Efectul moderator al angajamentului organizațional asupra relației dintre sursele de presiune si consecințele stresului, în cazul unei achiziții internaționale 在国际收购的情况下,组织承诺对压力来源和压力后果之间关系的调节效应

Mergers and acquisitions are corporate events with the potential of creating a high level of stress, with psychological, behavioural and physical consequences, raising problems to both: the functionality of the individuals and of their organizations. In the context of growth of foreign direct investments in Romania and the lack of researches conducted on this type of organizational combinations, this study aims to identify the main stressors associated with the acquisition of a Romanian company by a foreign investor and the moderating effect of organizational commitment of the stress – outcomes relationship. The research was based on the stress model developed by Cartwright & Cooper (2002). The results revealed a moderate level of stress, moderate personal health and a low level of organizational commitment. We did not find support for the moderator role of organizational commitment on the stress-outcome relationship. Only the direct effect of stress on physical health and psychological wellbeing were supported. The hierarchical regression revealed that the perceived commitment of the organization toward its members moderates the stress - health relationship. We regard these results as optimistic, suggesting possibilities of managing the post-acquisition integration process in a manner that diminishes the negative consequences generally associated with these changes.

Competențele si-au câstigat în prezent un loc important în analiza activității în situațiile de muncă. Pot fi întâlnite în contexte diverse, care trebuie să fie cunoscute pentru a evita ambiguități în folosirea lor. După câteva elemente asupra istoricului competențelor în psihologia muncii si în ergonomie, ne propunem să examinăm relația lor cu activitatea, sarcina, tehnica si puterea de acțiune, accentuând necesitatea de a lua în considerare punctul de vedere al dezvoltării acestora. Anumite orientări de cercetare sunt necesare în ceea ce priveste metodologiile de analiză si competențele colective. Concluzia insistă pe importanța situării analizei competențelor în corelare cu analiza activității si a sarcinii.

Implicațiile factorilor cognitivi si de personalitate în luarea deciziilor – un model teoretico-explicativ 认知和人格因素在决策中的影响——一个理论解释模型

This study is aimed to show the influence of cognitive and non-cognitive factors on decisional efficiency through the design of a theoretical-explicative model and by testing it against reality. This model reflects the link between cognitive variables, personality variables and decisional performance. The participants in this study (N=88) are managers in a IT&C company and have an average age of 32.3 years and a average working seniority of 8.6 years, 74.9% being males and 25.1 % being females. The instruments used were California Psychological Inventory (CPI 260 items form), a questionnaire for assessing the decisional style, a decision making questionnaire, decisional skills test (BTPAC), and Raven standard test, Plus form, a questionnaire for assessing cognitive complexity and Melbourne decision making questionnaire. In order to evaluate decisional performance I developed an behaviorally anchored scale. The evaluation of cognitive competencies, defined in behavioral terms like decision making performance and cognitive complexity, together with the personality dimensions, help us to select managers with an increased adaptive orientation to organizational change and a better decisional performance

This study aims to identify which variables are presents in a context of organizational change and to examine how they are antecedents of the leader’s organizational commitment (EO), either separately or jointly. These variables can also have some effects on the collaborator’s affective commitment to the supervisor. The case of a French public hospital will be–taken as an example to develop the context of these perspectives of research and application.
