PEMBERDAYAAN LOCAL WISDOM USAHA KERAJINAN NOKEN PAPUA BERBASIS DIGITAL DI KELURAHAN ARDIPURA JAYAPURA SELATAN

Abstract: This empowerment activity is aimed at the people of South Ardipura Jayapura. The purpose of this activity is to take advantage of opportunities by diversifying superior products with social media-based marketing media. The approach used is descriptive qualitative phenomenology which is integrated with quantitative data. The stages of implementing activities are carried out starting from socialization, implementation of activities and evaluation and mentoring. The results of this activity are from 15 craftsmen. The data instrument used observation techniques, and structured interviews. Then, to complete the data needed, both in the grand tour question, focused and selection stage, carry out data collection, analysis and make conclusions. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results and discussion of the activities carried out were that there was a high level of participation from the participants of the activity, and it was seen from the presence of enthusiastic residents to participate and support from government officials by participating in the activity. Based on these activities in the future, the government and the community can provide improvements to micro-enterprise empowerment programs, especially aspects of handling human resources, management, administration and production, and transfer of appropriate technology.Keywords: Local Wisdom; Noken Papua; Empowerment.Abstrak: Kegiatan pemberdayaan yang dilaksanakan ini ditujukan kepada masyarakat Ardipura Jayapura Selatan. Adapun tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memanfaatkan peluang dengan membuat diversifikasi produk unggulan dengan media pemasaran berbasis media sosial. Pendekatan yang dilakukan menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif fenomonologis yang terpadu dengan data kuantitatif. Tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan mulai dari sosialisasi, pelaksanaan kegiatan dan evaluasi serta pendampingan. Adapun hasil dari kegiatan ini yakni dari 15 pengrajin. Instrumen data menggunakan teknik oservasi, dan wawancara terstruktur. Kemudian, untuk melengkapi data yang dibutuhkan, baik pada grand tour question, tahap focused and selection, melakukan pengumpulan data, analisis dan membuat kesimpulan. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil dan pembahasan dari kegiatan yang dilaksanakan yakni bahwa tingkat partisipasi yang tinggi peserta kegiatan, dan terlihat dari kehadiran warga yang antusias untuk mengikuti serta dukungan dari perangkat pemerintah dengan turut serta hadir dalam kegiatan. Berdasarkan kegiatan tersebut ke depan pemerintah dan masyarakat dapat memberikan peningkatan program pemberdayaan usaha mikro terutama aspek penanganan sumber daya manusia, manajemen, administrasi dan produksi, dan transfer teknologi tepat guna.Kata Kunci: Local Wisdom; Noken Papua; Pemberdayaan.

MAKNA LOGIKA NUBUWWAH DALAM DAKWAH KH. AHMAD BAHAUDDIN NURSALIM: ANALISIS TRILOGIEPISTEMOLOGI ARAB-ISLAM DAN ANALISIS RESEPSI ENCODING/DECODING

Abstract: This article examines the meaning of the Logic of Nubuwwah by KH. Ahmad Bahauddin Nursalim and his dakwah broadcast. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The logic of nubuwwah is a rational and humane way of thinking based on wisdom so that it can glorify oneself in the presence of Allah Swt. As for understanding it can be through an approach based on texts: Al-Qur’an, Hadith and religious books (bayani epistemology), a coherent and reasonable logic, even if it comes from the words of an a'rabi, (burhani epistemology) and direct experience of the spiritual reality of religion (irfani epistemology). 2) KH. Ahmad Bahauddin Nursalim uses a pattern a) an explanation based on a typical Islamic boarding school knowledge framework b) the arrangement of material that is discusive with the students and society b) an open dialogical explanation and communicative based on the religious book which contains the Koran, Hadith and the thought of the ulama c) contains a contextual interpretation that can relate to the students and society d) contains cultural values that apply in society such as manners, morals, ethics, local wisdom and so on.Keywords: Logic of Nubuwwah; Dakwah; KH. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Logika nubuwwah adalah cara berpikir yang masuk akal dan manusiawi yang serat akan keluhuran dan ketinggian derajat manusia sehingga dapat memuliakan dirinya di hadapan Allah Swt. Adapun dalam memahaminya dapat melalui pendekatan yang didasarkan pada nash: Al-Qur’an, Hadits dan kitab-kitab klasik (epistemologi bayani), logika yang runtut dan masuk akal, sekalipun itu berasal dari omongan seorang a’rabi/awam (epistemologi burhani) dan pengalaman langsung atas realitas spiritual keagamaan, tidak terbatas hanya untuk hal-hal yang melangit saja namun juga termasuk amaliah sehari-hari (epistemologi irfani). 2) Proses penyiaran dakwah KH. Ahmad Bahauddin Nursalim menggunakan pola a) penjelasan yang berdasarkan kerangka pengetahuan khas pondok pesantren b) penyusunan materi yang bersifat diskusi dengan para santri b) penjelasan yang dialogis yang bersifat terbuka dan komunikatif berdasarkan kitab kuning yang di dalamnya terkandung Al-Qur’an, Hadits dan pemikiran ulama c) mengandung tafsir dan interpretasi yang kontekstual sehingga bisa relate dengan kehidupan para santri dan masyarakat d) memuat nilai-nilai budaya yang berlaku di masyarakat seperti tata krama, akhlak, etika, moral, adab, sopan santun, susila, kearifan lokal dan lain sebagainya.Kata Kunci: Logika Nubuwwah; Dakwah; KH. RESIPROSITAS TRADISI MEMBALAS AMPLOP PESTA PERNIKAHAN “TOMPANGAN” TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KOHESI SOSIAL “不透明”结婚信封的总体风险增加了社会凝聚力

