This paper presents the web based intelligent product configurator for thermal insulation and decoration of buildings. Configurator is a three-tier client server application which was developed with modern internet technologie/techniques: xhtml, css, php, mysql, javascript, xml and flash. The functionality and architecture of the configurator are described. Web forms are secured with CAPTCHA (Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart) method.

I asked the students to fill out a web based Informatics Test on the first week of the semester. This test was supposed to show the level of their computer knowledge which can be the basic in higher education. The results show the students do not get all the cognition that is specified in the National Ground Curriculum, for instance they have obtrusive lacks in the field of programming, database management, which should be compensated in higher education without relying on previous studies. According to the comparison of the three majors of the faculty it becomes obvious there is no correlation between the informatics skills and the applied major.

Foot force sensor — Error analysis of the ZMP position measurement 足部力传感器。ZMP位置测量的误差分析

This paper deals with the foot force sensor measurement analysis. The crucial information obtained from this measurement is the position of the ZMP that provides information about the biped's dynamic balance. The previously developed foot force sensors introduce a systematic error because of the way the sensors are mounted. This kind of error can be corrected but the question is whether it is necessary. The error correction will take additional processing time which may not be feasible. Therefore the error magnitude and sign is first analyzed to provide a criterion for deciding whether to do the correction or not. The correction procedure is also presented.

SCADA automation system laboratory, elements and applications SCADA自动化系统实验室、元件及应用

This paper presents practical laboratories for teaching purpose in Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems. A SCADA system is described in terms of architecture, process interfaces, functionality, and application development facilities. These concepts are implemented on an integrated automation system, particularly for digital control of electric drives with distributed peripheral, i.e., Totally Integrated Automation with Democase from Siemens. Using this system, a wide range of applications can be designed, implemented and tested. A practical labs set are presented to introduce gradually the main SCADA elements, and finally to develop an application to control an induction motor in interlocked manual/automatic mode, with touch-screen Human Machine Interface (HMI). The system employs industrial busses like PROFIBus and industrial Ethernet. The SCADA system also shows trends, alarms, motor frequency and automatic sequence of motor speed profile.

The complexity quantification of physiologic signals is a field of considerable importance since loss of complexity has been proposed as a generic feature of pathological systems. This paper investigates entropy of the preprocessed time series of different laboratory animals -normal and borderline hypertensive rats. The systolic blood pressure and heart rate were recorded before the stress, during the first 20 min exposure to stress, after the first exposure and after the last exposure to stress. The preprocessing included high-pass filtered, normalized and centralized original time series, its moving averaged and multiscaled counterparts, as well as surrogate data and Gaussian samples.

For functions with values in the nonnegative real numbers, universal integrals are introduced and investigated which can be defined on arbitrary measurable spaces and for arbitrary monotone measures, including as special cases Choquet and Sugeno integrals. For a fixed pseudo-multiplication on the nonnegative real numbers, the smallest and the greatest universal integrals are given. Finally, another construction method for obtaining universal integrals is introduced.

Mobile robot control using self-learning neural network 移动机器人的自学习神经网络控制

The paper describes the concept of the navigation system for a mobile robot. The system is using a navigation algorithm based on self-learning neural network, necessary to form a movement plan for a robot. The algorithm is adapted and implemented to navigate real platform of a mobile robot equipped by two independent wheel drives, encoders and a set of short-range sonars. Navigation algorithm is placed into a PC, which is connected to mobile robot by wireless and wired links. Experiments have shown ability of collision-free navigation of mobile robot in real time.

Real - time monitoring and processing of human physiological parameters 人体生理参数的实时监测与处理

An important domain of the computer science is considered the so called ubiquitous and pervasive computing. One of its main application domains, with growing importance, is the monitoring of the human body. It has a strong impact in different areas, such as medicine, transports and sports. In sports, the monitoring of the physiological parameters is important for obtaining performance but also for preventing risking efforts for people which are doing sport for pleasure or for maintaining a good healthy state. For example, the human body monitoring can be done in fitness centers. This paper presents a solution for monitoring and processing human physiological parameters in real - time. A monitoring device is applied to the human body and it transmits wirelessly information codifying the pulse. The application takes over the packets, stores them and offers processing in several forms.
