First Morphological and Genetic Record and Confirmation of Korean Rockfish Sebastes schlegelii Hilgendorf, 1880 in the Black Sea Coast of Türkiye 台湾黑海沿岸韩国岩鱼(sebases schlegelii Hilgendorf, 1880)首次形态、遗传记录及确认

One specimen of Korean rockfish Sebastes schlegelii Hilgendorf, 1880 was caught by using fish net at a depth of 7 m on 14 May 2022 from Akçakoca, Düzce in Black Sea. In this study, the Korean rockfish Sebastes schlegelii from the Black Sea coast of Türkiye is reported for the first time with both morphologic and genetic evidence. S. schlegelii is characterised by 5 spines on the preoperculum and 2 spines on operculum. Genetic analyses using mtDNA COI gene region also confirmed the species as Sebastes schlegelii. This species is thought to have been transported to the Black Sea from other seas of the world, probably via ballast waters or aquarium escape. The most important reason for this is that the species has not been detected in the Mediterranean.

Conducting Polymer Films on Zn Deposited Carbon Electrode 在锌碳电极上导电聚合物薄膜

Zn plating on carbon steel (CS) was achieved applying current of 4 mA with galvanostatic technique in acidic medium. Zn particles had homogenous, smooth with spherical structure. It was shown that the Zn particles exhibited active behavior on CS substrate. Poly(aniline), poly(pyrrole), poly(N-methylpyrrole) and poly(o-anisidine) homopolymer films were obtained on CS/Zn electrode. Evaluation of anticorrosion performance of these homopolymer coatings in 3.5 % NaCl solution was investigated by using AC impedance spectroscopy (EIS) technique, anodic polarization and the Eocp-time curves. Homopolymer films exhibited significant physical barrier behavior on Zn plated carbon steel, in longer exposure time.

The Genotoxic Damage in Cyprinus carpio Exposed to Abamectin 阿维菌素对鲤的遗传毒性损害

The pesticide abamectin, which is often used in agriculture, poses a threat to aquatic animals. Though its toxicity to fish has not yet been fully understood. In this study, we used the comet assay to examine the effects of being subjected to various dosages of abamectin on the genotoxic impact of abamectin in Cyprinus carpio. During 10 days, common carp were exposed to three different doses of abamectin (0.3, 0.6, and 0.9 mg L-1) based on previously discovered levels in aquatic environments. Toward the completion of the investigation, the Comet assay was used to assess the damage frequency (%), Arbitrary unit (%), and Genetic damage index (%) in carp gill and liver cells. The greatest damage frequencies of % 74.333±0.577 and % 70.333±2.082 were significantly found in the 0.9 mg L-1 group in the gill and liver cells, respectively (P

A low-cost podoscope for extracting morphological features of the foot 一种用于提取足部形态特征的低成本足镜

Foot morphology evaluation techniques are commonly used to evaluate foot abnormalities. The foot is essential for keeping the biomechanical performance of the lower extremities. It is responsible for the support of body balance and stability during gait. For the qualitative examination of foot morphology, many podoscopes have been designed. However, these podoscopes are mainly expensive, complex to operate, and have low accessibility. As a consequence the goal of this research was to create a simple, low-cost podoscope to assess the plantar footprint. In addition to providing a visual representation of the supporting regions. The proposed system enables accurate estimation of clinical indexes of foot deformities. With bare feet, bipedal support, and orthostatic posture, the participant was placed on the podoscope. Doom camera was used to capture the image of the plantar of the foot, and the data was sent to a computer via LAN connection. Based on image processing techniques, the proposed podoscope can automatically estimate the Arch Index, the Chippaux-Smirak Index, the Staheli Index, and Wejsflog's index.Ten samples were tested by the proposed podoscope, and the calculated parameters defining foot deformities are presented. The proposed podoscope appears to have the advantages of simplicity, being portable, inexpensive enabling rapid and precise footprint assessment with correct diagnoses, as well as a record for future assessments, and being economically viable in countries with people having low socio-economic status.

Investigation of Groundwater Zooplankton Fauna from Water Wells in Kilis Province from Türkiye 基利斯省采井地下水浮游动物区系调查

A total of 27 taxons, 12 from Rotifera, 1 from Cladocera, and 14 from Copepoda, were determined in the study, which was conducted by sampling 4 times from 29 water wells. A total of 3 families were detected from Rotifera and Lecanidae was the richest family with 8 species. Among the 6 families of Copepoda, Cyclopoidae had 8 species. The rotifer species with the largest distribution areas were Lecane closterocerca (found in 15 wells), Pleuroxus aduncus, the only species from Cladocera, was found in 21 wells and Kinnecaris xanthi had the widest distribution area (found in 27 wells). In terms of total zooplankton species, it was determined that wells 3, 12, and 18 were the richest with 14 species. While Rotifera was found in limited quantities in all water wells, Pleuroxus aduncus from Cladocera, Diacyclops longuioides, Megacyclops viridis, Monchenkocyclops mehmetadami and Thermocyclops dybowski from Copepoda were found in very large quantities. In addition, the genus Ectinosoma is reported for the first time from inland waters of Türkiye with this study.

