审计质量的影响。本研究使用的样本是在棉兰市公共会计事务所工作的审计师。本研究采用的抽样技术是目的性抽样法,共抽取了 7 家公共会计师事务所的 40 名审计师。本研究通过向在印度尼西亚公共会计师协会名录中注册的棉兰市公共会计师事务所的审计师发放封闭式调查问卷,获得的数据为第一手数据,采用的研究方法为多元线性回归分析。从假设检验的结果可以得出结论:审计师能力和审计师职业素养具有积极但不显著的影响,独立性具有积极显著的影响,而工作经验具有消极显著的影响。这一点可以通过 t 检验结果得到证明,t 检验结果表明与变量之间存在显著关系,显著性比率为 5%。

The evolution of economic conditions provides many opportunities for corporate fraud. One form of fraud that often occurs on an international scale and in Indonesia is fraudulent financial reporting in manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub sector. This research aims to determine empirically the influence of independent audit committees, financial expertise and frequency of audit committee meetings on fraudulent financial reporting in food and beverage subsector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of research used is quantitative research. The research sample used was a purposive sampling method, where the sample was determined based on certain criteria, totaling 23 companies. The type of data used in this research is secondary data. The data source used is the annual report of each company published on the website www.idx.co.id. The research results show that the independent audit committee has no significant effect on fraudulent financial reporting, while financial expertise and the frequency/number of audit committee meetings partially have a significant effect on fraudulent financial reporting.

This research aims to examine the influence of growth opportunity, investment decisions and financial performance on company value in healthcare companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study consisted of 27 healthcare companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange during the 2017-2021 period. In carrying out the research, the data used was secondary data and the sampling technique used purposive sampling technique to obtain 8 healthcare companies that met the sample criteria. The regression model used in this research is a panel data regression model and was tested using the eviews 12 application with the f test (variance analysis), t test (significant test), and coefficient of determination test and panel data regression as analysis tools. The research results show that the independent variables jointly influence company value in the f test. In the t test, the growth opportunity variable and the company performance variable have a partial effect on company value and investment decisions do not have a significant effect on company value. And overall the independent variables are able to predict company value on a scale of 91,78%.

Service quality is a key element in organizational success, especially in the public and private service sectors. A quality work culture has an important role in establishing superior service standards. Therefore, this study aims to examine the relationship between quality work culture and high service standards in an effort to increase customer satisfaction and organizational performance. This study uses a quantitative approach to the survey method. The research sample involved employees of the Ministry of Religion regional offices in Central Kalimantan from various service-focused departments. Data was collected through a questionnaire assessing employee perceptions of work culture as service standards, as well as through available organizational performance data. Data analysis was performed using statistical regression techniques. The results of the study show that there is a significant relationship between quality work culture and high service quality. A work culture that is supported by values such as integrity, professionalism, innovation, responsibility and exemplary tends to produce better service standards. These findings provide evidence that investing in the establishment of a quality work culture is the key to achieving quality service standards and supporting organizational success.

The dynamics of stock prices is a very important aspect of the capital market. The price of a company's stock is influenced by many factors, including the company's financial performance and the size of the company. In addition, dividend policy is also considered as an important variable in controlling stock prices. However, there is not yet a strong consensus about the extent of the role of dividend policy in moderating the relationship between financial performance and company scale and stock prices. This study aims to understand in depth the dynamics of stock prices through analysis of financial performance and company scale, with particular emphasis on the role of dividend policy as a controlling variable. We aim to identify the extent to which financial performance and firm size affect stock prices, and to what extent dividend policy can moderate this relationship. This study uses a quantitative approach with regression analysis as the main method. Historical data on financial performance, company scale, dividend policy and company stock price will be analyzed for the relevant period. In addition, descriptive statistical analysis and significance test will be used to examine the relationship between these variables. The results of the study show that simultaneously financial performance, company scale, and dividend policy have an effect on stock prices with a contribution value of 72% is a significant finding. It provides a solid understanding of the complexity of the factors that influence stock prices in Chemical and Basic Industry companies in Indonesia. In addition, the finding that dividend policy can act as a moderating factor in increasing stock prices also has important implications. This indicates that company management has an effective tool in managing market perceptions of their stock prices through dividend policy. When used wisely, dividend policy can be a strategic instrument to increase the value of the company in the eyes of investors.

