This research examines the influence of branding, promotion and education on tourism decisions in the Ijen Geopark, Bondowoso Regency through the role of stakeholders as intervening variables. The respondents used in this research were 113 tourists who had visited Ijen Geopark in the Bondowoso area using descriptive quantitative research methods with a path analysis approach. Research reveals that promotion and education have a direct influence on travel decisions, as does the role of stakeholders. Branding and promotion influence travel decisions through the role of stakeholders, while the influence of education has an influence on travel decisions through the role of stakeholders. This finding has important implications in the development of Ijen Geopark, that in tourism development, the role of stakeholders has a very important role.

This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach where the data will be analyzed descriptively from the results of interviews, notes, and observations of researchers. This study used in-depth interviews with each informant. The results of this study indicate that the role of customer service in increasing depositor customer loyalty has carried out the service well and optimally. Savers customer loyalty to PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Denpasar Branch Office is very high. This is evidenced by old customers who continue to save and transact at the bank, with services that make them comfortable making transactions and continuing to use the services of the bank without switching to another bank.

This research aims to analyze the planning, implementation, and financial reporting system in SMP Maqna'ul Ulum. As an educational institution, the school has a responsibility to manage finances in accordance with principles of financial management, including fairness, efficiency, transparency, and public accountability. The study utilizes a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, collecting data through fieldwork, literature review, and interviews. The research findings indicate that financial management in SMP Maqna'ul Ulum begins with the preparation of the School Activity and Budget Plan (RKAS), followed by the implementation of fund utilization and bookkeeping. The realization of the management of the School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds in this school aligns with the principles stipulated in Government Regulation No. 48 of 2008, Article 59. Supporting factors in the management of BOS funds in SMP Maqna'ul Ulum include the support provided by parents, the teachers' council, and the school principal. Additionally, committee membership fees also play a role in supporting the financial management of the school. However, a limiting factor in financial management in SMP Maqna'ul Ulum is the limited budget allocation for BOS funds allocated to the school.

This study aims to exaimine the effect of service quality, promotion, brand, and price on consumer purchasing decisions at the Hans Sport Jember shoe store. The research data was obtained from distributing questionnaires to the research object using purposive sampling. This type of research is quatitative. The sample used in this study were consumers of the Hans Sport Jember shoe shop with a total of 50 respondents. Data analysis used the Validity Test, Reability Test, Normality Test, multikolinearity test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Coefficient of Determination Test, the T Test, and F Test use the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously service quality, promotion, brand, and price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

This research the Principal's Strategy in Improving the Quality of Human Resources in the Post-Covid 19 Pandemic at Bustanul Ulum Pakusari Islamic Vocational School, the objectives of this study are 1) to find out the principal's strategy during the Covid 19 pandemic at IBU Vocational School. 2) to find out the principal's strategy in improving human resource management during a pandemic at IBU Vocational School. 3) to find out the inhibiting factors and supporting factors for school principals in improving human resources during the covid pandemic at SMK IBU. The method used is descriptive method in the form of spoken or written words from the observed people or actors, with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are interview techniques, observation and documentation. The subjects in this study consisted of school principals and teachers. The results of this study suggest that the principal's strategy in improving the quality of human resources has been well implemented. Because the principal cannot be separated from providing motivation and coaching to teachers. This can be seen in terms of teacher performance and tasks carried out from time to time. The inhibiting factors and supporting factors for improving the quality of human resources at the Islamic Vocational School of Bustanul Ulum are infrastructure facilities that are getting better than before, while the inhibiting factors (weaknesses and challenges) of school principals in improving the quality of human resources in post-covid 19 are students who are under the auspices of the pesantren because most of the students of the Bustanul Ulum Islamic Vocational School are santri which are not allowed to use or bring cell phones into the pesantren because it is regulated in the pesantren regulations.

Blink-Blink Jember is one type of shop in the field fashion which sells various kinds of product accessories. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence on price, product quality, service quality, and store atmosphere on purchasing decisions through consumer satisfaction at Blink-Blink Jember. With the population used, namely all consumers at Blink-Blink Jember and the number of samples used was 60 respondents with the sampling method purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used in this study using questionnaires and by using quantitative methods, while the analysis technique used is path analysis, sobel test, t test, and coefficients with the help of the SPSS 22.0 analysis tool. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, it is stated that: (1) the variable of service quality has a direct effect on the variable of consumer satisfaction. (2) the product quality variable has a direct effect on the purchasing decision variable. (3) consumer satisfaction has a direct effect on purchasing decision variables. (4) the service quality variable influences the purchasing decision variable through the consumer satisfaction variable at Blink-Blink Jember Stores.

This study aims to examine the effect of E-Service Quality, Price, Trust and Information Quality on the Decision to Purchase Train Tickets Through the KAI Access Application in Jember Regency. Research data obtained from distributing questionnaires with purposive sampling technique. This type of quantitative research. The samples used were ITS Mandala students, University of Jember, and Jember State Polytechnic of 111 respondents. The results of the study show that E-Service Quality partially influences the decision to purchase train tickets through KAI Access. Prices partially affect the decision to purchase train tickets through KAI Access. Trust partially influences the decision to purchase train tickets through KAI Access. The quality of information partially influences the decision to purchase train tickets through KAI Access. While the results of the calculation of simultaneous test statistics, it was concluded that E-Service Quality, Price, Trust and Information Quality simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision. and the coefficient of determination (60.8%). This means (E-Service Quality, Price, Trust and Quality of Information) is able to explain the variation of the Purchase Decision of 60.8%. The remaining 39.2% is explained by other variables outside the research.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, work environment, organizational culture and work motivation on teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Jember. The research method used is quantitative method with descriptive research type. The samples taken in this study were 45 respondents. The sampling technique used is saturated sample and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data collection method using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Jember, while leadership style, work environment and organizational culture have a positive but not significant effect on teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Jember and simultaneously (simultaneously) have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Jember.

This study aims to identify what elements are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced now and in the future, as well as appropriate development strategies. The results of the study show that through the SWOT matrix, IFAS Matrix and EFAS Matrix, it can be stated that Pakusari Jember Landfill Tourism has the ability to turn its potential into an achievement and even better performance in the future so that the right policy direction to be implemented is to increase and enlarge the role of Pakusari landfill tourism in various activities in accordance with the capabilities possessed, as well as to expand the role and take advantage of various opportunities. This policy direction is the basis of the policy in a growth strategy condition, meaning that in its development Pakusari Landfill Tourism can use a growth strategy but the role is carried out in stages according to the priority scale. And this strategy is supported by alternatives and opportunities to attract more visitors by developing infrastructure and developing community creativity, by increasing the various potentials that exist such as utilizing waste from used goods to make attractive photo spots and unique, improve the performance of waste management techniques and increase the promotion of tourist attractions to attract tourists to visit.

This study aims to analyze the effect of price, service quality, location, promotion and facilities on visitor satisfaction at the natural attractions of the Wringin procession, Bondowoso Regency. This type of research used is quantitative research. The data used is primary data with data collection techniques, namely questionnaires and literature study. The data processing method in this study uses instrument data tests, namely: validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, namely: normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis, hypotheses namely: t test and F test, and coefficient of determination, with the help of the SPSS 25 analysis tool. The results showed that the variables Price, Service Quality, Location, and Promotion partially had no significant effect on visitor satisfaction with the scenery of the Wringin procession in Bondowoso Regency. While the facilities partially have a significant effect on visitor satisfaction at the nature tourism of the Wringin parade of Bondowoso Regency, and simultaneously have a significant effect on visitor satisfaction at the Natural Tourism of the Wringin parade of Bondowoso Regency.