Occurrence of the Scalloped Ribbonfish Zu cristatus (Lampridiformes) in the Gulf of Antalya, Türkiye 土耳其安塔利亚湾扇贝带鱼的分布

The commercial trawler named “İdris Reis” caught a fish species that they had never seen or known before while catching shrimp in deep waters at the 36°25'04" N 30°37'17" E coordinates Gulf of Antalya on 04.04.2022. The species of fish caught was identified as Zu cristatus (Bonelli, 1819). With this study, one more species was added to the Gulf of Antalya fish fauna.

Evaluation of Antimicrobial Activities of Salvia verbenaca 马鞭草的抗菌活性评价

The antimicrobial activity of several extracts and fractions of Salvia verbenaca L. (Lamiaceae) was investigated by disc diffusion and broth microdilution methods against Escherichia coli ATCC 10536, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538P, Klebsiella pneumoniae UC57, Micrococcus luteus La 2971, Micrococcus flavus ATCC 14452, Proteus vulgaris ATCC 8427, Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27853, Listeria monocytogenes ATCC 19115, Mycobacterium smegmatis CCM 2067, Bacillus cereus ATCC 7064, Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6633, Candida albicans ATCC 10231, Cryptococcus neoformans ATCC 90112, Kluyveromyces fragilis NRRL 2415 and Rhodotorula rubra DSM 70403. The methanol extract, butanol and chloroform fractions have shown potential antimicrobial effects against some bacteria and the yeast cultures tested, with grown inhibition area diameters in the range 10.8 – 22.4 mm, and MIC values between 0.03 and 0.34 µL/mL. The results of the study support the use of the plant in traditional medicine.

(Lamiaceae) was investigated by disc diffusion and broth microdilution methods against Escherichia coli ATCC 10536, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538P, Klebsiella pneumoniae UC57, Micrococcus luteus La 2971, Micrococcus flavus ATCC 14452, Proteus vulgaris ATCC 8427, Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27853, Listeria monocytogenes ATCC 19115, Mycobacterium smegmatis CCM 2067, Bacillus cereus ATCC 7064, Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6633, Candida albicans ATCC 10231, Cryptococcus neoformans ATCC 90112, Kluyveromyces fragilis NRRL 2415 and Rhodotorula rubra DSM 70403. The methanol extract, butanol and chloroform fractions have shown potential antimicrobial effects against some bacteria and the yeast cultures tested, with grown inhibition area diameters in the range 10.8 – 22.4 mm, and MIC values between 0.03 and 0.34 µL/mL. This study aims to determine the digital literacy profile of Mathematics Education students at Universitas Negeri Makassar in online learning and its relationship with learning motivation. The research was designed with a quantitative approach ex-post facto model with the main method of survey. The research was conducted on Mathematics Education students at Universitas Negeri Makassar. The result of the studies: (1) mathematics education students have a high level of digital literacy, (2) mathematics education students have a high level of learning motivation, and (3) the relationship between digital literacy and learning motivation has a linear relationship and strong correlation between digital literacy and learning motivation

Road conditions monitoring using semantic segmentation of smartphone motion sensor data 基于智能手机运动传感器数据语义分割的路况监测

Many studies and publications have been written about the use of moving object analysis to locate a specific item or replace a lost object in video sequences. Using semantic analysis, it could be challenging to pinpoint each meaning and follow the movement of moving objects. Some machine learning algorithms have turned to the right interpretation of photos or video recordings to communicate coherently. The technique converts visual patterns and features into visual language using dense and sparse optical flow algorithms. To semantically partition smartphone motion sensor data for any video categorization, using integrated bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory layers, this paper proposes a redesigned U-Net architecture. Experiments show that the proposed technique outperforms several existing semantic segmentation algorithms using z-axis accelerometer and z-axis gyroscope properties. The video sequence's numerous moving elements are synchronised with one another to follow the scenario. Also, the objective of this work is to assess the proposed model on roadways and other moving objects using five datasets (self-made dataset and the pothole600 dataset). After looking at the map or tracking an object, the results should be given together with the diagnosis of the moving object and its synchronization with video clips. The suggested model's goals were developed using a machine learning method that combines the validity of the results with the precision of finding the necessary moving parts. Python 3.7 platforms were used to complete the project since they are user-friendly and highly efficient platforms.

Enhancing smart home energy efficiency through accurate load prediction using deep convolutional neural networks 利用深度卷积神经网络进行准确的负荷预测,提高智能家居能源效率

The method of predicting the electricity load of a home using deep learning techniques is called intelligent home load prediction based on deep convolutional neural networks. This method uses convolutional neural networks to analyze data from various sources such as weather, time of day, and other factors to accurately predict the electricity load of a home. The purpose of this method is to help optimize energy usage and reduce energy costs. The article proposes a deep learning-based approach for nonpermanent residential electrical energy load forecasting that employs temporal convolutional networks (TCN) to model historic load collection with timeseries traits and to study notably dynamic patterns of variants amongst attribute parameters of electrical energy consumption. The method considers the timeseries homes of the information and offers parallelization of large-scale facts processing with magnificent operational efficiency, considering the timeseries aspects of the information and the problematic inherent correlations between variables. The exams have been done using the UCI public dataset, and the experimental findings validate the method's efficacy, which has clear, sensible implications for setting up intelligent strength grid dispatching.