Employee satisfaction is an important factor in maintaining productivity, loyalty and overall organizational performance. One of the factors that has a big influence on employee satisfaction is the leadership in the organization. Effective leadership is able to motivate, guide, and provide support to employees. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the level of employee satisfaction with leadership in an organization. The main objective of this study is to analyze the level of employee satisfaction with leadership in the organization. This study also aims to identify the factors that influence employee satisfaction with leadership, as well as evaluate the impact of employee satisfaction on their performance and loyalty. The research method used in this study is a quantitative survey method. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to all employees in the organization that was the subject of the study. The questionnaire is designed to measure the level of employee satisfaction with leadership, as well as collect information about the factors that influence this satisfaction. Data analysis was performed using various statistical techniques, including path analysis to identify the influence between variables. The results of this study indicate that most employees in the organization have a high level of satisfaction with leadership. Factors such as effective communication, support from superiors, and recognition for employee contributions have a significant positive impact on employee satisfaction. In addition, employee satisfaction has also been shown to have a positive correlation with their performance in the organization and a high level of loyalty. This shows the important role of effective leadership in creating a work environment that motivates and meets the needs of employees.

The automotive sector in Indonesia has a key role in the country's economic growth. Automotive company financial policies, such as the use of debt and dividend distribution, have become important topics of discussion in the context of the dynamics of automotive company stock prices. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the effect of debt policy and dividend policy on stock prices of automotive companies in Indonesia. This study uses historical data on debt policy, dividend policy, and stock prices of automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the last 5 years. Panel regression analysis is used to measure the effect of debt policy and dividend policy on stock prices. The results of the study show that debt policy and dividend policy have a significant influence on the stock prices of automotive companies in Indonesia. More specifically, this study found that the wise use of debt and the right dividend policy can have a positive impact on the stock value of automotive companies.

Local products have an important role in the regional and national economy. Brand image and purchasing preferences are key factors influencing the acceptance and growth of local products. However, the relationship between brand image and purchase preference in the context of local products is not fully understood. Therefore, this study aims to explore the dynamics of brand image and purchasing preferences for local products. This study aims to identify the extent to which brand image influences consumer purchasing preferences for local products and to explore the factors that moderate this relationship. This study uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through online surveys. The sample consists of consumers who actively buy local products in the city of Bandung. Descriptive statistical analysis and regression analysis were used to examine the relationship between brand image and purchase preference. The results of this study indicate that brand image has a significant influence on local product purchasing preferences. These findings show the complexity of the dynamics between brand image and purchase preferences in the context of local products.

Characteristics of a soldier's work is quite heavy, so it demands physical, intellectual, and mental endurance. This gives a signal that the success of the soldiers' tasks depends on these three forces, so special attention is needed from stakeholders within the Indonesian military. In fact, this research was conducted to test the work readiness of soldiers who are influenced by factors such as work safety and loyalty to the state. This study uses a numerical data-based quantitative research structure as a basis for building arguments. The test tool to measure research results uses a regression test which consists of a partial test, simultaneous test, and determinant test. A total of 200 soldiers were asked for their willingness to be respondents using the incidental sampling technique. This research was conducted at the Indonesian military agency, namely the 4th Infantry Battalion based in Jakarta. The results of the study stated that the patriotic and professional attitude of soldiers would grow by 66% if they received assurance of life safety and a patriotic spirit. In addition, the role of self-readiness of soldiers is the key to achieving task success. This emphasizes the importance of building the readiness of the soldiers to work, so that the spirit of patriotism grows. However, managerial ranks need to provide support for occupational health and safety, as well as motivate soldiers to love their homeland.

The many irregularities in work behavior and the unprofessional civil servants have become the trigger for performance reform in government agencies. This is because the public is furious about the behavior of government employees who are considered arrogant and like to take bribes. Finally, in this digital era, many people publish the poor performance of civil servants on social media, thereby forcing the authorities to reform the performance of their employees. This research was conducted as an effort to look at improving the quality of performance of civil servants based on the values of integrity, organizational support and work teams. To test this objective, a data-based quantitative approach is used. As many as 100 employees of the East Nusa Tenggara provincial religious court were questioned as correspondents. In disclosing this information, an analytical method based on structural equations is used. The results of the study reveal that changing old work patterns is not easy, but efforts to improve and improve must be made, one of which is by instilling the values of integrity, providing large compensation and building a productive work environment. Statistically, there is a trend of improving the quality of employee work when integrity values are implemented in carrying out tasks. In addition, a large compensation system can raise morale, resulting in pleasant and friendly work behavior. Meanwhile, a healthy work environment can affect the psychology of employees to be able to provide the best for their co-workers.
