Tao Te Ching sacred text, written in China around 600 BC, recommends cultivating non-action by observing the nature of the world. Tao Te Ching first articulated the idea of Wu Wei which means do that which consists in taking no action and order will prevail. The text explains the idea that we should stop trying to force action and get comfortable doing less. Taoism is widely understood to be a single (unity), unitary philosophy, social movement, and natural act. Then, when we do move, our actions are natural and energetic. It can be summarized that Taoist principles are inaction or non-action, simplicity, and living in harmony with nature then everything accomplished the desired result. Displacement is the forced or voluntary migration of people. Colonialism and Imperialism are the significant factors that lead to the displacement and dislocation of people. Economic poverty and natural calamities add to the physical movement of people from one country to another. The migrants suffer physically and psychologically in the host countries. The fear of non-acceptance leads to their marginalisation in society. Marginalisation is a social phenomenon in which ethnic minorities or sub-groups are excluded from mainstream society. When an individual migrates, he aspires to acceptance in the host country. The natives do not find any semblance to the migrants and do not accept them; they treat them indifferently, demean them, and use derogatory terms for them. The immigrants find it difficult to adapt and feel secluded and marginalised. Edwidge Danticat writes about the immigration of Haitians and the problems they faced after immigration. The Peruvian education system in general and primary education in particular, in the post-pandemic stage, has been going through one of the most critical moments due to the increase in the social gap and access to technology by students, which is expressed in the heterogeneity in learning reinforced with discriminatory positions that lead to manifestations of hatred. This study aims to determine the influence of hate speech on cognitive learning and emotional learning of students in the fifth and sixth grades of Primary Education. The methodology used responds to a field study with a sample of 128 students from the two grades of study, a dichotomous questionnaire is administered and another adapted to the Likert scale referring to the dimensions of hate speech, cognitive and emotional learning. Among the results stand out: more than 50% achieved medium or low emotional learning, the average cognitive learning is regular (11,664), there is a negative relationship between hate speech and emotional learning of students. It is concluded that the practice of discourse among students in the fifth and sixth grade of primary education significantly influences their level of cognitive and emotional learning, a fact that has implications for their personal, social and intellectual training.

Nowadays, Bank Cards have become of great importance in our lives, especially after the Spread of Covid-19 Epidemic, which has almost minimized the utilization of Cash Money, relying instead on using Bank Cards. As a matter of fact, they are considered the backbone of life, and Islamic Law has stipulated special provisions for these Cards. The Current Research shall attempt to address several issues related to Bank Cards, including definition, types, characteristics, importance, and the ruling applied on each type of these Cards as per Islamic law. Besides, Bank Cards, that have become a major part of daily transactions, are classified into different types according to their function, which include Procuration, Transfer, Loan, and Warranty. A special Provision is applied on each of these types. When a customer applies for a Bank Card, he shall be charged fees for membership, renewal, and replacement, and he could use his card to withdraw cash, provided that it does not result in usurious interest. However, it is possible that the Bank may impose a fee commensurate with the Cash Withdrawal Service.

The number of studies exploring different aspects of Machine Learning (ML) in K-12 contexts has increased, making it imperative to synthesize existing research. This study presented a comprehensive review of the current state of research on ML education from K-12, drawing attention to both current research hotspots and gaps in the literature that should be addressed by future studies. We looked at 45 articles published at conferences and in journals that focused on certain aspects of K-12 ML education via these four lenses: curriculum development, technical development, pedagogical development, and teacher training/professional development. We found that (a) there is a lack of ML materials for K-8 and informal settings, (b) more research is needed on how ML can be integrated into subject domains other than computing, (c) most studies focus on pedagogical development, (d) there is a lack of teacher professional development programs, and (e) more evidence of the societal and ethical implications of ML should be considered in future research. Although the study's authors note several caveats and suggestions for further study, the findings are nonetheless applicable for improving the quality of research in the rapidly expanding field of K-12 ML by educating teachers, researchers, and instructional designers.

Due to the educational transformation from traditional to digital learning in Jordan, caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the purpose of this study was to contribute to this transformation in design education. Considering the practical nature of graphic and interior design education, this study aims to evaluate the usability of the Moodle-Learning Management System based on design students' assessments. It also aims to explore design students' preferences for learning environments; (Traditional, Online, Blended) based on course types in design programs (non-design courses, theoretical design courses, and practical/ studio-based courses). A quantitative approach was employed using a designed questionnaire developed from the Shackel usability model (1991) to conduct the research study. A total of (218) undergraduate graphic and interior design students from the design department at Yarmouk University participated in this study, and all the questionnaires were collected and analyzed in SPSS. The findings of this study have indicated that both the practical nature of design education and the late adoption of digital learning affect the usability evaluation of LMS and design students’ preferences for the learning environment. It was concluded that there is a need for implementing new pedagogies to enhance design students' experience, satisfaction, and acceptance of digital learning.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the building blocks of organizational learning among female workers in the SMEs. A descriptive quantitative research methodology was adopted. A survey was distributed to 702 female employees working for SMEs. Descriptive and multiple regression analyses were used to describe the data and test the hypothesis. This result reveals that SMEs are making efforts at creating and gathering knowledge among female employees, and it also demonstrates that the utilization of organizational learning has a positive impact on the productivity of organizations; however, there is an issue in the layout of the supportive learning environments in SMEs where the positive result is very small in comparison to concrete learning processes and leadership that reinforces learning processes and practices. Conclusion, recommendations, and future research orientation are discussed in the paper.

The existence of groups in society as social capital can grow and develop. Forimber (Forum Darim Bersatu), a community group located in Darim Village, Indramayu Regency. This study aims to analyze the role of Forimber group communication in existing empowerment. Research using descriptive qualitative through case study method. The results showed that group communication in Forimber had a better impact on the development of Kampung Darim, through empowerment activities. Communication within the group also helps to create public relations and harmonious information management. Role of communication doesn't only occur among community members but also by building partnerships with various parties to support community empowerment. It isn't limited to empowering individuals in the community, but the Darim village itself. Community participation in Forimber empowerment hasn't been evenly distributed. Group communication in empowerment influences people's communication behavior, as a social means to generate shared energy and provide convenience in building social relations, and problem-solving. The role of communication needs to be increased to encourage equal participation in society, especially among women. The contribution of this study shows that through group communication with the similarity of symbol meanings, the Forimber fantasy theme also raises collective identity within the group to trigger collective action.