Abstract: This tradition is a form of donation in the form of goods or jaza and money to people who have a celebration or wedding party. In ancient times before the popularity of tompangan, which were considered as public debts, they contributed as solidarity and without any promises they were considered as debts. The gift is recorded in a book or receipt as evidence to repay the gift it receives. Modernization, marked by advances in science and technology, has eroded the form and meaning of reciprocity in the tradition of replying to the “tompangan” wedding envelope in the midst of the Ambunten community of Bukabu village. The research used is juridical empirical methodology, the approach used is a qualitative approach, data obtained using interviews and documentation and for data processing using editing techniques, classification, analysis and conclusions. The purpose of this study was to understand the reciprocity of tompangan to increase social cohesion in the village of Bukabu so that until now the tompangan tradition is still being implemented. From the data analysis, it can be concluded that the tompangan tradition in a wedding party is a maslahah that directly maintains the aim of the sayara '. When viewed from the point of view of its strength as evidence in the stipulation of law, it includes maslahah hajiyah.Keywords: Reciprocity; Tompangan; Social Cohesion.Abstrak: Tradisi tompangan telah menjadi adat yang sangat kental bagi masyarakat Desa Bukabu. Tradisi tersebut merupakan sebuah bentuk sumbangan yang berupa barang atau jaza dan uang kepada orang yang punya hajatan atau pesta pernikahan. Pada zaman dulu sebelum terkenalnya tompangan yang dianggap sebagai hutang piutang masyarakat menyumbang sebagai solidaritas dan tanpa adanya janji yang dianggap sebagai utang-piutang. Pemberian tersebut dicatat dalam buku atau kwitansi sebagai bukti untuk membalas pemberian yang diterimanya. Modernisasi yang ditandai dengan kemajuan iptek telah meggerus bentuk dan makna dalam resiprositas tradisi membalas amplop pernikahan “tompangan” ditengah masyarakat Ambunten desa Bukabu. Penelitian yang dipakai ialah metodelogi yuridis empiris, pendekatan yang digunakan ialah pendekatan kualitatif, data yang diperoleh menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi dan untuk pengolahan data menggunakan tehnik edit, klasifikasi, analisis dan kesimpulan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk memahami resiprositas tompangan tehadap peningkatan kohesi sosial di desa Bukabu sehingga sampai saat ini tradisi tompangan tersebut masih dilaksanakan. Dari analisa data maka bisa disimpulkan bahwa tradisi tompangan dalam pesta pernikahan merupakan sebuah maslahah yang secara langsung memelihara tujuan sayara’. Jika dilihat dari segi kekuatannya sebagai hujjah dalam penetapan hukum maka termasuk maslahah hajiyah.Kata Kunci: Resiprositas; Tompangan; Kohesi Sosial.

