In the education sector, teachers’ persistence and resilience has been a topic of considerable debate, prompting us to question how professional development of teachers can enhance persistence and resilience among teachers. Current study highlights the importance of teacher’s behaviour and their vital role in education system. To date, no systematic review has provided the answer to this question. Thus, this systematic review has presented a synthesis of six studies that have related teachers’ persistence and resilience to the professional development of teachers. The studies, two of which were qualitative, three quantitative, and one mixed method, detail evidence of teachers’ professional development leading to teachers’ persistence and resilience. For data collection surveys and semi-structured interviews has been conducted for collecting general data. The review results highlighted that professional development programs for teachers can enhance persistence and resilience among teachers, but these programs should be developed by focusing on carefully-chosen teacher and relevant institutional factors. Every teacher’s professional development has an impact on their capabilities to determine their role in education. There is a significant relation between teacher’s professional development and resilience. It is important to promote providing more nearer look to see how teachers feel and think and create more approaches to educate them. Despite the increasing number of workers worldwide experiencing mental disorders, many organizations lack knowledge and understanding of how to support them effectively. We argue that this is partially a consequence of three problems surrounding the management of mental health in organizations: misunderstanding, invisibility, and responsibility. This study aims to overcome misconceptions attached to those problems by providing empirical evidence on three issues: a) experiencing mental health challenges leads to inevitably experiencing a disability? b) to what extent do organizations know about their employees’ mental health challenges? c) do mental problems preclude employees from thriving at work and enjoying work-life balance? To do so, we analyze the disclosure of mental health conditions and the levels of anxiety, depression, disabilities, thriving at work, and work-life balance in a sample of 212 employees with and without a diagnosis of mental disorder. Our findings challenge some preconceived notions as they suggest that: a) suffering from a mental disorder does not always lead to higher disabilities, and, on the contrary, even non-diagnosed employees may experience high degrees of disabilities; b) mental health challenges are still notably invisible within organizations; and c) there seems to be an inverse relationship between the severity of mental problems and the degree of thriving at work and work-life balance. Accordingly, we propose future research avenues and practical recommendations to address the problems of misunderstanding, responsibility, and invisibility. Higher education institutions must recognize that jobs will change significantly as the world enters the Fourth Industrial Revolution and experiences new technological advancements, particularly in artificial intelligence (AI). Both workers and students will need to adapt, and higher education must be able to provide students with the skill set they need to enter and advance in the workforce of the future. Even though the vast majority of journalism academic programs today seem to focus more on the theoretical and practical aspects of journalism, such as news literacy, introduction to digital journalism, journalistic reporting and writing, and global issues in journalism, industry leaders already see artificial intelligence (AI) as playing a big role in journalism in the future. AI has a big potential to change how media is written and consumed. This article offers a proposal for an undergraduate journalism degree with an artificial intelligence (AI) concentration. It is based on projections of employment for the next five to ten years, the government of the United Arab Emirates' (UAE) strategic orientation, higher education, and industry demands. The planned degree, the first of its type, is intended to give students the skills, technology know-how, and information necessary to succeed in the journalism field in the future. This study critically assesses Albania's Law No. 19/2016 "On Additional Measures for Public Security" against the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR), focusing on privacy and the right to a fair trial. Through comparative legal analysis, it juxtaposes Law No. 19/2016 with ECHR provisions and the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) jurisprudence, examining the law’s alignment with human rights norms, especially regarding surveillance. The analysis uncovers substantial discrepancies, particularly in the law’s approach to public surveillance and the protection of individual rights, indicating a need for significant legal reform in Albania. The paper proposes amendments to better align national legislation with ECHR standards, advocating for clearer surveillance regulations, enhanced privacy protections, and adherence to fair legal processes. It champions a balanced public security strategy that respects human dignity and freedom, aligning with European human rights principles. In the journey of fighting for the independence of people around the