This article is about organizational identity, approached from the perspective of sustainable development. However, sustainable development is an imperative in modern society. All human activities, directly or indirectly, are closely dependent on our environment and the resources that ultimately ensure our quality of life. The proposed subject is in correlation with the Agenda United Nations Organization for Sustainable Development 2030, as well as the process of adapting the 2030 Agenda at the national level. Undoubtedly, today, each of us, each person, consciously or not, can contribute to sustainable development, although, we must admit, it is quite difficult for us to achieve a change in mentality, despite the many evidences around us, which affect us direct and stinging (drought, consequences of war, possible food crisis, etc.). For this, it is imperative to develop a long-term thinking, a responsible thinking, a thinking oriented towards encouraging socially active positions, as well as to form skills capable of ensuring to today's generation, but also to those of tomorrow, adaptation to the realities of life and the ability to protect the human ecosystem. The promotion of organizational identity through the prism of sustainability, according to us, must start from changing the mentality "from the head to the bottom", continue with the reconceptualization of the tools for building the organizational identity.

The relevance of the study is related to the fact that current military conflicts have devastating consequences for the educational systems of countries, and therefore negatively affect the state of the educational component of national security. This paper is aimed at determining the areas of negative impact of military conflicts on the countries’ national educational systems and assessing the consequences of Russia’s military aggression against Ukraine for the educational component of national security. The study has been conducted using historical and logical methods, methods of generalization and abstraction, analysis and synthesis, a systematic approach. The study is conducted using statistical and analytical data of international organizations and research institutions on attacks on educational institutions, destruction of educational infrastructure, migration of teachers, pupils and students. It is stated that in addition to the destruction of material and technical base, complementary factors of the negative impact of the military conflict on the domestic education system, in particular, higher education, are: deterioration of the psychological state of both educators and students; reducing the influx of foreign students to domestic universities; reduction of state expenditures on higher education; reduction of household income; significant increase in “educational migration”. All this can lead to a significant reduction in demand for domestic higher education services and significantly worsens the state of the educational component of national security.

At the current stage of development and reform of higher education in the Republic of Moldova, the management system of higher education faces a significant number of serious problems, sometimes very difficult to solve. Many of these problems are not specific to our country. Academic systems in many countries are going through enormous changes induced by a combination of factors: the spread of e-learning, the digitization of databases, the change in the role of the university framework determined, including by the Covid 19 pandemic. Today, in order to be effective, a modern university staff, in addition to fulfilling the didactic task, must be engaged in research activities. In addition, an academic must be an active member of professional associations and maintain permanent contacts with colleagues in the country and abroad. Academic staff can be involved (even recommended) in some activities in the real sector of the economy. Thus, every day we are trained in various activities, we have to perform multiple tasks. It creates the impression that the day is getting shorter and the workload is getting bigger. Is it possible under these conditions to use some techniques, methods of time management? How effective are they for the university setting? Will effective time management influence the teaching staff's performance? There are several questions that we try to answer in this article.

The topical issue is the awareness of the university environment of the need to adopt a new vision on the digitalization of higher education due to and / or due to the Pandemic, which forced universities to survive many crises. However, thanks to digitalisation, higher education is becoming more accessible. Certainly, digitization generates benefits, but also challenges that the university environment has to face. The purpose of this article is to highlight the role and impact of stakeholders involved in the digital transformation of higher education, thus encouraging the creativity of university teachers and ensuring the competitiveness of the university. A „barometer” of appreciation of the digital performance of the management team, of the university teachers, of the quality of the educational services could be, for the beginning, a Checklist for self-evaluation of the digital potential of the institution and of the university teachers. The article substantiates the importance of an inclusive orientation in the development of the insurance market, which implies a more complete satisfaction of consumer needs. Insurance inclusion is considered as an integral part of financial inclusion, recognized by the world community as an engine of economic growth and an important factor in social equality. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the features, problems and mechanisms for ensuring the inclusiveness of the Ukrainian insurance market. In the course of the study, dialectical and abstract-logical methods, methods of a systematic approach, comparison, observation, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction and so on. An assessment of the main indicators of the development of the insurance market of Ukraine was carried out. It is noted that at present they do not meet the requirements of the time and indicate a low level of insurance inclusiveness. At the same time, it was found that over the past years, the insurance sector has been characterized by a stable annual increase in the volume of services provided; there is a growing demand for such types of insurance as life insurance, voluntary medical insurance, accident insurance; auto insurance, etc. It is noted that the identified trends are to a certain extent determined by the increasingly widespread introduction and use of digital technologies in insurance practice. The main measures based on the principles of social justice and aimed at meeting the equal needs of access to insurance services for all categories of potential consumers are outlined.

