The Demographic and Family Health Survey (ENDES) conducted by the National Institute of Statistics and Informatics (INEI) in Peru provides data on fertility and health. The ENDES 2020 report, based on 35,847 surveyed households, undergoes descriptive statistical analysis with the aim of identifying patterns to enhance social conditions. Techniques such as Fuzzy C-Means and Latent Classes, previously applied in various contexts, are employed. Correlation analysis using the R polycor package highlights significant relationships, leading to the exclusion of certain numeric variables in fuzzy clustering due to strong correlations. Random sampling is applied to address the data volume. Three clusters are determined through kmeans clustering, silhouette, Elbow, and Clara methods, assessing their fuzziness with the Dunn's Fuzziness Coefficient. Pattern identification reveals significant differences in family relationships, gender, education, and health insurance among the clusters. The widespread lack of health insurance, particularly ESSALUD/IPSS, stands out as a common issue. Fuzzy clustering and latent class analysis techniques provide groupings with variations in sizes and compositions. Received: 20 March 2024 / Accepted: 28 June 2024 / Published: 02 July 2024

The main objective was to know the evidence of validity and reliability of the Internalized Homonegativity Scale. This theory is based on the stress of sexual minorities, which focuses on the psychological affectations of minority groups based on discrimination, prejudice and stigma. A total of 313 persons between the ages of 18 and 49 years were evaluated. The content validity, factor analysis and reliability were assessed. The content validity, to which it was subjected, yielded acceptable values. The CFA allowed maintaining the trifactorial structure and a McDonald coefficient of .84 was obtained for the general scale. Likewise, the Wagnild & Young Resilience Scale was used to determine the validity in relation to other variables and presents an inverse relationship of small magnitude. The study shows that the IHS has adequate psychometric properties, evidencing its usefulness for the measurement of internalized homonegativity. This study of Ibn Zaydu:n’s Si:niyya contributes to the numerous attempts that have been carried out over the last two decades to analyze the classical Arabic qasi:da using recent criticism. Through a performative-stylistic reading and an in-depth analysis of the poem in the context of Ibn Zaydu:n’s prison experience, the study shows that the poem is thematically, structurally, psychologically, and spiritually unified. The Si:niyya is typically classified as a poem of beseech, which has a clear function: to secure the release of Ibn Zaydu:n from prison. This function operates as a unifying string that brings the various units and elements of the poem together. This study also illustrates that, at a thematic and stylistic level, Ibn Zaydu:n has succeeded in maintaining a delicate balance between preserving his dignity while asking his friend to intervene on his behalf. Rhythmically, however, the poem betrays the poet’s deep sense of insecurity and resentment. Received: 20 March 2024 / Accepted: 6 June 2024 / Published: 02 July 2024

This paper presents key findings from a study conducted with several universities in the GCC region regarding their approach and use of e-Assessment within their learning environments. The study identifies key factors that could impact the use and quality of e-Assessment, and describe how those factors could influence forming a consistent and effective approach to employ a long-term e-Assessment approach. Data was collected from several higher education institutions in the GCC region, using an online survey, in-depth interviews with academic administrators, and direct observation. The study identifies six critical factors that may have a direct or indirect impact on forming a consistent and effective approach to employ a long-term e-Assessment approach. Moreover, the study reveals a strong correlation between e-Assessment quality, and the centralization of e-Assessment strategy, e-Assessment administration, and e-Assessment Technology. This article analyzes the heritagisation policies and the instrumentalization of cultural heritage by Ceausescu's regime for political purposes. I argue that Ceausescu’s political regime was neopatrimonial, a system where rules took place within the framework of legal bureaucracy of a modern state in which formal structures and rules did exist, although in practice, the separation of the private and public sphere was not always observed. This system was characterized by insecurity about the behavior and role of state institutions, but primarily the actions of the supreme leader that were erratic and unpredictable. In this regime, the rural cultural heritage was used for political-ideological purposes, in close connection with the cult of the personality of the supreme leader. In this context, the heritigisation of folk creations such as folk plays did not mean the preservation of these rural cultural forms under threat in a society undergoing major economic and social transformations that imperiled traditional community life. Instead, it was a form of symbolic political manipulation used to acquire political legitimacy. Received: 17 January 2024 / Accepted: 29 May 2024 / Published: 02 July 2024