PERAN LPTP MELALUI PENDEKATAN AGAMA DAN MULTISEKTOR DALAM PENANGANAN PENURUNAN ANGKA STUNTING DI DESA PAGAREJO WONOSOBO LPTP通过宗教和多部门的方法在PAGAREJO WONOSOBO村的特技下降中发挥作用

Abstract: There are 41.12% (29.0370) children experiencing a lack of nutritional intake in children in Wonosobo Regency, this has adversely affected the growth of both physical and non-physical for children due to breast milk intake and unhealthy environment. The purpose of this study was to find out how the role of the LPTP through the religious approach in handling the reduction of stunting rates, and how the role of the LPTP in assisting the reduction of stunting rates in the village of Pagarejo Wonosobo with qualitative research using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. The results of this study indicate that (1) that the assistance provided by LPTP with a religious approach is based on the Al-Qur’an Al-Baqarah verse 233, that is, Allah has instructed a mother to breastfeed her child for up to two years. A father also has a responsibility to be able to provide for the family such as giving proper clothes to his children. (2) In creating conditions of social welfare and a good quality of life, it is necessary to create an environment that is supportive, responsive and empowers individuals and communities. Through the coordination carried out by the LPTP, the Village Government and Local Government to reduce stunting rates is one way to realize community welfare through the RPJM, RKP and APBDes.Keywords: LPTP; Religion; Stunting.Abstrak: Ada 41,12% (29,0370) anak mengalami kurangnya asupan gizi pada anak di Kabupaten Wonosobo, ini telah berdampak buruk bagi pertumbuhan baik fisik maupun non fisik bagi anak akibat asupan air susu ibu dan lingkungan yang kurang sehat. KONSEP PEMBANGUNAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA PENDIDIKAN PERSPEKTIF IBNU SINA DAN RELEVANSINYA DALAM KONTEKS PENGEMBANGAN MASYARAKAT ISLAM 伊本·西纳教育的人力资源发展理念及其在伊斯兰社会发展环境中的相关性

Abstract: Educational Human Resources are sources that play an active role in an educational institution in the process of creating qualified and competent graduates in their fields. This paper will examine the concept of developing educational resources from Ibn Sina's perspective and its relevance to the context of developing Islamic society. This article is a literature review with the sources used in consisting of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is the main source that is used as a reference in this writing, namely books or journals related to Ibn Sina's educational thoughts, and secondary data in the form of supporting sources related to education, development, and education. The data analysis technique uses the content analysis method with 4 stages, namely: 1) data classification; 2) data sorting; 3) leveraging/deepening data; and 4) Drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the concept of development of Human Resources for Education in Ibn Sina's perspective is very relevant to the context of developing Islamic society today, he argues that the development of human resources for education is the first step that must be done directly or indirectly. Because educational human resources are closely related to efforts to prepare development education graduates for the community in the context of developing Islam by implementing a social system that has Islamic philosophical values (khaira ummah), which includes developing the abilities possessed by a human being, namely Spiritual which consists of reason, character and body which consists of limbs, through a process obtained during education.Keywords: Development; Human Resources; Education; Ibn Sina.Abstrak: Sumber Daya Manusia Pendidikan merupakan sumber yang berperan aktif terhadap jalannya suatu lembaga pendidikan dalam proses menciptakan lulusan yang bermutu dan berkompeten di bidangnya. Tulisan ini akan mengkaji tentang konsep pembangunan sumber daya manusia pendidikan perspektif Ibnu Sina dan relevansinya dengan konteks pengembangan masyarakat Islam. Artikel ini merupakan kajian kepustakaan dengan sumber yang digunakan dalam terdiri dari data Primer dan data sekunder. Data Primer berupa sumber utama yang menjadi rujukan dalam penulisan ini yaitu buku atau jurnal yang berkaitan dengan Pemikiran pendidikan Ibnu Sina, dan Data Sekunder berupa sumber pendukung yang berkaitan dengan pembangunan pendidikan, pembangunan, dan pendidikan. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan metode analisis konten dengan 4 jenis tahapan yaitu: 1) klasifikasi data; 2) pemilahan data; 3) verifikasi/pendalaman data; dan 4) penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil kajian diperoleh hasil bahwa dalam konsep pembangunan Sumber Daya Manusia Pendidikan dalam perspektif Ibnu Sina sangat relevan dengan konteks pengembangan masyarakat Islam saat ini, dirinya berpendapat bahwa pembangunan sumber daya manusia pendidikan merupakan langkah awal yang harus dilakukan secara langsung

