Allah created human beings with religious instincts, namely the religion of monotheism (Islam). The Koran claims that the religious teachings it introduces are compatible with all humans. Islam as a truth, then Islam must be spread throughout the world and this is the responsibility of every human being on this earth as a caliph. Every Muslim, of course, has an obligation to propagate the da'wah of Islam, even though they experience various kinds of obstacles and obstacles. This certainly applies to Muslims who are in Australia with a Muslim population in Australia currently around one million people. With this quantity of Muslim citizens in Australia, Islamic da'wah is needed to transfer the spread of the values of Islamic da'wah to all Muslims. One way is by establishing Islamic-based educational institutions. At present, the Islamic Council in Australia is intensively building educational facilities based on Islamic education, with the aim of making it easier for them to transfer Islamic knowledge to the Islamic community in Australia. Spreading Islamic da'wah in the current era is full of challenges, especially spreading Islamic da'wah in Muslim minority countries such as Australia. Australia is a country that has a broad geographical position, and upholds the values of freedom, in that case the Australian government guarantees plurality. In the midst of Australia's position that promotes freedom, Islam must be able to place itself in the midst of society and also practice the teachings of Islam in a pluralistic society. Australia has approximately 100 beliefs/religions, with Islam as a minority religion, so the challenge of Islamic da'wah is to keep on doing good communication and living side by side with the differences. Keywords: Community, Da'wah and Muslim.

This study wants to analyze the position of the Aceh qanun in the Indonesian legislative hierarchy. The discussion on the development of qanun cannot be separated from the events of the 1998 Reformation, which demanded the existence of democracy in various sectors of state life. The implementation of Islamic sharia in Aceh which is carried out by forming qanun-qanun is organized based on the Law on special autonomy, namely Law Number. 8 of 2001 concerning Special Autonomy for the Province of Aceh as the Province of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam and Law Number. 11 of 2006 concerning Aceh Government. The author analyzes the legality of the Family Law Qanun Draft with the construction of constitutional law in terms of two points of view, namely the formality of establishing legislation and the concept of a unitary state. Based on the background that has been elaborated above, the issues to be discussed are: (1) how is the legality of the Family Law Qanun Draft in terms of the concept of a unitary state? (2) how is the legality of the Family Law Qanun Draft in terms of the formality of forming legislation? The position of Qanun in the legal system in Indonesia is different from local regulations in Indonesia which are also based on several reasons. First, legally the position of Qanun in Aceh Province clearly has a stronger legal force compared to other regional regulations in Indonesia. Secondly, sociologically, the majority of Indonesian population, especially in Aceh Province, implies that they have practiced Islam in their daily lives. Although the level of acceptance of Islamic law itself is stratified, nevertheless Islam becomes the dominant value in daily life, both in the spiritual content, language, culture, practice of behavior to the implementation of Islamic Sharia itself. Third, in terms of Islamic law, the content is loaded with the theme of justice. Islam which in its teachings also contains legal rules is a teaching system as well as a methodology for its achievement, because every nation has the same and universal ideals, in the form of justice, order, peace, harmony, holiness, and so forth. This rule is of course in accordance with the needs of humans who live on this earth. Keywords: Qanun, Family Law, Legislation.

Joint assets are assets obtained either individually or with a husband and wife as long as the marriage is underway without questioning registered in the name of anyone. Although the term jurisprudence of shared assets is not found, the community practice does not separate husband and wife's assets in marriage giving birth to a conception of shared assets which is then considered to be syirkah between husband and wife in the institution of marriage. Divorce is one of the causes of the emergence of problems relating to shared property. The problem that is possible is that there is no division in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws. The question is how to divide shared assets in Samalanga and what is the problem. The research is qualitative research in the form of field studies using a conceptual approach. The results of the study found that in Samalanga-Bireuen there were cases of joint property controlled by one of the wives or husbands, even though the customary practice of the Samalanga community carried out joint property distribution between husband and wife after divorce with a third pattern. This happened because between the husband and wife found that there was still an attitude of apathy and laity towards the existence of shared assets in the marriage. Keywords: Problems, Joint Assets, Divorce.

