Synergetic Synthesis of Nonlinear Adaptive Control for Pneumatic Drives 气动传动非线性自适应控制的协同综合

The problem of synthesizing effective laws of pneumatic drive control, which have adaptive properties to external disturbances, is quite urgent. It is quite obvious that in real operating conditions the control system will be affected by some external disturbing factors, the action of which can significantly rej ect the desired change in the controlled value. The purpose of this work is to develop an adaptive nonlinear synergetic control law for suppressing the disturbing effect, which was specified and additively introduced into the mathematical model in the form of certain mathematical functions. The synthesis of the adaptive control law was carried out using the method of integral adaptation, which is part of the concept of synergetic control theory. The obtained results of computer modeling confirm the adaptive properties of the obtained nonlinear synergetic control laws and the achievement of the set technological control goal - moving the rod to a given position under the conditions of disturbances.

Robust Pole Assignment in a Problem of State Observer-based Modal Control 基于状态观测器的模态控制鲁棒极点配置问题

The results of the development of an approach for the robust pole assignment based on the fulfillment of the Rouche's theorem conditions for a linear time-invariant single-input single-output system with system matrix parametric uncertainty and full-order state observer-based modal control are presented. The proposed approach allows to determine the minimum value of the geometric mean root of the desired characteristic polynomial of a system with a modal controller for given types of polynomials of a system with a modal controller and an observer, as well as the ratio of the roots values of these polynomials and a characteristic index determining the shape of the pole scatter domain, its size and location relative to the imaginary axis, as well as the minimum achievable dynamics performance, at which bounded parametric perturbations of the system matrix do not bring the poles of the closed-loop system beyond the boundaries of a certain domain of the complex plane.

The report describes a new methodology and technology for the design and use of 6 basic subsystems that are part of the created cognitive-synergetic analytical platform. These subsystems include: subsystems for decomposition and stratification of the flight control process by automatic spacecraft (ASC); subsystems for constructing a cognitive aggregate-flow metamodel of the ASC flight control process; subsystems of cognitive-synergetic observations and analysis of the ASC flight control process; subsystems of adaptive variable-synergetic planning of proactive control of the ASC flight; subsystems of situational adaptation of ASC flight control; subsystems of cognitive - graphical visual presentation of the results of modeling the flight control processes of the ASC.

Monitoring Software for Project Based Learning Tasks 基于项目的学习任务监控软件

The complex task of control of multiple configurations of documents, diagrams and code in the student projects in e-learning process requires a project management software tools. This paper presents the developed technology for managing course design, based on a sequential workflow and registration of the states of its stages. The design of a software tool that implements the proposed approach, data model and technical solutions used in the implementation is described. The flexibility of the developed tool is achieved by specifying a list of project stages and states in a local database. Change management is supported by the formation of a chain of messages, version control is based on sequential numbering and is fully automated.

Selection of Hyperparameters and Data Augmentation Method for Diverse Backbone Models Mask R-CNN 屏蔽R-CNN的多骨干模型超参数选择及数据增强方法

Among the most difficult computer vision tasks is one of detecting object's action. Solving that problem, it is needed to be aware of the position of the key points of a particular type of an object. Information about key points position uses to management decision making in technical systems. It is also being complicated task with the fact that training models able to detect the key points require a significant amount of complexly organized data. This paper focuses on finding a solution to the problem of detecting the position of biological object key points. That information is useful in terms of object's actions classification as well as for tracking them. Due to the lack of data for training, a method for obtaining additional data for training is suggested (data augmentation), also various types of backbone models are tested within the R-CNN networks on differently augmented data, with different optimizers, learning rate, number of training epochs and batches. Achieved accuracy on the test sample is more than 90%. The use of backbone models of the ResNet family allowed to achieve greater accuracy of work, which was more than 93%, while the use of reference models from the MobileNet family with an accuracy of about 90% allowed to achieve a processing speed of each frame three times higher (on average) than while using backbone models of the ResNet family.

Investigation of an Initial Data Set for Decision Support System Development of a lower Leg Prosthesis Individual Prosthetic Socket Selection 下肢假体个体假体窝选择决策支持系统初始数据集的研究

The article examines electronic-geometric models of the lower leg stumps obtained using a 3D scanner as initial data for the decision support system development of the lower limb prostheses individual modules selection. The existing solutions for working with three-dimensional electronic-geometric models and research in the field of prosthetics, which allow designing the prosthetic sockets, are considered. The main parameters of the initial models for further work are highlighted.

Mobile Application-based Approach for the Measuring of Internal Nasal Structures 基于移动应用的内鼻结构测量方法

The internal nasal valve (INV) is one of the main causes of the nasal airflow obstruction. Minor changes in the cross-sectional area of the nasal valve region may have a significant impact on airflow, which in turn affects nasal function and the perception of airway patency. In recent years, the measurement of INV based on CT data has been widely used, but not all patients can be promptly performed CT. 111 patients who underwent endonasal surgery from September 2018 to January 2020 measured the cross-sectional area of the internal nasal valve and sphenoid sinus ostium using a new method. In all cases, we used the mobile application. The medium cross-sectional area of the internal nasal valve prior to septoplasty was 20–40 mm2, In the long term, we used this mobile App to measure the cross-sectional area and estimate the increase in the area after procedures. It easily showed a dynamic for sphenoid sinus ostium obturation. The new mobile App proved to be a fast and easily performed method. This application is useful for determining the cross-sectional area as well as to analyze this area in the dynamics.

Processing of Multispectral Survey Materials based on Machine Learning Methods for Forest Management 基于机器学习方法的森林管理多光谱调查资料处理

The paper consider the machine learning methods application for processing multispectral space imagery materials. The forest management is carried out on the basis of a forest vegetation regular analysis. Identification of the forest vegetation type and its condition assessment are carried out by machine learning methods based on spectral-brightness features. The training and test samples choice is provided. We presents comparative analysis of machine learning methods for solving forest areas classification and clustering problems for further justified control action choice.

Modeling of a Hydroelectric Unit with a Kaplan Turbine 卡普兰水轮机水力发电机组的建模

The publication is devoted to the development of a model and research of the hydroelectric unit of a power plant with a Kaplan turbine. Matlab/Simulink environment was used for modeling. The main problems, features and approaches to the modeling of hydraulic units are discussed. The specificity of the proposed model is to take into account the nonlinear characteristics of the system and the influence of a synchronous generator operating on a bus of infinite power. It makes it possible to study the operation of the system in a wide range of modes. Equations and block diagrams of the main subsystems of the hydroelectric unit are given. The issues of adjusting the controllers of the hydraulic unit are considered. The graphs with the research results are presented and analyzed. Conclusions about the effectiveness of the obtained model are made and further ways of research are outlined.