Artikel ini merupakan kajian kepustakaan dengan sumber yang digunakan dalam terdiri dari data Primer dan data sekunder. Data Primer berupa sumber utama yang menjadi rujukan dalam penulisan ini yaitu buku atau jurnal yang berkaitan dengan Pemikiran pendidikan Ibnu Sina, dan Data Sekunder berupa sumber pendukung yang berkaitan dengan pembangunan pendidikan, pembangunan, dan pendidikan. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan metode analisis konten dengan 4 jenis tahapan yaitu: 1) klasifikasi data; 2) pemilahan data; 3) verifikasi/pendalaman data; dan 4) penarikan kesimpulan. This article examines about Islamic Theoantropocentric, a new paradigm of integration between the source of knowledge from Allah in the form of the Qur’an and human science. Islamic theoantroposentric phenomena that exist in the mass media space or called mass media religiosity. This form of religiosity is in the form of morals which is sourced from the revelation of Allah contained in the Qur’an and hadith. While the mass media itself is in the form of human knowledge such as print media, electronics and new media. The existence of integration between mass media and religion is complementary and become a unified whole. The use of mass media must be accompanied by the morals or ethics of the mass media. Mass media as public media must present religious content or that does not deviate from the teachings of Islam to meet the needs of the audience, especially Muslims themselves. So that the mass media with morals can create good communication and bring benefit to mankind, even the mass media can be a means of minimizing conflict.Keywords: Theoantropocentric, Islamic, and Mass Media.

The number of employees lacking discipline in entering, leaving work hours, lack of enthusiasm at work, not showing the level of performance at work, and several of these factors occur in the Gayo Lues Transportation Agency. This study aims to determine the Constraints faced by Leaders in Increasing Employee Motivation at the Gayo Lues Transportation Agency, to determine the leadership communication strategy in increasing employee work motivation at the Gayo Lues Transportation Service. This research is a field research (Field research). The method in this research is descriptive method, with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through methods: interviews, observation and documentation. From the results of this study, the authors found that the obstacle to the Department of Transportation was a lack of discipline, lack of facilities and infrastructure and human resource factors, the impact of this made employees appear not to show enthusiasm at work. However, the communication strategy at the Department of Transportation carried out by the leadership with its employees is good even though the communication carried out is not verbal but non-verbal, which is transferred to the Secretary and supported by applicable rules, this rule is applied to part of the strategy of the Gayo Lues Transportation Service. Namely regarding discipline at work, if there are employees who still violate these rules, they will be given sanctions ranging from mild, moderate and severe. Suggestions given by researchers to get maximum results, personal approach must be improved. Without ever differentiating employees from one another which can lead to conflict and jealousy by each employee.Keywords:  Communication Strategy, Leadership, Motivation, and Employee Performance.

The many problems that occur in sharia audits in Indonesia starting from the problem of human resources, regulations and audit processes make it necessary to take action in order to improve the quality of institutions and finance in Indonesia. Islamic auditing is very important to be able to evaluate the mistakes that occur in Islamic financial institutions. The problems that arise in the Islamic audit try to be solved by researchers by using the Bulak Sumur well through several strategic offers. In conducting this research, the approach used is a qualitative approach with a method of literature study. The research results obtained in overcoming the problem of Islamic auditing in Indonesia, namely by increasing the number of institutions and improving the materials in auditor training, forming a framework and regulation, forming cooperation between academics and practitioners and adopting related rules, materials, etc. from suitable foreign countries applied in Indonesia.Keywords: Bulak Sumur Framework, Sharia Audit.

This reseach to find of understand the views of Islamic political philosopher Al-Farabi on the main country (al-madinah al-fadhilah). This method used of analysis description. This result reseach  The country that is the mainstay of Medina is the State of Medina. first Al-Farabi had opinion that the main country is a country that conforms to the ideals of Islam. In Medina this is where the teachings of Islam are practiced perfectly, especially by following Islamic law both in the time of Prophet Muhammad and in the time of al-Khulafa al- Rasyidin. TULAK BALA SEBAGAI TRADISI MASYARAKAT ACEH DALAM MENGHADAPI VIRUS CORONA

In responding to the corona virus outbreak, each region has a different way. Aceh, which is identical to Islamic law, also has a different way of dealing with the Corona Virus Outbreak. One of the ways that the Acehnese people do is to revive the Tulak Bala tradition. This study aims to examine how an outbreak is in the historical perspective of the Acehnese people and how the Tulak Bala Tradition is carried out by the people of Aceh in dealing with the Corona Virus. This type of research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, documentation and interviews and data presentation was carried out descriptively. The results showed that an epidemic was not something new for the people of Aceh. The epidemic has occurred since the 2nd Dutch aggression with the spread of a cholera epidemic that killed many people. The Tulak Bala tradition carried out by the people of Aceh is a tradition that has been passed down from generation to generation to its predecessors. This tradition does not believe that it can prevent and eliminate all forms of plague and calamity. The people of Aceh believe that the plague is an offering of Allah SWT so that to be able to deal with it, they must ask for help from the Creator.Keywords: Aceh Community, Tradition, Tulak Bala, and Corona Virus.
