Study of Flexible Printed Transmission Lines Realized by Direct-Write Printing Technology 采用直写印刷技术实现柔性印刷传输线的研究

In this paper, a fully additive approach for microwave transmission lines realization is presented. Designed transmission lines are printed with a direct-write digital printing system on a flexible polyimide substrate. Also, copper transmission lines based on conventional photolithography are prepared. Scattering parameters of the transmission lines with different dimensions are measured and reported. Also, challenges in SMA port assembling are examined. Different connection methods for measuring scattering parameters are used based on the physically assembled SMA ports and with direct measuring by Z infinity probes. For Z probes assembly, two different ground connection methods are examined: copper ribbons and vias. Reported parameters are compared to simulations. The study proves that the fully additive digital printing method is an acceptable approach to realize transmission lines.

In recent times, the use of portable devices has gained widespread popularity, but one of the problems that arises in the development of these devices is their power supply source, which should be portable and, in most cases, made of flexible materials. Thus, this work aims to develop and study in detail materials based on polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and active conductive nanomaterials for the realization of supercapacitor electrodes. As a result, we aim to develop a series of PDMS-nanocomposites, such as carbon black, activated carbon, carbon nanotubes (CNTs), graphene in different ratios. We want to identify the variant with the best electrical conductivity, temperature variation, active surface area and flexibility after testing and interpreting the experimental data. Subsequently, the composite material with the best capabilities will be incorporated into the structure of a supercapacitor and will represent the material for the electrode development.

Modeling the effect of temperature on relative humidity sensing 模拟温度对相对湿度传感的影响

In this work we have established a mathematical function to model the influence of the ambient temperature, relative humidity and frequency on the change of impedance. The proposed empirical description is a combination of the power function (modeling the temperature effect) and a reverse-sigmoid function inspired by the three-parameter Weibull cumulative distribution function (modeling the relative humidity and frequency effects). This empirical model was validated by using our iron manganite (FeMnO3) thick film measurement data. The reduction of impedance of thick film samples with change in relative humidity in the range 30-90% was measured in a temperature and climatic chamber in the frequency range 42 Hz-l MHz at three ambient/working temperatures (25, 50 and 75°C). The obtained experimental data was successfully fitted using the specially tailored empirical model. Application of this model enables prediction of the iron manganite sensor performance for different temperatures both within the confines of the analyzed temperature range (interpolation) and outside of it (extrapolation). Future development will include applying this model to analyzing the temperature influence on relative humidity sensing for other metal oxide sensing materials that have shown a similar dependence and in a wider ambient temperature range.

Electrical Behaviour of MLCC Type 2 Capacitors Under Mechanical Quasi-Static Stress 机械准静态应力下MLCC 2型电容器的电学行为

This paper presents a study on the behaviour of a type 2 multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) in different mechanical loading conditions. The capacitor is analysed under quasi-static stress and at mechanical resonant frequency. The electrical parameters were recorded during the stress application and analysed with respect to the load. The study aims to provide insight into the impact of mounting position and quasi-static stress level on the performance of MLCCs and set the stage for future analysis of type 2 MLCCs. Additionally, the paper presents the behaviour of the MLCC electrical parameters under mechanical resonance conditions.

Modelling of the Planar Hall Sensor with Photosensitive Active Area 具有光敏有源区的平面霍尔传感器的建模

This paper is devoted to the modelling of the planar Hall sensor on the surface of photosensitive CdSmonocrystal. Simulation of designed planar Hall sensor has properties different from traditional Hall sensors. Experimental research of planar Hall sensor confirms the change of the Hall voltage after the external illumination by 150 mW laser with wavelength 530 nm. Measurement range of designed magnetic field sensor is 0-2 T. Experimental results of planar Hall sensor work under 0.1 T magnetic field are shown. Achieved results of increased sensitivity of planar Hall sensor after laser irradiation of its active area are presented.

Method for Non-radiometric Thermal Video into Radiometric Thermal Images Conversion 非辐射热视频到辐射热图像的转换方法

In this paper, we present the method developed by the team to overcome significant limitations in the processing of thermographic images and video clips, which are related to the inability of all IR cameras and licensed software to record and process non-radiometric format. By means of the presented method, the productivity and accuracy of videos and images taken by affordable, consumer-oriented IR cameras are expanded, and it makes them functionally applicable in the scientific applications. The obtained results show that the presented method can be successfully applied to extract the temperature information from non-radiometric digital images and can serve as a basis for the development of an algorithm to increase the resolution of thermograms.

Effect of TiO2 Nanoparticles Addition on the Electrochemical Migration of Low-Silver Lead-Free SAC Alloys TiO2纳米颗粒对低银无铅SAC合金电化学迁移的影响

The effect of the doping of TiO2 nanoparticles on the electrochemical migration (ECM) characteristics of low-Ag lead-free SAC0807 solder alloy was examined by the means of water drop (WD) tests in 0.1 M NaCl solution at 10 VDC bias voltage. The statistical and reliability analysis of WD results revealed that for both alloys, the lifetime results follow a clearly defined log-normal distribution. SAC0807+0.1%TiO2 showed a higher median time to failure (T50) than SAC0807 suggesting an advantageous effect of incorporating TiO2 nanoparticles onto SAC0807 from the ECM point of view. However, based on statistical and reliability analysis of WD results, this advantageous effect is not enough to consider doping with TiO2 nanoparticles promising. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed a change in the morphology of the dendrites between SAC0807 and SAC0807+0.1%TiO2 where the former showed straight and perpendicularly branched morphology while the latter showed a mixture of the trunk and lace-type morphology. Energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) confirmed that Sn was the principal detected element in the dendrites in both cases.

The primary option for harvesting electrical energy from indoor illumination conditions with very low illuminance levels is dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC). In this paper, six dye-sensitized solar cells with complex structures based on titanium dioxide $left(mathrm{TiO}_{2}right)$ were examined to understand their distinct characteristics. Through an experimental investigation, an attempt is made to understand the behavior of DSSC under different illumination conditions and types of connections. The experiment was performed inside an integrated sphere detector, and the light parameters were measured using a spectroradiometer. The electrical properties of all six DSSCs were described by testing them individually, in series, or in parallel with the other cells. A programmable RGB bulb was used to modify the illumination and wavelength conditions.

This paper shows the effects of silanated glass particles as a photo resin filler for the embedding of electronic components using a stereolithographic printing approach. It describes the manufacturing process of the filled photo resins and points out the difference of silanated and non-silanated fillers regarding the viscosity, homogeneity, and particle size distributions. In conclusion, the silanated filler with micrometer scaled particle size distributions shows the best result for the planed application.

The system is designed for people in need, or those who just want to monitor their health, but most importantly, allows medical staff to monitor more patients remotely in real time. It is made with sensors that can measure relative humidity, barometric pressure, ambient temperature and air quality. The module is also used as pedometer, accelerometer and orientation detector and it is designed to be portable in the form of a watch with IoT capability. The physical prototype includes a display for real-time showing of user information and a microcontroller with wireless communication via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for easy access to data from a mobile application, website, or an online database.
