Formation Of Strong Indian Capital Market – From The Annals Of History 强大的印度资本市场的形成——来自历史编年史

Capital market that we see today in India has evolved over more than two centuries and its genesis lies in developments that took place during rule by East India companies. The nascent markets that emerged during the period have matured and are one of the most progressive markets in the world today. The Indian capital markets are robust, use best of the technologies and generate interest from across the world. This work draws inspiration from many printed resources that include, academic articles, reports and books. The paper attempts to identify the nascent stages of formation of capital markets in the country over time. From a historical perspective the Indian capital market is closely interwoven with the Bombay Stock Exchange which is also first exchange to be formed in Asia. The paper also covers shape of present-day capital market that has emerged over time. The paper explains how the capital markets have expanded across different cities for several decades and then, constrained with the environmental changes, they consolidated.

Venezuelan migrants access social assistance, social security and labor market programs with the intention of improving their level of life opportunities, within the framework of social inclusion and protection. The migratory process of Venezuelans to Ecuador and Peru affects the socioeconomic conditions and distribution of benefits within a territory, causing in some cases the denial of access to services. The methodology used is to carry out a questionnaire to Venezuelan migrants who are in Peru: in Trujillo and Tumbes and in Ecuador: in Huaquillas and Guayaquil, carrying out a comparative study and after that, processing the information, tabulating it, analyzing it and preparing the final report. As Social Workers, it is important to know the social programs and institutions that support Venezuelan migrants in Ecuador and Peru, determining that there is inclusion, protection and non-discrimination.

Impact Of Intrinsic & Extrinsic Rewards On The Performance Of Employees Of Private Sector Banks In Delhi NCR: A Pragmatic Study 内部和外部奖励对德里NCR私营银行员工绩效的影响:一个实用主义研究

The performance of employees in private sector banks in Delhi NCR is influenced by both intrinsic and extrinsic rewards. Intrinsic rewards refer to the internal, non-monetary factors that motivate employees, such as job satisfaction, a sense of accomplishment, and personal growth. These rewards encourage employees to perform well, complete tasks effectively, and experience positive emotions in the workplace. The analysis is being done to assess the impact of extrinsic and intrinsic rewards on the outcomes of a worker. According to the findings of the study, there exists a considerable association among both the of rewards & outcomes of the worker. The intrinsic incentive, which is non-monetary in nature, pushes the employee to work well in order to finish that task effectively in the organisation and continue to feel happy emotions. Financial extrinsic incentives can lead to good behavioural changes and assist increase workplace efficiency. Employee performance is undoubtedly very important to the organisation. Employees are critical to an organization's profitability, efficiency, and eventually, success, since these outcomes will not occur without exceptional employee performance.

The Role of Art Education Teachers in Developing Arts-based Environmental Education among Elementary School Students in Najran Region 艺术教育教师在纳季兰地区小学生艺术环境教育中的作用

Arts-based environmental education is a form of learning that aims to develop environmental understanding and responsibility in learners. The student becomes more receptive to the perceptions and observations of the sense of the environment and the use of artistic methods to express personal environmental experiences and ideas. Technical experiences improve the student's ability to know and understand the high value of learning about the environment and how to preserve it and its natural and innate wealth and resources. Therefore, this study aimed to identify the role of Art Education teachers in developing environmental education based on arts among elementary school students, and the differences in their responses according to gender, years of experience, and educational qualification. In this study, the descriptive survey method was followed; an electronic questionnaire was applied to a sample of (119) male and female teachers of Art Education in governmental elementary schools in Najran region in the south of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Means, standard deviations, and t-tests for independent samples were used to draw the results. The study concluded that the means for the domains of the study tool ranged between (2.78-3.03), with a mean level. The domain of implementation came in the first place, followed by evaluation in the second place, and then planning in the third place. The mean of the role of Art Education teachers in developing environmental education based on arts among elementary school students as a whole was (2.93), at an average level. The results also showed statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample about the role of Art Education teachers in developing environmental education based on arts among elementary school students, due to the effect of the years of experience; the results came in favor of the category ten years or more. In addition, the educational qualification variable impacted the participants’ responses, which were in favor of the higher studies category. However, there were no statistically significant differences due to the gender variable. The study recommended the need to improve the mean level shown by the study results concerning the level of the role of Art Education teachers in developing environmental education based on arts among elementary school students. The improvement is based on the adoption by those in charge of educational policies in the Ministry of Education of a strategic plan to raise the level of competence and competence of Art Education teachers in the elementary stage. As a result, teachers can activate teaching practices (planning, implementation, and evaluation) to employ environmental issues in producing and designing artistic and creative works that enhance the value of students' love for the environment and attitudes toward preserving it.

