1. BEVEZETÉS —2020-ban ugrásszerűen, 66%-kal bővült az új elektromos autók piaca – a 3047 tisztán elektromos modell forgalomba helyezéséhez számottevően hozzájárult a 2020. május 20-án, majd ismételten 2021. május 17-én bejelentett vásárlási támogatás is. [1] A Magyarországon futó több mint 30 ezer zöld rendszámos autó közül 2021. április végéig 14 411 volt tisztán elektromos gépjármű. A Magyar Energetikai és Közmű-szabályozási Hivatal (MEKH) március végén közzétett összesítése szerint a magyarországi elektromos autókba 7,1 gigawattóra (GWh) energiát töltöttek az autósok a nyilvános elektromos töltőállomásokon tavaly. Az egy évvel korábbi adatokhoz képest 25%-kal nőtt a töltések száma, és 30%-kal a töltésekre fordított energia mennyisége. Ha az elektromos vagy plug-in hibrid autók száma a tervek szerint rövid időn belül ugrásszerűen megnő, akkor a villamos töltésükhöz szükséges energia egyre inkább vetekszik a magyarországi beépített villamos energia kapacitásának nagyságával. —Magyarországon az elektromos áramtermelés 90%-a szén-dioxid-mentes lesz 2030-ra, a teljes karbonsemlegességet pedig 2050-re kell elérni. A 25 ezer főnél nagyobb lélekszámú városokban kizárólag elektromos buszokat lehet forgalomba állítani 2022től. A kormány elindította a „Zöld busz program”-ot, így minden második autóbusz környezetbarát lehet a nagyvárosok helyi közlekedésében 2030-ra. Ennek azonban infrastrukturális igénye is van, vagyis ki kell építeni a szükséges töltőhálózatot, ám sok esetben nincs elegendő elektromos teljesítmény, ezért a helyi villamos hálózatot is fejleszteni kell. —Jelen cikkünk célja a villamos járművek tűzeseteinek épületszerkezetekre gyakorolt hatásainak tisztázása, különös tekintettel az eltérésekre hagyományos gépjárművek tűzeseteinek lefolyásához képest.

To be spectacular or even outspoken are not important factors when designing a shared workspace that needs to be long-lasting and functional, even still the result is impressive. A powerfully expressed central atrium leads to individual studio spaces, all of which are enclosed in a grand scaled volume that has the aesthetics of secretive/experimental bunker. The language of powerful interconnected spaces somehow does not hinder the idea that those who work there are free to work without due compromise.

Restoration of monumental buildings often leads to an excess of adaptions or interventions, here is an example of a restrained form of restoration. The existing building and its immediate surroundings have been faithfully restored using traditional materials and skills. Unusually this mansion did not have a formal portico which lead to some confusion as to where the main entrance is located. During the restoration process it was decided to add a contemporary portico, which for reasons of practicality and design ethics has been placed adjacent to the entrance - an appropriate answer that has minimal impact on the existing building.

It might sound strange, but the urban composition of bus stop, restaurant and church create the visual and social focal point of Pasarét in Budapest. The architectural quality of these three buildings is outstanding, therefore the new parish presbytery needed to meet the same standard. Where a clear use of spatial forms, materials and historical cloister design has been applied.

Ochre, green, and teal colours do not only strive outward, but dissolve back into the base layer due to reflective surfaces. A game of balance between external, internal materials and surfaces, forms give this office complex a sense of place in the present. As suggested in it's name "Pillar" the transparency of this building standing above the street breaks away from the conventional office box aesthetic in favour of a new openness towards working environments.