The impact of globalization has penetrated throughout the civilization of the nations of the world, running so fast. Especially very influential on changes in various lines of life. Related to this is the issue of increasing narcotics abuse and narcotics illicit trafficking which has created conditions that have hindered the development process and weakened civilization. Eradication of narcotics distribution is a national problem, because it has a negative impact that can damage and threaten the lives of the people, nation and state and can hamper the national development process. The rise of narcotics abuse does not only occur in big cities, but has reached small cities in all ten regions of the Republic of Indonesia, including East Aceh Regency. The increasingly diverse lifestyle of the people due to the influence of globalization also contributes to the increasing circulation of narcotics in East Aceh District. This certainly must receive serious attention, because if we look at what is happening in East Aceh District and several other regions in Indonesia, the crime of narcotics distribution from time to time always increases which in the end is increasingly unsettling the community, so before these things increase In East Aceh District, an effective solution must be found to eradicate it. Factors that cause a person to commit a narcotics crime in East Aceh Regency are due to economic factors where a person needs money to live and the difficulty of getting work, family environmental factors, social environmental factors and availability / lack of supervision factors. Efforts in tackling narcotics circulation in East Aceh district involve many parties, including: firstly, pre-emptive efforts by providing counseling in the community and schools about narcotics carried out by the police in tackling narcotics crime in East Aceh District. Second, preventive measures (prevention) by conducting raids and patrols routinely, providing oversight of the association and positive activities carried out by the police, prosecutors, religious leaders, community leaders and youth organizations. The third repressive effort (action) which aims to provide a deterrent effect on the perpetrators of drug trafficking crimes involving all law enforcement officials ranging from the Police, Attorney and District Courts and Detention Houses. Keywords: Crimonology, Narcotics Circulation.

This study raised the issue of understanding salt farmers about the halal products starting from pre-production, production processes, and post-production in Gampong Cebrek, Kecamatan Simpang Tiga, Pidie District. The purpose of this research is to find out the understanding of salt farmers about the halal nature of the product and what are the constraints of salt farmers related to efforts to manage product halal guarantee. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, and uses a sample selection technique with the provisions of the characteristics and characteristics of objects in a purposive sampling study, the data collection technique is done in three ways, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants were four salt farmers and keuchik Gampong (village head) Cebrek. The results showed that the understanding of salt farmers in terms of pre-production was good, the production process was quite good and post-production was good. The obstacle factor of salt farmers related to product halal guarantee is that the income and expenditure of salt farmers are not comparable or still low so it is not enough to carry out the halal label management process, and is also constrained in the fencing of salt fields. Here there needs to be attention and role from the government, LPPOM (Institute of Studies, Food, Medicine and Cosmetics)-MPU (Ulama Consultative Assembly) Aceh to guide salt farmers to immediately fence off their salt fields so that the salt production process is better so that it meets the standards halal products. Keywords: Understanding of salt farmers, halal products.

As an old legacy, the function of the mosque in Minangkabau has gradually developed. At first surau functioned as a place for traditional ceremonies, then developed into a place of worship and gathering of young people to learn various knowledge and skills. In addition, adult men who are not married or who have been widowers make surau as a place to rest at night. This means that the mosque at that time had a dual role, in addition to being an educational institution as well as a social institution. During a time of change, the education system does not only provide a study of the Qur'an and the study of books and orders. But it has been added to the teaching of a number of religious literature such as the book of jurisprudence, nahwu, sharaf and Sufism. Judging from the history of the emergence of pesantren and madrasa in Indonesia, pesantren first appeared compared to madrasa. This means that the education process in pesantren can be said to be the parent of the current developing education process. From the beginning, the more dominant pesantren curriculum was related to religious lessons sourced from Arabic yellow books. Whereas general lessons are hardly studied at all. But along with the demands of the times, there are already some pesantren that incorporate general lessons into their curriculum, so that modern pesantren are born which seek to integrate religious and general knowledge into their curriculum. In addition, the pesantren curriculum also seeks to equip its students with various life skills as capital to enter the community after they have completed their education at the pesantren. The role and existence of the surau and Islamic boarding school as one of the original Indonesian community development institutions must indeed be preserved and monitored for its development, because the presence of the surau and Islamic boarding school in the midst of the community is in addition to empowering the community as well as a forum to prepare capable Ulama cadres mastering and understanding the Qur'an and al-Hadith properly and correctly and in accordance with the needs of the community. Keywords: Surau, Islamic Boarding School, Islamic Community Development.
