Based on the New Mobilities Paradigm (NMP), the main goal is to analyze how “photography” is addressed in the scientific production of tourism. Descriptive and exploratory research was carried out through a bibliographic research of the descriptor “photography” as keyword, from the database Publicacoes de Turismo. From a textual corpus composed of 16 abstracts, it is possible to perform a textual analysis using the Iramuteq software. The geographical location of the topics covered was studied by the software QGis. The results reveal that this is an emerging field with several theoretical and methodological approaches, being undeniable that it has a series of implicit mobilities. The textual analysis (Analysis of Similitude and Word Cloud) shows this through the connection of words: “how” “photography” and “tourist”.

To improve certain social injustices and environmental problems it is necessary to modify the current consumption system, promoting socially responsible consumption. The design of effective awareness campaigns requires knowledge about current attitudes and behaviours of consumers towards this type of consumption. The objective of this study is to understand the attitudes and behaviour of consumers towards socially responsible consumption. To this end, a survey of 415 Spanish consumers was conducted. The results show that there is a high level of concern for social and environmental problems, as well as a high perceived efficiency of the consumer. However, the level of personal benefit perception is still quite low. In addition, the study indicates that socially responsible consumption actions can be grouped into five factors, although consumers do not currently carry out all of them with the same intensity.

This study seeks to provide a theoretical review of experiential consumption in the field of tourism, to better understand the behaviour of the tourist as a consumer. The tourist experience is a complex process, changing in time and space and encompassing more elements than the tourists themselves; thus, the experiential consumption approach emerges as adequate for a complete understanding of consumer behaviour in the tourism context. Under this approach, this study proposes a review of the definitions of the notion of “experience” coming from consumer behaviour literature, both in general and in tourism, with the aim of identifying the defining characteristics of the tourist's experiential consumption, and thus offer an approximation to the concept “experience” to be applied to tourism consumption. We have been able to identify four N. de Diego-Velasco • M. G. Gallarza [42] predominant characterizers (i.e. cognitive; emotional; interactive; sensorial), which can be used as defining and descriptive for future empirical research, and that lead us to develop managerial implications that could be carried out hand in hand with new technologies.

The scientific community has provided numerous conceptual contributions and transdisciplinary empirical studies associated with the Service-Dominant Logic (S-D Logic) perspective, where the tourism industry is no exception. In this sense, it is worth highlighting the existence of several empirical works already developed in this field, with special focus on tourist value co-creation. This article, emphasizing understanding of the concepts of customer value co-creation, aims to propose an aggregating conceptual model to identify the different dimensions of tourist value cocreation, resulting from the multiple empirical contributions of scientific community on this subject. Indeed, this article, in addition to contributing to a more comprehensive understanding of the various dimensions of the tourist value co-creation from the perspective of S-D Logic, may assist tourism organizations, based on the proposed conceptual model, in assessing the value cocreation process of its customers, as well as in the communication and conception of service design.

The cultural tourism ecosystem includes a strong creative dimension, to which is added a complex interconnectivity between stakeholders, resources and organizations, which extends across various spatial and sectorial scales. This article seeks to synthesize the cultural and creative tourism “state of the art” as a platform for the construction of a theoretical model guiding creative experience. Proposing a theoretical model, the researchers show a way for a better understanding of the complex creative system, without focusing on details but suggesting a global point of view. The aim is to understand the links between the ideas, determine the importance and relevance of arguments and use to approach the problems in a consistent way. The study is based on a diverse documental analysis and literature review

This paper aims to discuss the relationship between the literary place and the possibility of developing sustainable cultural tourism, in the city of Salvador, Bahia, Brazil, highlighting the Casa do Rio Vermelho house-museum, the last residence of the writer Jorge Amado. Located in the neighbourhood of Rio Vermelho, the house offers a collection of photographs, personal objects and works of art, which portray the life of the Amado family, their various trips around the world, and the culture of Bahia. It is considered a place of memory (Nora, 1993) and a literary place (Quinteiro & Baleiro, 2019), since it presents elements that have meaning from an affective, historical, cultural and literary point of view, attracting tourists and residents. Due to the wealth of its collection and the use of heritage interpretation techniques and strategies, it is one of the most visited places for those who want an experience away from the bustle of the historic centre, Pelourinho, contributing to the strengthening of sustainable cultural tourism in the city. To develop this study, documental analysis, bibliographic review and on-site observation were carried out.

Drawing on the theoretical input provided by literature and tourism studies, especially on the concept of tourist literature (Quinteiro & Baleiro, 2019), this paper aims to focus on the novels Süßer Mord [Sweet Murder] (2015) and Algarve-Rache [Algarve Revenge] (2017), by Rolf Osang, a German author who wrote various guidebooks about Portugal, especially about the Algarve. In fact, the Algarve is also the setting of these novels, which can be read as literary guidebooks. Both the narrator and various characters in the novels convey several travel tips provided by a writer who knows the region very well, as a member of a local community of international residents, and who, in the writing process, bears in mind the specific interests of possible readers, namely (potential) visitors, with whom he shares information on places of interest as well as impressions about the locals, their culture, and tourist practices in the region.
