Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon his last prophet, Mohammed. It must be emphasized that the title of the manuscript and its attribution to its author are fixed, as they were mentioned in his introduction, the classifier said: “The poorest of the servants to the Most Generous, the Creator, Abd al-Jawad Ibn Sheikh Ali al-Abyari… says I called this investigationas: The lovers' picnic of the oddities for the hankered.” We have investigated this manuscript according to the sections mentioned by the classifier, and we called this research (The lovers' picnic of the oddities for the hankered- section about what was mentioned of the wisdom in four wo), in which it was limited to the texts of wisdom that came to four words in the various sources of hadith books, and Arabic literature books, and there are some texts that we did not investigate them in what we found from different sources.Whosoever reads the title of the main manuscript, it comes to his mind at first glance that the material of this manuscript is love and infatuation, but in fact it is the opposite. As we find from the Hadith, sayings, proverbs and poems that have such directive advice which can be considered as a doctrine for those who want to achieve success on both lives- the earth and hereafter. As for the handwritten copy approved in the investigation, it is a single and unique copy in which was written by the classifier, illustrated by its original preserved at Princeton University, Yehuda Collection, No.: (4145), in the volume: (127b - 146b).However, the photocopy that we obtained from Juma Al Majid Center, was preserved at number: (375048), lacked accuracy in photography, and some of its words were blurred, which made our work more difficult.

The aims of this study were to: (1) determine the characteristics of the Heutagogy-Based SPMI Implementation Assistance model; (2) find out the feasibility of the heutagogy-based SPMI implementation assistance model; (3) to find out the effectiveness of the heutagogy-based SPMI implementation assistance model for increasing the quality commitment of PTS leaders in North Sumatra. This research is a development research using the ADDIE model. It was carried out in all PTS that had not been accredited in North Sumatra. The population subjects for this study were 82 PTS leaders who had not been accredited, the sample subjects were 30 people. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaires and tests. The research instrument and model design were first validated by experts to obtain the feasibility of its use. The trials were carried out 2 (two) times, namely, limited trials (10 respondents), wide trials (30 respondents). Based on the results of the study, it was found that the feasibility test obtained a value of 93.75% (material experts) in the very feasible category, 94% (media experts) in the very feasible category, and users 92.43% in the very good category; (2)obtained the average value of N-Gain Score is 83.66% (limited trial) and 85.91% (wide trial). Because the value of g> 75 is in the effective category. The Wilcoxon test results obtained the Asymp.Sig value. (2-tailed) has a value of 0.005 and a Z value of -2.805 for the limited trial and the Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) has a value of 0.000 and a Z value of -4.784 broad trial with an effective category. The effectiveness of the model obtained a score of 92.86% and the mentoring program was rated an average of 92.43% in the very good category. So it can be concluded that the Heutagogy-Based SPMI Implementation Assistance Model is effective in increasing the quality commitment of PTS leaders in North Sumatra.

This research dealt with the phenomenon of cyber bullying, indicating its causes and means of combating it, and the position of Islamic law towards it. However, its importance lies in the fact that it studies an extremely dangerous phenomenon that must be addressed, because of its devastating and dangerous effects that threaten society and its members. Moreover, it is necessary to reveal its causes and characteristics of its offenders, with the aim of developing policies that enable to confront it, in order to reach solutions to limit its spread, and help specialists and officials. in all fields to put those policies and solutions into practice. For this purpose, the researchers herein relied on the descriptive and analytical approaches. The research concluded a number of results, the most important of which are; Islamic law preceded the prohibition of bullying in all its forms, in order to protect the Muslim community from this phenomenon and its negative effects. Also, that the phenomenon of cyber bullying is one of the negative aspects of social networking sites. In addition, that the real motives driving cyber bullying behavior differ from one person to another, but in the end it reverts to the interaction of a group of internal and external factors. Based on these results, the researchers recommend the necessity of concerted efforts of the family, educational institutions and governments to address the phenomenon of cyber bullying, develop preventive measures and remedial measures to combat it comprehensively, and work to publish good media content that promotes the values of equality, love and tolerance, and devotes the concept of constructive social communication and its development, and contributes to reducing the impact of cyber bullying on society. In addition to imposing effective censorship on electronic means of communication, especially social media, obliging those in charge of them to monitor their users, and banning the accounts of those who re-practice cyber bullying, after alerting them the first time. Finally, enacting the necessary laws to define cyber bullying behaviors, and imposing heavy penalties on its perpetrators.

Combining the two words Education and Administration brings a new meaning to the word. The word Education Administration refers to the art of administering educational practices, coaching, and developing control systems for schools. It also refers to online professional coaches of education who help with classroom lessons and learning. In today's world, educators should use online resources more often in their teaching methods to combat the Covid-19 pandemic. During the ongoing pandemic Covid-19, researchers investigate the impact education administration has on an educational institution's quality development. In 2020, a study took place at one of Palembang, South Sumatra's higher education facilities using both qualitative and quantitative methods. This was done at the University of PGRI Palembang.

The development of Islam in Lombok-Indonesia did not develop naturally. There is an influence of contestation and fragmentation of religious authority. For this reason, this study aims to investigate the dimensions of contestation and fragmentation of religious authority that influence the Islamic movement in Lombok. This research uses the case study method. Research data is sourced from observations, in-depth interviews, and literature reviews. The existence of multi-identity organizations such as NU, NW, Maraqit Ta'limat, Mukhtariyah, and Thoreqot led to competition and fragmentation of authority among leaders of religious groups. The findings of this study show that: first, the majority of religious authorities in Lombok are identical to Middle Eastern alumni. Second, the fragmentation of religious authority is represented by alumni of Shaultiyyah Makkah, Al-Azhar Cairo, and Madinah University. Third, the emergence of Salafi-Wahhabi in Islamic da'wah in East Lombok poses a challenge to traditional authority (Aswaja). An important implication of the study is that fragmentation of religious authority can legitimize the power of preaching in the public eye. In addition, Islamic da'wah authorities in Lombok-Indonesia can provide insight for other religious authorities on the successful spread of Islam in the world.

The research aims 1) to study the level of opinion on acceptance factors, 2) the relationship between acceptance variables, and 3) to retest the causal relationship model for acceptance using the accounting package programme in Bangkok and its vicinity. The mixed method was applied to this research; 500 respondents were collected online and used descriptive statistics to explain percentages, averages, standard dimensions, and analysis through the AMOS programme—interviews with 30 key informants with semi-structured interviews, analysis, and summaries using data analysis elements. The result presented the benefits of using high-level, timely management decisions and reducing posting errors (0.827). The usability was moderate level; it was easily and quickly processed and reconciled more efficiently and accurately (0.899). The effectiveness was high: accurate and faster accounting records, fault prevention systems, and fraud problem reduction (0.870). The intention was high level; essential for the establishment’s work, available online and offline, staff’s support, and they tend to recommend it to friends or establishments (0.832). The used behaviour was high-level, up-to-date, and met accounting certification standards (0.825). The researcher tested the harmonisation of models based on assumptions and empirical data and found that all thresholds were within the acceptable (pass) criteria; CMIN/df = 1.984, GFI. CFI = .988, NFI = .977, TFI = .979, RMR = .979, RMSEA = .044, and hypothesis testing shows that accepting all hypotheses except hypothesis 4 (H4) does not meet the hypothesis.