This study measuring impact of human capital empowerment (HCE) contributes improve financial performance sustainability (FPS) in banking sector. The study focused on testing two hypotheses about human capital empowerment (HCE) contributor's and improving financial performance in banking sector. Additionally, contribution of human capital empowerment (HCE) and improving financial performance sustainability (FPS) of Faisal Islamic Bank of Sudan. Study used inductive and deductive techniques to identified problem nature, study dimensions and examine study hypotheses by historical and descriptive analytical models to analyzing study data. Study data was analyzed by (SPSS) and (AMOS) packages by one-sample T-test and analysis of variance test. Unilateral, study reached a set of results, most important of: a significant difference between human capital empowerment (HCE) contributor's and financial performance sustainability (FPS) improvement in banking sector.

SMP Negeri 1 Bangli has many types of extracurricular activities. These extracurricular activities’ implementation can support achieving one of the school’s objectives. The implementation of extra activities is carried out after intra-curricular activities are carried out with the determining the schedule submitted to the agreement of each extracurricular manager with its members. One of them is journalism extracurriculars. A mutual agreement as a contract for the activities implementation is determined together at the beginning of the school year before the activities begin. A detailed work program is a reference for the wheels of activity. Activities packed with various activities are the main attraction for students’ participation. This extracurricular activity has the main objective of fostering students’ competence in the field of journalism through writing and speaking activities. Specifically, this study emphasized the implementation of extracurricular activities in fostering students’ potential for linguistic-verbal competence through various group-based speaking activities. Bincang Esaba’ was an activity that focused on verbal activities and character building of journalism extracurricular members. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. Conclusions were drawn from analyzing the various interrelationships of participants with multi-faceted, interactive strategies, such as direct observation, participatory observation, in-depth interviews, documents, and complementary techniques, such as photographs, recordings, and others. The study concluded that implementing journalism extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 1 Bangli ran well according to the work program that had been prepared, and ‘Bincang Esaba’ could foster the linguistic-verbal intelligence of students who were its members.

These extracurricular activities’ implementation can support achieving one of the school’s objectives. The implementation of extra activities is carried out after intra-curricular activities are carried out with the determining the schedule submitted to the agreement of each extracurricular manager with its members. One of them is journalism extracurriculars. A mutual agreement as a contract for the activities implementation is determined together at the beginning of the school year before the activities begin. A detailed work program is a reference for the wheels of activity. Activities packed with various activities are the main attraction for students’ participation. This extracurricular activity has the main objective of fostering students’ competence in the field of journalism through writing and speaking activities. Specifically, this study emphasized the implementation of extracurricular activities in fostering students’ potential for linguistic-verbal competence through various group-based speaking activities. Bincang Esaba’ was an activity that focused on verbal activities and character building of journalism extracurricular members. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. Conclusions were drawn from analyzing the various interrelationships of participants with multi-faceted, interactive strategies, such as direct observation, participatory observation, in-depth interviews, documents, and complementary techniques, such as photographs, recordings, and others. A Cross-Cultural Differences in Advice-Giving Strategies among Jordanian and British Speakers 约旦人和英国人建议策略的跨文化差异