The purpose of the article is to study the features of the introduction of digitalization processes in the hospitality industry to increase economic entities' efficiency and meet consumers' needs. During the research dialectical and abstract-logical methods, methods of system approach, comparison, observation, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, etc. were used. The article examines the importance and role of digitalization in modern conditions of information society development, which forms a digital, virtual reality with specific social, cultural, and consumer practices. It is proved that the use of innovation processes and the introduction of digitalization elements in the activities of the hospitality industry significantly contribute to improving its efficiency and customer satisfaction in modern conditions. The set of circumstances indicating the need to use Internet technologies to successfully promote the services of the hospitality industry in the market is described. The positive and negative impact of digitalization processes on the development of the hospitality industry, whose activities are aimed at meeting a variety of both individual and collective needs of consumers. It is proved that in modern conditions the Internet is an important tool for successful business development. It is substantiated that the digitalization of the processes of organization of facilities, management, and customer service in the hospitality industry will contribute to the formation of single information space and increase the competitiveness of the industry. The results of the study showed that overcoming the existing negative trends in the hospitality industry, which were formed under the influence of destructive factors, will be possible with the active use of innovations, among which special attention should be paid to digital technologies and information positioning of the hospitality industry in cyberspace.

In order to fulfill the intention to relaunch economic growth and competitiveness, the Republic of Moldova needs access to energy resources at acceptable prices, amid the global increase in prices for these resources. At the moment, the energy situation of the Republic of Moldova is determined not only by the energy crisis in Europe but also by the evolutions during the transition period, as well as by the overall economic and social situation of the country in the last thirty years and a bad management in the energy field. Attempts to reform the energy sector in line with EU trends are hampered by a number of different factors that reduce the effectiveness of the measures taken, jeopardizing security of energy supply. Corporate culture management determines the increase of efficiency of enterprise development in the market both direct stimulation of work of the personnel, and influence on external environment and consumers. The paper considers corporate culture as a component of marketing strategy of enterprise development. The purpose of the work is to determine the theoretical foundations of corporate culture in the organization, and to identify ways to improve the management of corporate culture as part of the marketing strategy of enterprise development on the example of PJSC «Volynholding». The work is based on the use of general economic provisions of the theory of marketing, branding, brand management and management of strategic development of enterprises, which are related to determining the role of corporate culture in improving the economic efficiency of the enterprise. As an additional methodological basis, the main provisions of economic theory, the theory of labor management, organizational behavior of the enterprise were used. The author proposes a qualitative composition of the management system of the components of corporate culture, which forms the organizational core, the center of influence on the internal environment of the enterprise. The purpose of the work is to determine the theoretical foundations of corporate culture in the organization, and to identify ways to improve the management of corporate culture as part of the marketing strategy of enterprise development on the example of PJSC «Volynholding». The work is based on the use of general economic provisions of the theory of marketing, branding, brand management and management of strategic development of enterprises, which are related to determining the role of corporate culture in improving the economic efficiency of the enterprise. As an additional methodological basis, the main provisions of economic theory, the theory of labor management, organizational behavior of the enterprise were used. The author proposes a qualitative composition of the management system of the components of corporate culture, which forms the organizational core, the center of influence on the internal environment of the enterprise.
