Neuro-fuzzy approach for implementing control systems is considered. Neuro-fuzzy systems are a tool for a development of trainable control systems with high interpretability. These systems can be trained to work in new conditions. There is a possibility to analyze the actions, which implement the control. Examples of neuro-fuzzy control applications are presented: virtual assistant and automatic calibration system.

Expansion of the control and regulation potential of technologies for electric submersible pump (ESP) -equipped wells and large-scale development of digital intelligent solutions significantly expand the setting range of optimal modes, regulations and parameters of well completion. The introduction of resource and energy efficiency indicators with an explicit evaluation of the failure period makes it possible to build a temporal hierarchy of optimal solutions, considering the balances in performance, energy consumption and durability under conditions of multidimensional complicative factors of the operation. For the synthesis of optimal solutions, the factor completeness of simplified model descriptions of controlled processes in primary design schemes is of greater importance than the details provided by models of universal integrated platforms that are difficult to fit into operational control systems. The proposed scheme of numerical-analytical design is compared with new approaches to the optimal choice based on neural network models trained according to the statistics of “best practices” for the completing and operation of ESPs.

The paper briefly describes some elements of cognitive technologies required for the effective implementation of practice-oriented training of engineers. Living at the age of nanotechnology and digitalization requires a qualitatively different level of training for graduates of engineering specialties. The authors believe that cognitive technologies in practice-oriented training, which reflect the peculiarities of work and the aspects of production, ensure the most effective training of engineers. The use of cognitive technologies personalizes the educational process. The knowledge gained during the course of theoretical training, the practical experience obtained through the immersive educational environment, will ensure training of specialists with the fastest adaptation to the needs of production to fulfill their professional tasks.

A software package has been developed that allows solving the problem of optimal planning of the distribution of a package of orders over time for execution on extrusion lines of various configurations in conditions of limited resources and taking into account deliveries. The complex allows you to automate the planning task for geographically distributed industrial enterprises and corporations that manufacture products on production lines that are reconfigured to a different assortment and face the problem of efficient use of their production resources. The production director interface allows the user to select the planning period, the target function (time or cost of production), orders and production lines. The database administrator interface supports the information support of the software package and allows you to import data for planning. The knowledge engineer interface allows you to configure the system for various hardware configurations and the rules for its reconfiguration. The basis of the software package is a customizable library of optimization methods, which allows you to choose an optimization method depending on the dimension of the task and the characteristics of the planning object. After building the production plan, the software package presents the planning result to the user, presented in the form of a Gantt chart and a tree of solutions to the optimization problem. Testing of the developed system was carried out on the production data provided by companies producing polymer films in Russia and Germany, and confirmed its operability and efficiency of application due to a reduction in the expected time and cost of production, as well as by reducing the time for making managerial decisions in the production planning process.

The Moodle environment provides student performance data based on midterm and control tests. The extension of the interface by means of intelligent agents and software implementation in the VBA Excel environment allows the use of algorithms for statistical data analysis and the formation of grade sheets for the purpose of a more detailed visual presentation of the learning outcomes. Algorithms for the functioning of intelligent agents have been developed to generate reports for a single control test and a set of tests for the course being studied.

The article considers creation of a system for energy-saving dynamic modes control, invariant to various heat-technological devices. Heat-technological devices and their application classes are given. The features of managing such classes of objects are highlighted. The problem of energy-saving control with fixed intervals for time and control action is formulated. Two classes heat-technological devices energy-saving control problem solving examples are given: a roller-belt drying unit and an annealing furnace for magnetic circuits. For a roller-belt drying plant, the functional fuel consumption is minimized, and for the annealing magnetic circuits furnace, the functional is energy consumption. Minimizing energy costs problem takes into account heat-technological device functioning various states. The proposed energy-saving control system industry introduction allows to save from 5% up to 15% of energy in heat-technological devices dynamic modes operation.