The departure of skilled health workers from Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia, and the Pacific poses a significant challenge for the global health workforce, exacerbating healthcare accessibility issues, labour shortages, and vulnerabilities within healthcare systems worldwide. This study aims to identify brain drain drivers and propose dynamic retention strategies tailored to the unique circumstances of each region, relying solely on secondary data. Drawing upon the Push-Pull and Social Exchange Theory frameworks, the study reviews existing literature, and it was revealed that there is an interplay of push factors, such as low pay, limited professional development opportunities, and challenging working conditions, alongside pull factors, including better income prospects and career advancement opportunities. This study advocates for dynamic retention strategies like enhancing employee engagement, implementing flexible work arrangements, promoting work-life balance, offering competitive compensation, facilitating professional development, and fostering supportive work environments tailored to each region's circumstances were imperative to mitigate the health workers brain drain syndrome. It also suggests the importance of strategic, context-specific interventions in mitigating brain drain and ensuring sustainable healthcare delivery worldwide and ongoing research and evaluation to assess their effectiveness. This can be achieved through collaborative efforts of stakeholders towards safeguarding the global health workforce and promoting equitable access to healthcare services for all. Generally, criminal offense is not consummated by being implemented as if by magic. It is undoubtedly the result of a long process of reflection, efforts, and escalated feedback. The awareness of criminal offense or the entire process in which the full realization of the it passes, is carried out in several stages. Some authors think that preliminary criminal activity is characterized by three stages while there are also other authors who accept only two stages of carrying out the preliminary criminal activity, which are; preparation and attempt to commit the criminal offense. The stages in which the criminal offense is actually carried out are, the birth of the criminal thought; the emergence of the thought; the decision to commit the criminal offense; the preparatory actions which are taken in order to successfully commit the criminal offense; the beginning of the execution of the criminal offense which can attempt to commit it "delictum consummatum", remains. Between the birth of the thought to commit a criminal offense and the completed of it, there is a series of intermediate acts. One of these phases is characterized by what are known in criminal law doctrine as preparatory actions. The meaning and nature of these acts are of theoretical and practical importance. Firstly to correctly distinguish the legal moments that follow the preparatory acts, secondly to avoid possible mistakes in the legal definition of the criminal offense and thirdly for the accurate requirement of the criminal sanction. The title of the thesis Happiness in organizations as a tool in the culture of entrepreneurship in students of the university, Lambayeque region, 2021, has obtained a main objective To determine the effect of Happiness affects in organizations in the culture of entrepreneurship in students of a university, Lambayeque region, 2021. Likewise, this study has been developed in a quantitative approach, of a descriptive - explanatory level and non-experimental design and to test the hypothesis of this study, a survey is conducted. Its population is made up of the students of the university of the Lambayeque region, being these 30 in total, therefore a census sampling is determined in which the population is equal to the sample. A data collection instrument called a questionnaire was applied to these students to measure happiness in organizations and the culture of entrepreneurship and to determine that they are reliable and valid. Similarly, the statistical system called SPSS Vs. 26 was used, which allowed a very detailed analysis of results. Therefore, it is concluded that the independent variable happiness in organizations affects the dependent variable entrepreneurship culture in the university, Lambayeque region, 2021, thanks to the correlation coefficient Rho Spearman = 0.876, independent variable and 0.953 for the dependent variable, which allows giving a strong incidence between both variables, in the same way a significance of less than p value 0.05 was obtained. The effectiveness of the rule of law and general institutional quality are critical for encouraging Renewable Energy Consumption (REC), which facilitates the Renewable Energy Transition (RET). This concept is empirically tested in Saudi Arabia, using data spanning 1996–2022. Our findings show that there are substantial long- and short-term correlations within the model, demonstrating a positive association between RET and all evaluated variables of institutional quality. The long-term favorable impact of the rule of law is also remarkable, implying that reforms in legal and regulatory frameworks could result in an instant boost in RET. Similarly, control of corruption, as well as voice and accountability, have positive long- and short-term impacts. However, our data shows that economic growth has no substantial impact on RET. As a result, we urge that the Saudi economy emphasize efforts to improve institutional quality as a means of advancing the Renewable Energy Transition agenda. Strengthening the rule of law, reducing corruption, and increasing voice and accountability procedures can all contribute to the development of renewable energy in Saudi Arabia, propelling the country toward a more sustainable energy future. The objective of this article is to examine the models, trends, obstacles and opportunities offered by citizen participation, as well as to evaluate the determinant factors and their impact on the transformative processes of democratization and the fragile development of Albania. The article explores the participation of citizens in the decision-making process, and their role in policy-making and democratic decision-making and tries to understand how citizens can be more actively involved in the decision-making process and how this involvement can increase the legitimacy and effectiveness of policies. In this study, we use qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze existing practices of citizen involvement in the decision-making process at different levels of local and central government. We focus on the tools and mechanisms that can be used to encourage the involvement of citizens in the decision-making process. The results of this study aim to provide recommendations for policymakers and practitioners at different levels of government to improve the involvement of citizens in the process of decision-making. In conclusion, through these recommendations, we aim to help increase transparency, responsibility and legitimacy of decision-making processes and create an environment where citizens feel involved and heard in decision-making that affects life. \u0000 \u0000Received: 8 March 2024 / Accepted: 13 June 2024 / Published: 02 July 2024","PeriodicalId":37106,"journal":{"name":"Academic Journal of Interdisciplinary Studies","volume":"11 14","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141685714","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
