The issues of environmental management have acquired the status of one of the highest priorities and important problems facing humanity. It is quite difficult to simultaneously maintain the pace of economic growth and minimize the negative consequences of anthropogenic impact on nature. In this regard, the need to find new ways and approaches for solving the environmental problems of industrial production is becoming increasingly obvious. Environmental management is considered a part of the strategic management concept of the post-industrial era and is interpreted as the safe management of modern production. It achieves the optimal balance between environmental and economic indicators. Even though the attempts to solve environmental problems in the industry have been made for more than a decade, they have not been properly reflected in economic science. There is no sufficient scientific and methodological support for this type of management. The presence of a contradiction between the need for environmental management and the lack of necessary and sufficient scientific and methodological support for it led to the writing of this article.

The place of tax havens in the contemporary economy is highly controversial. Some authors, or some institutions, support and provide statistical evidence to show that tax optimization or tax evasion through these companies is detrimental to the world economy. The article is devoted to the most important analytical indicators in ensuring sustainable business development. Key financial indicators in conjunction with the basic concepts of International Financial Reporting Standards are considered: the concept of continuity and the concept of preservation of physical and financial capital. The accounting features of profit calculation lead to the fact that this indicator is "detached" from cash and may not be sufficiently objective to interpret the financial condition. The necessity of introducing a financial monetization ratio into the current practice, which makes it possible to confirm the filling of profits with cash, which makes it possible to combine the accrual method and the cash method in this indicator is argued. The balance of profit and net cash flow over time is a guarantee to finance future expenses in a timely manner and in full. The value of the monetization ratio in the long term ≈1, which will be a real confirmation of business efficiency and solvency, the ability to continue activities, is substantiated. The monetization ratio fully complies with the requirements of IFRS and its conceptual basis.

The information development of society is becoming more and more attractive every year for registration and communication on social networks, as well as for working with information resources, where there is a need to place both company data and personal data. Therefore, the need for data protection in today's information life is growing. Personal data are information about the date and place of birth, his name and surname, passport data, tax identification number, signature, profession and marital status. At the legislative level of the country, the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" has been developed, which deals with the protection of personal data of individuals and legal entities during processing and use. Managers of personal data may be public authorities, local governments, state or municipal enterprises. Personal data can be used by cybercriminals to commit any economic crime, both at the level of enterprises and individuals. It is to protect this data that care must be taken not to disclose it to unverified third parties or organizations of good faith or reputation. Modern information activities are essential for the use of the latest technologies and secure information protection.

Any enterprises should provide a safe and hygienic working environment, bearing in mind the prevailing knowledge of the industry and of any specific hazards. These means that an adequate step shall be taken to prevent accidents and injury to health arising out of, associated with, or occurring in the course of work, by minimising, so far as is reasonably practicable, the causes of hazards inherent in the working environment. The system approach to occupational health and safety involves the implementation of a management system designed to ensure the protection of the workforce. Every year in the Republic of Moldova the number of accidents at work increases. This study aims to reflect the importance of the systemic approach to occupational health and safety in order to reduce the number of accidents in Moldavian enterprises. This type of research is qualitative. The research methodology was based on the analysis of the national legal framework and its correlation with the most widespread model of the occupational safety management system described in the international standard ISO 45001: 2018. The obtained results allowed to highlight the common requirements, as well as the differences that must be assimilated in order to accomplish the main seven stages in the implementation of an occupational health and safety management system. The implementation of the occupational health and safety management system will improve the competitiveness and credibility of Moldavian enterprises and will prevent accidents at the workplace.

The article contains research on the listing requirements for shareholder ownership, established by stock exchanges of different countries. Stock exchanges of such countries as Ukraine, USA, Japan, Great Britain, Italy, Germany, France, China, and Poland were considered for comparative analysis of listing requirements. Among the requirements for shareholder ownership of issuers were considered: the minimum Free float, the number of shareholders, the share price, the market capitalization of the tradable shares, the number of tradable shares, and requirements for minority shareholders. Also, the issue of compliance with the requirements of listing as a strategic tool for optimizing the ownership concentration was investigated. The prospects of the Ukrainian corporate sector in terms of compliance with the established listing requirements (from the standpoint of requirements for the shareholder ownership structure) were assessed. Optimizing the ownership concentration of corporations involves the distribution of ownership rights among shareholders, which will help to increase the efficiency of the company and ensure the achievement of its strategic goals.

The paper aim is devoted to the analysis of the development of a new area of modern healthcare - digital medicine in the Republic of Moldova. Research Methods. During the elaboration of the paper the author used research methods such as analysis, comparison, synthesis, deduction and secondary sources of information. Results. Today, digital medicine in the Republic of Moldova is an organization of medical care, which significantly increases its effectiveness through the use of the results of processing and analyzing large amounts of medical data in digital form. The goal of digital health is to ensure that all people receive quality health services in the right place and at the right time without the associated financial hardship when it comes to choosing between receiving health services and satisfying other essential services.
