This work is devoted to the study and systematization of new trends in the field of marketing in the context of digitalization and the study of the impact of the war in Ukraine on this industry. Opportunities and trends in all aspects of marketing in the context of digitalization have been explored. The influence of the war on marketing in Ukraine was studied. The reactions of domestic marketing agencies to the current situation in the country are considered and the types of solutions to problematic issues are highlighted. The use of new marketing trends to increase the competitiveness and viability of enterprises in the context of digitalization is proposed.

A society that encourages young people to embrace entrepreneurship as an alternative opportunity for their professional future is the responsibility of each country. Today's young people will become tomorrow's entrepreneurs if they are presented with this opportunity as a viable form in a training program aimed at identifying and developing entrepreneurial skills. We are currently facing a situation in which vocational secondary education (VET) is threatened by a changing labor market, in which it automates and digitises “excludes” the intermediate level skills traditionally offered by VET. The role of VET in the entrepreneurial program refers to facilitating students' personality (commitment to self-assessment; tolerance of ambiguity, uncertainty, creativity, self-confidence, adaptability, motivation, leadership) with skills that demonstrate successful entrepreneurial competence. The article presents the analysis of the evaluation model for entrepreneurship education programs. The core of the model is the dynamic and flexible training strategy, based on formative and summative assessment. The training program is divided into five modules, the finality of each module is measured by computerized assessment training tests. Lately, animation has become a fundamental element of the touristic offer, being the basis of the touristic motivation, the one that determine the consumers-tourists to travel. Active people, stressed by their professional activity, want to stand out during their holidays or touristic trips. Thus, a very large number of tourists seek to organize their vacation as actively as possible, considering accordingly various types of entertainment. Based on the above, this article was developed to highlight the need to complement the touristic offer with a set of activities, which take the form of touristic animation, so that to increase the attractiveness of the touristic product, marketed by tourism agencies: tour operators and travel retail agencies. This article reflects the issue of making the process of training specialists in educational institutions more efficient in line with the real needs of the labour market. The low degree of integration of specialists into the labour market on the one hand, and the acute shortage of qualified specialists on the other, point to the existence of significant challenges in the process of training them, influenced both by poor collaboration between education and business and by the limited range of methods used in the process of training specialists. Multiple studies indicate that business representatives are increasingly interested in the development of relevant transversal competences, including "green" ones, in future specialists, which would allow a high degree of flexibility and adaptability in conditions of dynamic changes in technologies and work processes. In conclusion, educational institutions are challenged to diversify training methods and tools so as to ensure the development of the required competences at the required level. Significant support in this regard is provided to educational institutions through various programmes and projects funded by Moldova's development partners.

The processes of circular economy are based on reusing and recycling of sources, materials and products in order to ensure three-dimensional sustainable development - ecosystem (natural capital), economic (product and financial capital), human well-being (social and human capital). At the same time, the objectives of a circular economy developing mast be incorporated not only in national and sectorial strategies, but also transposed into the objectives of local and regional development’ strategies. It aims the involvement of the product life cycle’ actors - extractors and suppliers of raw materials, designers, manufacturers, distributors, consumers and managers of reuse and recycling processes - to be part of the decision-making process. In such vision, the effect of the circular economy will result from the meeting of “bottom-up” initiatives (specific actions involving local organizations seeking synergy with partners at the same level or wishing to expand or diversify their activities) with “top-down” approaches (planning and coordination to facilitate links between lower level entities). This paper summarizes the vision of the European Union about the future development based on circular economy’ principles, which must be taken by the Republic of Moldova policy makers on the way to the integration of the national economy in the Common European Area.

One of the main characteristics of today's business environment is extreme unpredictability and volatility. In addition, the rate of change is significantly different from what it was even a few decades ago. Scientists call this state a singularity. Accordingly, the modern era is called the era of the singularity. So, in the modern world, under the influence of technology, business processes, business models, forms of interaction, culture and people themselves are changing. Rethinking the concept of business in such conditions is extremely difficult. In addition to the global nature and ambiguity of processes, the difficulties are caused by crisis phenomena that hinder the development of enterprises around the world, in particular the Republic of Moldova. In such conditions, it is especially difficult for small and medium-sized enterprises of the Republic of Moldova, given their characteristics and extreme vulnerability. In this context, the right orientation in management plays a huge role: vision, strategy, sensitivity and perception of the latest trends, customer understanding, the formation of a culture of innovation, and of course, the choice of a business model. Thus, many leading companies in the world, including those belonging to the SME sector, choose a functioning model based on a bimodal system. The importance of this approach, the advantages and dangers are discussed in this article.

Despite a significant number of works, there is still no clear understanding of what the digital economy is and how to assess the level of its development. Therefore, the aim of the study is to assess the state of the digital economy of the Republic of Belarus on the basis of the modern international system of indicators for the development of the digital economy and the movement towards the information society, which uses official statistics and data from one-time surveys for different levels of society, economic and social activity. To this end, the ecosystem of the digital economy and indicators of its development are considered, the place of the Republic of Belarus in the rankings of the digital economy, the development indicators of the information and communication technologies sector and the impact of digitalization on the activities of organizations of the Republic of Belarus are analyzed. As a result of the study, the state of development of the digital economy in the Republic of Belarus and the prospects for its development are substantiated.