Advice-giving means offering guidance or recommendations offered with regard to prudent future action. The individuals vary in their methods of offering advice. Such differences might be attributed to the cultural differences. Therefore, the present study aims to investigate the cross-cultural differences in advice-giving strategies among Jordanian and British speakers. It aims to examine the types of advice-giving strategies employed by Jordanian speakers and British speakers. It investigates the effect of gender, and social power and distance (=, +) on advice-giving among Jordanian speakers and British speakers. The study further seeks to identify the degree of politeness among the Jordanian speakers and British speakers in offering advice. To this end, a total of (60) participants are divided into two groups; (30) Jordanian speakers and (30) British speakers.  Each group consists of (15) males and (15) females. To analyze the data, Hinkel’s (1997) taxonomy of advice-giving strategies, direct, indirect, and hedge as well as Brown and Levinson's (1987) politeness theory are used. Hinkel multiple choice questionnaire consists of (8) situations; (4) of them pertained to advice-giving for peer, whereas (4) of them pertained to advice-giving for instructors. As for giving advice for peers, the findings reveal that Jordanian speakers used direct advice-giving strategies, while British speaker used indirect advice-giving strategies. As for advice giving for instructors, British speakers used more indirect giving strategies than Jordanian speakers, whereas Jordanian speakers used more hedge advice giving strategies than British speakers. The advice-giving strategies, whether indirect or hedge fall under politeness strategies. Regarding the gender differences in using advice-giving strategies, the results show that Jordanian male speakers were inclined towards using direct advice giving strategies more than females. The finding reveal that females used indirect, hedge, and polite advice-giving strategies, while males used direct and impolite advice-giving strategies. The study recommends investigating advice-giving among other cultures such as between Asian speakers and Jordanian speakers.

ISLAMIC EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS AND SOCIAL CHANGE IN RURAL COMMUNITIES 伊斯兰教育机构和农村社区的社会变革

This study is based on the assumption that rural communities tend to strongly uphold traditions and face difficulties in adapting to changes. However, through the implementation of humanistic Islamic education, dynamic transformations occur within these communities. This study aimed to explore the existence of actors who can influence human resources through educational institutions based on local wisdom (pesantren) that can affect and mediate social situations without conflict. this research uses the qualitative method, the phenomenological approach used to explore qualitative study using a phenomenological approach, and Robert King Merton's structural-functional theory used as an analysis and points of view. Based on interview results, non-participant observations, and data analysis using James P. Spradley's model, it is found that the manifest function of the Pesantren is to provide a place for learning Quranic knowledge, moral education, and worship, starting from elementary school age. Furthermore, when the impact of the quality of the manifest function is analyzed from the perspective of latent functions, it is evident that the Pesantren catalyzes significant social change in rural communities. The research reveals that what sets it apart from other social structures in the village is its ability to alter the mindset of the community, leading to positive behaviors such as increased social solidarity, generosity, and civil society engagement in the rural community.

The aim of this study was to investigate the level of environmental education awareness among student-teacher participants in the Postgraduate Professional Diploma in Teaching (PPTD) program at Al Ain University in the United Arab Emirates and its relationship with various variables. The study utilized an analytical descriptive approach and was carried out on a sample of 309 male and female student-teachers from Al Ain University's Postgraduate Professional Diploma in Teaching (PPTD) program. An Environmental Education Scale was used as the research instrument in the second semester of the school year 2022-2023. The findings of the study revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of environmental consciousness of student-teachers enrolled in the Professional Diploma in Teaching program due to differences in educational backgrounds or prior teaching experience. The study recommended that public and higher education institutions play a larger role in boosting student understanding of environmental education.

Guarantees for Questioning the Accused in the Jordanian Criminal Procedures 在约旦刑事程序中对被告人进行讯问的保证

The right to defence is guaranteed by the Constitution. Since the Criminal Procedures Law mandates that the Public Prosecutor inform the defendant before proceeding with the interrogation, he has the right to consult with an attorney. If the defendant cannot afford an attorney, especially in certain cases involving the jurisdiction of the Great Criminal Court for offenses carrying the death penalty or a sentence of more than five years in prison, he is provided with one at public expense. Article 112 of the Jordanian Criminal Procedures Law stipulates that the Public Prosecutor must begin the interrogation if he has a summons or warrant within twenty-four hours. This is one of the most significant outcomes. However, the Jordanian lawmaker did not specify how much time the Public Prosecutor spent questioning the defendant. One of the most essential recommendations is that I hope the interrogation of the defendant does not exceed three consecutive hours, as prolonged interrogation leads to the defendant's exhaustion, which some legal systems view as a form of moral coercion.