world, the Vietnamese people courageously stood up and fought against the invasion of the colonial French, which lasted more than 80 years, to regain independence for the nation through the general uprising in August 1945. On September 2, 1945, at Ba Dinh Square in Hanoi, in front of tens of thousands of compatriots nationwide, on behalf of the Provisional Revolutionary Government, President Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence, giving birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam. With core values about national rights and human rights, the Declaration of Independence is the crystallization of the highest of these values for humanity and contains contemporary significance and a profound strategic vision. Using historical methods, comparative methods, and analytical methods, the article focuses on solving four issues: (1) clarify the historical context of the Declaration; (2) clarify the basic content of the Declaration of Independence; (3) evaluate and affirm the meaning and value of the Declaration in the process of fighting for the independence of people around the world; and (4) draw some conclusions about the research problems. The development of digital technology has revolutionized the public's access to and utilization of protected works. Pre-existing analog works can now be easily converted into digital formats, providing users with various reuse opportunities. Libraries, museums, archives, and other cultural heritage institutions have embraced the digital revolution by digitizing their cultural and scientific collections. In addition to preserving these invaluable assets, they also aim to provide online access to their materials. However, despite their valuable efforts, these institutions often face significant challenges in locating and identifying the copyright holders to obtain the necessary authorization. This can lead to uncertainties regarding the legality of making these works available online, as using copyrighted materials without prior consent can expose them to the risk of copyright infringement claims. In the Republic of Albania, where cultural heritage institutions are also grappling with these challenges, the potential for infringement underlines the urgent need for efficient mechanisms to handle copyright-related matters when undertaking such ambitious projects. This article aims to present and analyze legal solutions that can facilitate the use of orphan works without infringing on copyright. It also delves into the potential challenges that may arise in implementing such legislation. Additionally, this article outlines the procedure for termination of orphan work status and the requirements for a reasonable compensation calculation for reappearing authors/right holders. Finally, it recommends further improvements to copyright and related rights legislation. Received: 20 March 2024 / Accepted: 16 June 2024 / Published: 02 July 2024

Bilingualism is based on a description of the linguistic situation in a speech community that consists of colloquial and standard language, ultimately resulting in the existence of two different languages that are used alternatively in speaking, writing, listening, and reading. The acquisition of another language will cause changes on the brain. Studies have been inquiring into the pros and cons of having two or more different languages. The study of Peal and Lambert supported significant structural changes involved in the acquisition of another language form, and that it guaranteed the enhancement of intellectual capacity, cognitive ability, and intelligence. The present study aims to shed light on the effects of bilingualism on the intellectual functioning in the brain and the life of bilingual as a whole. It adopted the descriptive method of the relation of bilingualism to intelligence. The study concluded that bilingualism could enhance life by improving cognitive abilities. It recommends conducting further studies to explore bilingualism, intelligence, and other areas, including passive vs. active, sequential vs. simultaneous, and receptive vs. productive bilingualism. Lebanon is a small country on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, known as a country with a strategic position geographically and politically. It was a divided country full of endless conflicts. This paper analyses the obstacles and opportunities to build Lebanese nationalism to realize the nation's integrity. Lebanon's main obstacles are the heterogeneity of society, foreign interference, and intergroup affiliations with other countries. At the same time, the foremost opportunity to build Lebanese nationalism is that they have the same language and culture, namely Arabic. Strong nationalism is the capital to build lasting political stability. This research is qualitative research that will collect specific qualitative data to create generalizations. Arabic as a language, identity, and culture is the most vital cohesive factor that unites the country and originates Lebanese nationalism. The problem of building Lebanese nationalism is mainly dependent on a strong government that can control the people. The challenge is that the ruling government comes from a minority religion, namely Maronite Christians dealing with Sunni and Shia Muslims and other Christian groups. Hence, a strategy is needed to create common interests that can be accepted by all groups, namely economic development amid the current Lebanese financial crisis.
